I had a good time with suricata safaris. The food was really good and always warm. After every safari they come and talk to the participants and get feedback. So when we lost half a day with car trouble they have really good customer serivce and we got a discount on a day safari a few days later.

Wonderful Safari experience! Well organized and a very friendly driver!
We had an absolutely great safari experience with Flash! Everything was organized very well and perfectly in time. Upon arrival the friendly Flash staff was already waiting for us at the airport. The day after they even took the time to guide us through Arusha!
After that we’ve spend 5 days in the different Safari parks that Tanzania is offering. The lodges that were booked for us were exceptional. And we were lucky enough to spot the Big Five as well as the great migration.
Our driver, Emmanuel, knew a lot about the animals and birds that live in the area. This definitely made our safari tour even better.
Overall we had a great time and are more than happy with the service that Flash offered us!

Exceptional
I loved every minute of my Holiday. Everything was organized to perfection! We've seen so much beauty of Uganda. I will never forget and I will certainly come back! Our guide was the best! He had so much knowledge of his country it's history and it's nature and treasure! He had so much experience with animals that we enjoyed every story he told us! We felt so secure from the start to the end. The scenery was simply breathtaking. Tracking Gorilla and schimpanzee was one of a life time experience that a person could never forget and the people of Uganda was so cheerful welcoming and organized and civilised. I can only praise this beautiful experience. Keep up the good work!

They delivered the schedule but with many unapproved changes
I booked an 8 day safari. They kept the schedule but made changes without informing me or the driver.
I paid more money to secure a Landcruiser, but instead got a van in a bad state which kept breaking down throughout the trip.
Lodges were changed without informing me. After driving almost 20hours, we got to the lodge and they didn't have any reservation for me. We had to wait 1 hour until they told us where to go.
Also water was supposed to be included, i never got any. On the last day, there was no activity or food (even though on the schedule there was activities and food included)
When I complained about this, Richard responded with "I know, I'm sorry" and that was it. No compensation, no solution found. Just meant that's how it is, deal with it.
I wouldn't book with them again, but they did drive me from place to place.

Amazing guides
We were a group of students and women teachers and we felt secured. The guides were thoughtful and cared about our experience. We arrived at the airport first and they weren't there but they immediately organized to take us to the hotel with a taxi (all inclusive).
