There are only so many things that truly make you feel young at heart and this was one of them!
My wife an I had an amazing 4 day safari with SunUp Adventures. We originally booked for March of 2020, but had to delay due to the pandemic. Chris was very helpful and accommodating throughout the rescheduling process and booked us back in, without issue, when we were finally able to make it.
Our guide Jack was cordial, knowledgable and a very good driver.
There was barely a minute that went by in the 4 days in the vehicle where we weren’t talking about something.
The accommodations were incredible, the staff were all very helpful and incredibly friendly. We saw everything on our list and so much more! It was truly the trip of a lifetime.
If you’re planning a safari, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SunUp Adventures!

Ti was an extraordinary safari!
We made 10 days safari with Elia Muro. This guide was absolutely perfect. He had always an answer for all our questions not only about the animals but also about the plants, geography, culture… all our trip was perfectly organized, the lodges were always beautiful and the food very good.
In was an incredible adventure!

everything was perfect organised and our tour guide ande was excellent
we spent 10 days in namibia and it was just outstanding. the tour was perfect organised and we were able to see the varityof this beautiful country. furthermore, our locations were in different hotels and lodges in the hills and dessert as well as in the national park of etosha. the standard of them was excellent. we really would like to point out that our tour guide andre was a piece of luck. we always felt fine in an unknown country and his knowledge regarding animals, culture and history was very interesting and huge. andre was also very funny and we had ineressting conversations. we always felt fine and will recomend impala tours! we were really speechless. thank you very much to our friend andre and his son marc
A real African experience, well orchestrated and delivered!
My family had a wonderful 3-day Safari experience in the Masai Mara. The accommodation at the Camp was clean and very comfortable. How amazing to be woken by the sound of wild animals lurking just outside your tent. Meals were good and served timeously.
Viewing the big 5 in one day was incredible and happened due to the enthusiasm of our tour guide, helped by communications with his colleagues providing the same service in other vehicles. Our guide, Jimmy, could not do enough to make our stay memorable! He has a wonderful sense of humour, fantastic driving skills, great knowledge of the Masai Mara and the animals therein; an all-around great guy! He deserves to enjoy every success in his career. We wish him and his family well.
Value for money was good however, the Operator stated that WiFi was available at Lenchada Camp. This was not the case. Overall we would thoroughly recommend using this tour service.

Great experience!!!!
What an amazing 7 days expedition we had with Kilisa!!!!!! Enjoyed every minute of it. The hike to Mandara hut was outstanding. Guidance of Bakari and Nixon helped us get to the top even though we started hiking a bit late. All along they were patient and kept pouring out all the knowledge they had and encouraged us to ask questions as well as climb “pole pole “( slowly, slowly).
On the Safari, Beatus kept us entertained. His eyes in locating the animals as well as his skill of taking pics thru binoculars was amazing. The accommodations for four nights during the safari was GREAT. It was like an Oasis in desert!!!!!! The meals were well thought of.
Naick, the big boss is perfect in his own place…… what fun memory we made on the very first day

Unforgettable human adventure
I went to climb the Kilimanjaro on December with the agency Kilimanjaro Heroes Adventure, who was always attentive and accommodating, during the climb or during the organization of the trip.
Guided by a fantastic team who did absolutely everything for me to reach the top, I felt perfectly well and I never missed anything. The porters were incredible, as the chef Abu, who made me some delicious and hearty vegetarian meals every day.
I will never forget the time spent with my guide Goodluck, who knows the mountain like the back of his hand. We spent all day with chatting, sharing cultures and laughing.
I lived a real human adventure with them, surrounded by incredible landscapes. If you're looking for a local agency, that listens and takes care of you and manages his porters correctly, KHA is for you.

Could not have been better
I was part of the group with Marg - see previous review - and I would just like to echo her comments. Ann could not have been more helpful - she really went above and beyond to ensure that our whole time in Kenya was great. Our guide for the safari, Edward, and his assistant Brian were both helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. It was clear that they were enjoying the opportunity to see so many animals and birds as much as we were. Highly recommended.

They were extremely sweet.
I went for a day trip to Suba National forest with Armaye. Communication with them was very clear and I had a lovely time exploring Africa's oldest park. I'm really grateful for the experience and I wish them the best.

African emotions
At the end of our 5 day safari in Tanzania, we would like to thank Lion King Adventures for the unforgettable experience we had.
Special thanks to Caroline and Rose who pampered us, taking care of the journey down to the smallest detail and promptly responding to our every request, and to Said, a serious, professional and prepared driver, who allowed us to experience an exciting and immersive journey into nature wild, always showing herself smiling and available even after 12 hours of driving. Thanks to his experience, we have closely observed cheetahs, lions, lionesses, hippos, elephants, giraffes, zebras, impalas, gazelles, antelopes, buffaloes, wildebeests (gathered in the Serengeti to give birth to the young - we saw one that lasted a few hours - before starting the great migration) and then birds (ostriches, pelicans, yellow-billed storks, marabú, Egyptian geese, crowned cranes, gray herons, blue herons, buteris, hornbills, bustards, kingfishers, bee-eaters, parrots...) , blue monkeys, vervet monkeys and baboons, vultures, hyenas and jackals.
We followed a cheetah's hunt for three hours, witnessed a mating attempt between lions, the feeding of lions and scavengers, maternal scenes of zebras and wildebeest...
Encountering wild animals in their natural habitat, getting lost in the boundless spaces of the parks, being deafened by the surreal silence interrupted only by the sounds of nature, waking up in suggestive and uncontaminated contexts (both the lodges and the mobile tented camps offer, in addition to the priceless view, all sorts of comforts) made us feel part of a primordial creative process.
This is not our first safari in Africa but the adventure that Lion King gave us will remain forever in our hearts.
