October 2022 is visited Uganda with thr idea of pushing my music career anf also do community outreaches with the hiphop community in Uganda.
After I intended to visit the wild side of the country and do a short safari. So I booked with Zootopia Game Drives safari company.
The communication was great from the moment I reached out to them. Nicole and Ronnie where swift and flexible in organizing everything.
From hotel selection because I opted for budget but they gave midrange experience with the Bush lodge in Queen and it was a bonus.
Not everything was rosey because I faced a setback when the guide forgot to fuel the car properly and this made him delay on the pick up on our last day of the trip. This was quite an upsetting experience but he compensated it by extending my evening game drive and Ronnie personally apologized for this.
The trip was a 3-day journey to Kibale National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Parks. Led by the remarkable team of Ronnie and Nicole, and guided by the knowledgeable Elvis, this trip surpassed all my expectations, leaving me with memories that will last a lifetime.
From the very beginning, exceptional professionalism and efficiency in handling issues in detail was displayed especially because from the many operators I contacted Ronnie is the only one who offered me a contract and wrote an invoice/receipt after my payments for bookings.
The quick responses to my inquiries and willingness to address any concerns made the pre-trip communication a breeze.
I truly appreciated the attentiveness, as it instilled confidence in the company's commitment to providing an outstanding experience.
The adventure kicked off in Kibale National Park, renowned for its abundant primate population and lush rainforests. our experienced guide, shared his profound knowledge of the park's wildlife, ecosystems, and conservation efforts.
we embarked on captivating chimpanzee tracking expeditions, enjoyed the playful nature of these majestic creatures. The excitement of spotting various other primates, including red colobus monkeys and black-and-white colobus monkeys, was an absolute delight.
The journey continued to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where the awe-inspiring landscapes and diverse wildlife awaited us. Ronnie and Nicole's meticulous planning ensured that we had ample time to explore the park's diverse habitats. The game drives brought us face to face with majestic lions basking in the sun, graceful elephants and giraffes elegantly grazing on the treetops.
The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, where we witnessed a captivating spectacle of hippos, crocodiles, and a vibrant site of birdlife.
Throughout the trip, the professionalism, expertise, and genuine passion of Elvis shone through. His storytelling skills and ability to spot hidden animals within the parks were truly commendable. Elvis effortlessly showed his love for nature and his commitment to conservation, making each interaction a valuable learning experience.
In summary, my 3-day adventure with Zootopia Game Drives safaris was an extraordinary experience. Ronnie's exceptional organization skills and quick responsiveness during our communication laid the foundation for a seamless journey.

The 4x4 Ford car is the best way to travel expecially with the briefing of the girl at the reception

Great Experience
My husband and I had a great experience on our safari with Mateo Adventures from the beginning to the end of the trip. We were able to keep our luggage at their office before the journey as we had one luggage which was big. Amazing meals all throughout the trip and Patrick, our guide was the best! He knew where to spot the animals and we got to see the big 5. I recommend this tour for everyone!

One team - one dream!
We climbed Kilimanjaro on the Rongan route. We lived in tents. There were 18 escorts with us, who provided us with a comfortable ascent. A very cool team! Special thanks to the guides: Dixon, Boney, Abdallah for bringing our group to the top. Motivated and supported us!

Amazing trip with 5 star sevice
I used the safari booking site and put in what I wanted and Mohamed from Telly Africa Safari contacted me with all the details and price. There were 8 of us in the group and we wanted a luxury safari to the Serengeti and Ngogoro crater. From the first contact to the last the service we received was excellent. We were picked up from our hotel in Zanzibar and everything was organised for us and it all went so smoothly. Our guides Arun and Goodson were also excellent and catered for out needs. We had a magical ballon trip and our whole time on the safari was exceptional and we managed to squeeze in a trip to a masi village arranged by the guides. We asked for 5 star and got in not just in terms of out lodgings but the service from start to finish especially as there had to be a last minute change. Thanks so much Mohamed and I would not hesitate to recommend Telly Africa safari whether you want 5 star or basic.

Great service and budget options
We booked a 5 days shared tour in a 4x4 Land Cruiser with Moses to Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru. The price was really good (considering how expensive safaris in 4x4 are), but we ended having to change the group/car we were in 2 times, and we also saw this happening with other people that also booked shared tours. So it's good to check this in advance. Anyway Moses was always available to help us, including acomodating a side trip to Mt Longonot, and we ended having a great Safari!

Very good budget option
We book a shared 3 Day tour to Amboseli but ended up being only two people in the tour. Everything was very nice and we could see lots of animals, mainly elephants! We stayed in the Manjaro tented camp that was very good, with friendly people and very good food and we even got some giraffes visiting the camp :-)

Unforgettable experience
We had an incredible experience for three days! Catherine responds very quickly, in detail and always tries to find the best solution (date, means of payment, etc.).
Martin (the guide and driver) taught us a lot about the Massai Mara. We saw lots of animals, almost all of the big five (except the rhino), a wildebeest migration and magnificent landscapes.
The camp (Enkorok Mara Camp) is comfortable and the camp staff were pleasant and always smiling.
It's definitely an experience to live.
Good to know the alarm clocks are early and the roads can be shaken ("massage roads")

We had a wonderful 4 night travel plan to Samburu then to Ol Pejeta in Nanyuki. Emmanuel from Ongeri made sure we got an amazing deal - great rooms, wonderful hotels and at a price that worked for us. It was a seamless process from first contact. I personally appreciated the in person briefing we got from Emmanuel a few days before our travels.
