Recently we returned from our Safari. Kanje grand tours was wonderful to deal with. Shafii was our guide and I can't imagine any one better than him. His knowledge and respect for the wildlife brought so much to our experience and first time in Africa. He also became our friend and we are still in contact with him. Would definitely go on safari with Shafii again!! Also, Innocent made all our arrangements and everything exceeded our expectations. Although he was in Tanzania we never had trouble communicating in a timely manner. One of the best adventures ever!

A great safari and Kilimanjaro experience!
We went climbed Kilimanjaro along the Machame route for 7 days with Kili Tanzanita Caminos. We also took a 4 day safari. Both experiences were amazing. Andrew was professional, responsive, and helped us prepare thoroughly. Our guides on Kilimanjaro were top notch and made the experience wonderful. The food exceeded all expectations! Our safari guide was likewise fantastic and fun to be with. Overall, this was one of the best experiences we've ever done. Can't recommend them enough!

Professional and safe operator
We chose Kihindo because they were the first to contact us and provided us a detailed travel plan and quote for the safari. Kihibdos quote was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive one we received, they offered us good price and very good communication at all times. Winnie did amazing job in organazing our tour in short notice!
We chose the 2 day, one night in Mikumi National Park, which proved to be very good value for money spent. We were transported to the park from Dar safely and in good time by our safari driver, William. The safari was an amazing experience, we got to see 16 lions, hundreds of seepras and impalas, many giraffes, elephants, hippos and much more.
Driver William was very professional and got us through some of the most difficult rain soaked muddy roads. William also provided us information on the animals we saw at the park and most importantly knew where to find the animals.
Overal the safari was the highlight of our 2,5 week stay in Tanzania and we are very happy to have chosen Kihindo Tours and Safaris.

Uganda safari with Ugandan friends!
Having done a few other safaris (Kenya, South Africa, India), my husband and I took the plunge and decided on a gorilla safari. It was between Uganda and Congo. We opted for Uganda as it was a bit less expensive. Well success! From the communication to the reliability of what was presented as a tour and what we experienced was bang on! No nonsense. A lot of information was provided to prepare for the trek (we opted for the intermediate one that took about 6 hours in all). We are in our sixties and still managed it. It was absolutely fabulous. We were not disappointed. The gorillas were right in front of us just chomping away in the bushes. I took a lady guide which helped me along since sometimes I had to literally step on just branches that had just been chopped because it was the only way to get to the gorillas. By the way, the gorillas are the highlight of the trip but we saw so many animals. Lions cheetahs hippos elephants giraffes and so many exotic birds to name a few. Excellent!
We were on safari for the first time. We didn't know what to expect, but everything went perfectly! The guide named Kikitu is very cheerful and has a great sense of humor! He was attentive to every guest, gave us a lot of interesting and useful information. The guide tried to show us all the animals! We saw everyone except the rhino. I hope that next time he will show it to us! Kikitu, you're doing great!

David is the man!
Alex from Lenchada handled everything and delivered everything he promised with no surprises. I definitely recommend booking with him.
David our driver from Jocky Tours was amazing. He was punctual and flexible. He perfectly managed a car full of strangers with very different attitudes who didn't know each other for three days straight. Him and his colleagues were able to pin point exactly where the animals were so we can see them. I definitely recommend asking for David for your next safari!
The good people at Mara Sopa Lodge made me fee at home. The food was delicious.
