Perfect Match
5/5

Megan helped us create our first big family vacation adventure. She set up a quick virtual meeting to fully understand our needs and wishes, which clearly worked well since we felt as if she read our minds. Small adjustments were quickly brought in and every question we had was answered immediately. At place everything worked out perfectly and every place we arrived, the kids went:” this is even cooler than the previous one”. The guided tours she arranged for us were the highlights of our trip: Sossusvlei and Etosha.

Professional
5/5

I was put onto Lydia via Jeff the driver (I have known Jeff from prior visits). Lydia was prompt, professional and transparent, and spending a week with Jeff was again an excellent experience.

Very nice experience
4/5

We took a 4 days safari and it was great!! The first night at Panorama camp was very comfortable and the food was nice. From there, we pack our own tents and sleeping bags and mattresses to the camps Seronera and Simba located in Serengueti and Ngorongoro parks. The 3 parks we visited are very different: in Seronera we saw lots of elephants and monkeys and other animals are hard to spot becasue of the interrumpted geography that is hills. Serengueti is hugeee and it takes long distances to see the different animals, in there we saw a lot of lions, cheetas and even the Leopard. Ngorongoro is beyond espectacular, we saw even rhynos and the landscape is so magical and different to the Sabana.
Our driver was Chambuzo and cooker Peter, they are both amazing!!! Chambuzo has a lot of experience and can spot the animals sooo easily, and Peter cooks amazing local food. Both respectufl and very nice.
There were only 2 thing that has place to improvement, one is the condition of the matresses and the sleeping bags, they were dirty. So if you have the chance to take your own sleeping bag I think it is woth it. Te second is that they prefer the payment in cash and the ATM only gives you 600K TZ shilling at the time with 10.000 bills, so we had to witdraw 7 times and one person that was on the safari got his card stucked in the machine. The payment with credit card charges 5% fees in all Tanzania and the international transfer is also expensive. So the payment method could also be improved.

Fantastic
5/5

We were lucky enough to travel with Manny, our Dream Tanzania Safaris guide; Thanks to his amazing optimism, friendliness and professionalism, he gave us an amazing experience.

The lodging, service, timing and Transport were impeccable!

The 6day safari exceeded expectations in all regards and our visit to an authentic Masai market was eye-opening.

He perfectly understood our needs and provided the best service we could’ve wished for.

The roads could do with some work but didn't stop us from enjoying our “safari”.

The Best Way To Unravel the Hidden Gems In Tanzania
5/5

This was my second time in Tanzania but the first for my husband, I have to accept that Ramadhan is a great host. It took months of correspondence to plan this trip, and all this time he was available and open to our suggestions.
Everything was well arranged from the timely transfers, excellent lodges, a well serviced 4x4 off-roader and above all an amazing guide who accompanied us all through the week-long exploration adventure.
It was a fascinating time in the parks, each unique and special with different animals and habitats. We also visited the Hehe Kingdom Museum in Iringa.
In the end we did not want to return back home because the trip went very fast.

Beyond our expectations
5/5

The trip was everything we expected and more. As a photographer I wanted to experience the true nature of Kenya and Keron looked after everything to make our experience truly unique. Kenny booked all our hotels and organized the trips and accommodations, he also made great recommendations for us on the trip. Pascal our driver was awesome and he always got us to the animals fast so we got to spot lions, leopards and everything else almost daily. He knew the park roads well and accommodated our needs at all times. I would definitely recommend Keron for anyone considering a Safari with a trusted company. Also consider flying into some of the parks as the roads can be very long and are rough, a short flight from Maasai Mara back to Nairobi was well worth the extra costs.

Professional and caring. Good information and follow up provided
4/5

The communications with the operator was good. We got a change of travel dates due to COVID, and they were able to accommodate our changes with little fuzz

The driver was very knowledgeable and pleasant, answering our million questions with a flair

Even though we travelled significant distances between the parks, the car was comfortable and the drives interesting

All venues were arranged and nothing came unexpected

A super experience I would highly recommend!

An outstanding tour and travel company in Africa
5/5

Kubwa Five Safaris is a reliable source for all your travel needs; not only they being a reliable source but they provide excellent travel services as well.

We booked with them for a trip to Queen Elizabeth National Park, and we had a trip of a lifetime.

Activities were well arranged and we greatly every activity. The game drives and boat ride were outstanding; I saw animals that I had never seen.

We really like the hotel booked for us, Engiri safari lodge was great hotel with great customer care, and the meals were delicious. The lodge is in the middle of the park, and you get to see animals anytime passing by, elephants were grazing besides our lodge and one of the nights buffaloes grazed from the same place. I enjoyed seeing them grazing at a very close distance.

Thank you for an outstanding vacation to Queen Elizabeth National Park that you gave us.

We will book with you again in future; you guys are the best travel company in Uganda.
