We just returned from Zimbabwe and Botswana and had one of the best family trips we have ever ever had. We had booked this long awaited trip pre-COVID and with Safari Partner's patience and professionalism, we were finally able to make it happen. We have travelled extensively, and I have to say that this was one of the most seamless and 'value for money' trips that we have ever taken. Chris and his team were professional, patient, responsive, knowledgeable, caring and pragmatic. The accommodations and tour operators in Zimbabwe and Botswana were amazing and of very high quality and experience. The information received from Chris and his team pre-trip was comprehensive and accurate. I would not hesitate to book another trip with Safari Partners! Very good organisation, punctual and correct.
We booked several tours with this organisation. All of them were very well organised, especially the 3 days safari tour to Tsavo East and Ngutuni Park. The lodges that were booked during this tour were excellent! Amazing food, outstanding service, high level of comfort, ... If you had special wishes you could ask to adjust the tours accordingly.
The drivers were punctual and took our wishes into account. Plenty of water bottles were included in all of the tours.
The communication in advance of the bookings was very clear.
We were a family of 8 people and we would definitely recommand African Mosaic Tours.

Amazing and wonderful experience!!!
We went on a 5 day safari in Selous GR and Mikumi National Park (including boat safari, Maasai, and walking with a bushman). During the preparation of our trip the contact with Jacob was very smooth and he arranged everything to perfection! We had a wonderful safari with Salum Msese as our driver/guide! His experience, safety and friendliness made our trip to the next level! He was very knowledgeable about the animals and the parks and knew exactly where we could find the animals! We would recommend the tours with this company (Smile With Us Tours) to anyone and we will never forget this trip!!

FABULOUS 13 Days Uganda Rwanda Primate & Wildlife Safari (private tour)
FABULOUS! We did the 13 Days Uganda Rwanda Primate & Wildlife Safari (private tour) and it was absolutely FABULOUS! We observed lots of animals, saw much of the countryside and its people, and beautiful scenery. Our primary goal on this trip was to see the silver-back mountain gorilla – we trekked and we did see a family in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park! We also saw the Big 5 of Africa – 3 (lions, cape buffalos and elephants) were spotted at Kidepo Valley National Park, the white rhino was at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, and an elusive leopard at Murchison Falls National Park. We also saw many other animals on the various safaris and activities – giraffe, deer, antelope, zebras, crocodile, hippos, hyenas, warthogs, and much, much more! Notably, we also trekked to see the golden monkeys (endemic and endangered) – awesome!
Thank you, Cate for organizing such a terrific itinerary. This trip was planned and delayed over a three-year period, and finally came to fruition once covid restrictions were lifted. Cate was so professional and very responsive during this timeframe. The trip was absolutely worth the wait.
And we can’t thank our tour guide/driver, Denis, for being such a great guide! He’s the best of the best and knew everything about everything!
Highly, highly recommend this 13-day itinerary!!!!! We have such fond, fond memories of our time in wonderful Uganda and Rwanda! Thank you, Prime Safaris and Tours, especially “sister” Cate!

Awesome experience
My 1-day excursion in Wasini Island with two other friends has been a great experience. The day was very well planned: we were picked up from our hotel in the early morning and taken to Shimoni. From there we sailed in the ocean looking for dolphins and whale sharks, went snorkeling and rested for a while on the beach. After that we had a very tasty seafood lunch on Wasini island and a short visit to a local village. The boat crew and tour operator staff were always very welcoming and always available. Highly recommended!

Amazing adventure with great support
Through Bluerange Connect we went on a 9 day safari in Kenya visiting several games parks and lakes: Samburu, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naiwasha, Masai Mara and Amboseli. Between all the parks and lakes we easily saw the big five along with many other amazing animals and landscapes. Timing to visit the Masai Mara proved perfect as many animals had migrated north from the Serengeti onto the Masai Mara. The difference in the landscapes between all the places were incredibly to see... from the dessert of Samburu, to the savannah of the Masai Mara, to the swamps of Amboseli - the beauty of Kenya will remain in our memory. And our driver Ibrahim was knowledgeable about both animals and Kenya in general and happily shared his knowledge. We stayed a a wide range of accommodations from more luxurious game lodges to smaller local hotels, which from our perspective made the whole experience more complete and well rounded. At all times Mr. Owen Willis from Bluerange Connect was within reach by WhatsApp should three be an issue. For example we had a minor medical issue and Mr Willison was within reach on whatsapp and helped resolve all issues quickly and get us help. I would happily book another adventure in Kenya or Tanzania through Bluerange Connect.

very engaged and experiecned agency, from the Backoffice to the driver, felt been part of the family
We decided for this agency from a pool of hundreds of agencies in the first place due to the best price they offered.
In the second place we were absolutely convinced of the agency due to the great and fast communication with the office. First they sent us an offer with all typical places you visit at the safari in Tansania. But we wanted some changes in the itinerary and they adapted them directly.
With Ernest we had a great and very experienced driver, who fulfilled all our wishes and had to every time the right idea and timing. We felt to every time well cared.
A big plus was the safari briefing to the begin of the safari in the first lodge conducted by the superior from the office. All accommodation as well as the food were super.
I can 100% recommend the accommodation.

Our driver and guide Ben was wonderful!!! He was very nice to us, answered all our questions, explained lots of interesting things, tried always to meet our expectations during the drive, and offer the best experience!
