Incredible Safari Tour Operator
We felt that booking a safari was a bit of a mine field and didn’t want to be on a safari searching for wildlife for half the time and pay for an over crowded area. However, Wayfairer talked us through the do’s and don’ts, reserve vs conservancy and sent us on the trip of a lifetime. The trip was more expensive than we anticipated and it took a lot of convincing, but when we were out there, it was absolutely the right decision to pay the extra, to get the exclusivity, incredible camps and abundance of wildlife in the conservancy we were recommended. Rare become the norm, it was amazing.
If it wasn’t obvious, I’d highly recommend.

Bamba adventures planned my trip to diani early this year. We met in the cbd of Nairobi.I was taken to the standard gauge railway terminus in syokimau where I boarded the train to Mombasa where I met a driver waiting to take me to diani where my accommodation was.The first day was spent in the hotel.The second day was spent at wasini where i went to watch the dolphins.I was then taken to a coastal dishes hotel for lunch then back to the hotel.The second day i was taken to the beach then lunch at a hotel then dinner at Ali barbour restaurant.The third day i went to the market and did some shopping went back to the hotel checked out.I found a driver waiting to take me to the sgr mombasa terminus where i boarded the train back to Nairobi.

Our experience exceeded our expectations!
Our safari experience was amazing! Our driver and guide Gilbert Mariki was outstanding! This man is knowledgeable of the territory and all the animals. He was very impressive. We saw four of the Big Five on our first day and thousands of Wildebeest as they crossed the Mara river. Mariki set our schedule because he was the expert. Every day we had 12 hours of excitement as we drove through the Serengeti Park. Thank you Mariki for your expertise and for taking good care of us. Going over and above of service is what you delivered.

Excellent tour with an experienced and safe guide
We had a wonderful 8-day tour in Uganda for the perfect success of which we have to thank particularly our guide Patrick: a tireless driver and a perfect connoisseur of his country, who wants to let the visitor know both its most magnificent and spectacular sides (he is very expert in Safaris and thanks to him we have seen more animals and more closely than we could honestly hope) than in its more complex and 'difficult' aspects (some situations were really touching). In addition to this, he was available to meet the customer's needs and, if necessary, to modify the travel program and resolve any problems (we had a small inconvenience with one of the accommodations booked which he resolved brilliantly). Our journey was very intense, with many wake-up calls before dawn, but thanks to him who took care of everything perfectly it was not at all heavy and the long moments of transfer in Jeep speaking with him were one of the best things of the tour. If his professionalism is indisputable the human side was no less: we found a nice, ironic, intelligent and curious person, passionate about the customs and traditions of his country. We lived in close contact for 8 days and there was any disagreement or bad mood, which is not a foregone thing. We were told that Ugandan people are very welcoming and he confirmed it. If you have to book a trip with this tour operator ask for him.

The tour operator/guides were exceptional!
Our trip was very memorable. We had unique cultural experiences and inspirational ventures into schools and safe houses. We met the people who were involved with the programs for young women and students, and had the opportunity to talk with some of the students and teachers. We experienced buying fabric in a market and having clothing made by a local seamstress. We danced with villagers and toured a Maasai village. Our lodging was very good....with wonderful service, and some places had pools which we took advantage of. All our meals were included--with lots of fresh fruit and local foods. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and open to questions. We went on safari at two different national parks. We had the amazing experience of seeing many animals close up. Kakasii and Brenda did exceptional planning and guiding of the sites in Tanzania. The value of the experience was much more than the very reasonable price!

We booked 3 tours with Armaye: 4 days Omo valley tour, visiting tribes, one day tour from Addis Ababa to Debre Libanos, and 6 days Bale Mountains trekking. Everything was just simple perfect: good organization, good accomodations, good food, and very friendly welcome. We had an amazing time and were happy to learn a lot about Ethiopean lifestyle and culture. Armaye is the most reliable and prepared tour guide I have met in the last 20 years of traveling, that's for sure! Best value for money by far!!

Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, accessible and friendly
Taking a professional tour with a knowledgeable guide into the Kruger National Park is somewhat key to the success of your experience. We viewed game we would never have spotted on our own and learned detailed facts about the fauna and flora. If you only have a short time in the Park it is highly recommended to book a trip with Elephant Heard Tours and Safaris!
