Very organized, we had no issues.

Jackson was able to help me with some special requests. Great communication all throughout the experience. He was personally very involved and always checked in to make sure all was good.

I spent wonderful 10days with my guide David. He know everything about animals and plants in Kenya, always can find best position to observe animals. I knew I will have a wonderful vacation after the first day and we see all big five in first 3days already and they are sooo close. I have to admit that I saw way much more as expected.

Lameck made us both feel very comfortable and safe, he was always smiling and very friendly!
5/5

I would recommend Migration Venture Africa to absolutely anyone who is wanting to pack their days full with amazing scenic views and lots of wildlife! Communicating through email was both easy and fast. Whilst on the safari messaging was an easy way to stay in contact with the tour operator. We got everything and more out of the money we spent on this safari. We weren’t expecting to see so many animals not to mention stay in beautiful places and eat delectable food both for breakfast, lunch (to go) and dinner. We could always rely on the tour guide (Lameck) to keep us smiling and happy while also keeping us safe. Overall, this tour gave us a better understanding of wildlife, habitats and even a better understanding of the maasai lifestyle. Thank you Lameck for making this tour so memorable, we would recommend this to anyone.

Our tour operator Lameck was friendly & kind, always ready to greet us with a big smile each day!

Our entire experience with Migration Africa was nothing less than amazing! Amos was communicative, friendly & professional, and at no point were we left with any unanswered questions. Lameck immediately made my friend and I feel like family on his safari tour, and we were very comfortable and happy the whole way through. We saw all the wildlife we wished for & more, with a consistent stream of information about the animals, history, and environments. Lameck was always sure to double check that we got all the photos we wanted & enough time to soak in each experience, and I am sure we provided him with more than enough “wow,” “unreal” and “that’s beautiful” comments. He was very accommodating and always went with the flow of whatever direction our day would take us; we were never bored and his knack for spotting animals from what seems like miles away is crazy! Thank you Lameck & Amos for making our trip to Tanzania such a memorable one.

Well organised, and very professional.

I love travelling and meeting new people, trying new foods, the adventure of it all. Kilimanjaro was brilliant. My trip was well organised and , genuinely, I couldn’t have got a better guide. His name is Emanuel Mkumbo. This man kept me right all the time, as well as sharing his knowledge. For 5 days Emanuel was not just my guide but a bloody good friend. If you’re thinking of doing Kilimanjaro this is who I would recommend.
Personally, I do think it’s also good value for money.

Everything was perfectly organized from beginning to end! It couldn’t have been better :)

Our experience in Kenya was so wonderful in every way! Our guide James was an expert driver, and was great at tracking the potential locations of the animals to get us very close to the action. He is truly a professional. He was so knowledgeable about the area and knew all there is to know about the animals we saw. He was funny and just amazing really! :) Thanks again!

We also were very happy with all the accommodations we stayed at, from the food to the staff, every place we stayed at was super!

Overall, everything went perfectly and truly exceeded our expectations. It was wonderful to feel like we were in good hands the whole time and kept safe and happy!

Hakuna Matata, wildlife heaven, just a magical journey ...

What an adventure! Hakuna Matata ....

After arriving in Johannesburg and exploring the city for 1 day, we flew to Hoedspruit. We’ve started with the Simbavati Trails Camp with glamping facilities and clear star skies in Greater Kruger (2 nights). We enjoyed encountering animals on short distances from small to big and to learn about their footprints and behaviour. After a scenic walk in the evening, we were surprised with a sunset Gin Tonic and a hot bubble bath under the stars. It was a unique experience in an unfenced Camp, where elephants drink from the swimming pool by night. The food served out of that basic kitchen was 1-star quality and versatile. Thompson is an excellent chef. The facilities were clean, confortable and we had everything we needed or wished for. The staff was outstanding. Donald brightened our days.

After 2 nights, we’ve moved to another area (Klaserie Private Nature Reserve) and the Simbavati Amani Lodge (also 2 nights). We had close encounters with the animals while enjoying the afternoon at the swimming pool. The water hole in front of the lodge is a dream come true. We had the feeling the whole Lion King movie just passed by ;-). In the morning and afternoon we’ve enjoyed fantastical game drives with drinks and snacks in-between. Our guide Julius was amazing. The facilities were luxurious, and we felt very welcome and as part of the Amani family. For us the combination of the Trails Camp and the Lodge with game drives was a perfect fit and the ideal combination between luxury and proximity to nature with close encounters. We always felt safe and got very close to those wild animals.

We definitely recommend Safaribooking and the team of SW AFRICA Destination Management and Simbavati Trails Camp and Amani Lodge. Everyone helped us to make our dreams come true.

Amazing, would recommend and visit again!

We visited South Africa as part of our honeymoon and started our trip with a 4-day Safari/Panorama Route tour (with Wild Planet Safari). We could not have had a more excellent experience with our Safari. We booked a private tour which included a group night ride, and we decided to add a group bush walk as well. We did meet up and eat with other private groups which broke up the tour and allowed us to meet other adventurers!

Our guides were extremely knowledgeable on all animals, plants, and park/area history which was amazing when we had questions! They were amazing photographers (and shared their images with us after we left), and awesome cooks (all meals were great and made us feel like we were really getting a taste for South Africa). All of the guides were so friendly, passionate, and provided the most amazing experience to kick off our honeymoon we would recommend them for anyone traveling and trying to experience a safari. We saw so many animals (even a Cheetah, although we missed the elusive leopard, a reason to return :)) and the Panorama route was absolutely a gorgeous way to end our safari before returning to Johannesburg.

After the safari we flew to Mozambique and ended our time in Capetown enjoying some amazing adventures (paragliding, hiking Lion's head, Hermanus whale-watching, Stellenbosch wine tours). Would recommend South Africa to anyone who has enough time to travel from the US!
