It was a true safari: bumpy rides, the thrill of seeking for the animals (with succes: the big five, the crossing of the +1000 wildbeest over the river and plenty more!), lodges surrounded with all kinds of animals, good local food, fun and also informative stories about the animals and the Reserves, a lot of laughter with our guide and ofcourse Hakuna Matata.
I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way we are beyond happy that we chose Safari Soles tours and that we had Simon as our guide. He made it a trip to never forget with his knowledge of the reserves and good eye site you won’t miss a thing! Tanzania has a special place in our hearts.

Good experience & guide
If you are looking for a budget safari I would recommend Lenchada. We did a 3 day safari and stayed 2 nights at the Lenchada camp and the safari experience was amazing. We were quite lucky with the group of people we had the pleasure to share the experience with; the accomodation at the camp is modest but it gives you a chance to rest and have a break from the normal life. I also have to highlight our guide... if you can ask for a guide, make sure you ask for Geeman. He really went the extra mile to make sure we spotted all the animals, always trying to answer our questions and he was friendly not only to our group but also to other guides and people in the village and in the camp.

It's nice when you people do what they say they are going to do, in today's world. The people at Customise Travel took excellent care of us the entire time we were there like family. They provide the services the offered and more. We got transferred to and from the airport. The guided tour of the falls by our guide Gary was interesting, others around us were attempting to hire him for the own private tour. We were able to completely relax at our lodge, The Nkosi! Ah yes these people wil always be with me in my heart, they helped us celebrate wife birthday. The food and drinks were some of the best I had in my travels. The river dinner cruise, the helicopter ride plus the Chobe National parrk guided tour along with the Hwange national park made memories that will last a life time. The personal touch of Brian showing up for the birthday celebration with his daughter Precious was the cherry on top. Even had the wife there to see us off at the VFA airport. Africa is all that we dreamed and more thanks to Customise Tours. Will see you again!
