The best of Jordan
5/5

I have just completed an 11-day trip in Jordan, organized and coordinated by Amani Tours. Booking with Amani Tours was one of the best decisions I could have made. Ahmad and the team took care of every single detail of the trip, so I didn't have to worry about anything. Almost everything went without a hitch (a few sites where they could not find an available local guide, but in the end, I didn't see that as a big deal).
Given the fact that they only do private tours, they assign a driver to you. In my case, my driver, Hassan, was excellent. I could not have asked for a better companion for my trip. He was always very professional, courteous, on time, responsible. Not only was he a driver, but a source of information and cultural awareness. During our trips, we would chat about pretty much anything, and he would be happy to share about the local culture, customs, etc., which put the whole experience into perspective. Thank you Hassan for all the good times, and thank you Ahmad for planning and coordinating the whole trip. Thanks to you guys, this trip is now one of the most memorable for me!!.
When I go back, I would not hesitate to book again with Amani Tours!

Amazing safari
5/5

Can only recommend Khalanga Safaris. Our 5 trip with Shoes as field guide was fantastic. Shoes has a great knowledge of wildlife, birds, landscape and fauna. Driving with Khalanga Safaris is never boring. Shoes is friendly, really funny and has a great knowledge. We really like watching birds, Shoes know a lot about birds, and did a lot to show us new species and different experiences.
Our 6 trip with Khalanga Safaris must include overnight stays in the park.

Beautiful safari in Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Lake Natron
5/5

We took Chalema Tanzania Safaris & Keith as a guide for our Christmas holidays safari.
It was very well organized, Joel took time to tailer-made our safari and was very reactive.
We loved the beautiful colors of Lake Natron, the Maasai culture at the Giraffe Eco Lodge, and the waterfall trail.
Our nights at Tanzania Bush Camp in Serengeti we’re amazing, straight in the bush, we saw 20 lions passing by after our dinner!!
It’s a must go, with so many animals + the great migration of wildebeest.
Our guide, Keith, was very professional, patient & resilient. He drove us around for 5 days, sometimes 10 hours in a row.
We saw the Big Five thanks to him and countless cats! We were almost bored of seeing lions at the end of our safari…!
I would warmly recommend Chalema Tanzania Safaris & our French speaking guide Keith whom help us live this extraordinary African experience!

Communicative
5/5

Safari by Z with Gladness as our (two sisters in their 20s) agent and Fadhili as our guide was great value for our money, very communicative and pleasant. We felt safe and cared for throughout the trip. Fadhili went above his duties as a guide to ensure we saw all the animals and got the photos/videos we wanted. We were able to capture some amazing photos/videos of the animals. He was very positive, flexible and easy to talk to throughout the trip. We did 1 day Tarangire, 2 days Serengeti, 1 day Ngorongoro, 1 day lake Manyara plus 4 days in Zanzibar all organized by Gladness. I would recommend 4-5 days to see all the major animals and I would skip Lake Manyara next time because we only saw monkeys and a couple of elephants (no flamingos at Lake Manyara but we saw them at Ngongoro crater, as it was not the time to see the flamingos). They had told us we would see about 100 flamingos at Lake Manyara but we did not - do your homework before you confirm any itinerary… also make sure you do not bring or accept American bills before 2006 because Tanzania does not accept these bills. We were also only told once in Tanzania that it is recommended to tip the driver 25-30 usd/per person per day. We were told we don’t need to tip the lodge people but we have a few dollars anyway in their tip box. Overall I would recommend Fadhili and Safari by Z but make sure to do your homework to get the safari you are looking for and double check all the expenses before confirming booking with them.

We would like to recommend this wonderful tour of Tsavo East. Communication was a challenge for us but the operator surmounted all the obstacles and managed to keep us informed prior to the trip. All the logistics flowed smoothly. Our driver/guide was a personable fellow who made us feel safe both among the 4-wheeled beasts on the highway and the 4-legged beasts in the park. We had been told that Tsavo East might not provide as rich a viewing experience as other more extensive excursions, but we were delighted by the many animals Katana was able to locate. Seeing these fellow creatures in their natural habitat is an unforgettable experience. We are so grateful to have found an excursion that met our budgetary constraints and that in every other way exceeded our expectations.

Home to Africa has been very accomodating and has adapted to all of our requests when planning and budgeting. Our guide, Benon, was fun, kind, patient and knowledgeable. He made us feel very comfortable and was always on the lookout to make sure we were on schedule and had all of our needs met. We were able to see giraffs, zebras, hippos, buffalos, lions, monkeys, baboons, crocodiles, gorillas and many types of birds. The highlight of the trip was the gorilla treck in Bwindi. We saw the gorillas up close and it was absolutely breathtaking and humbling.

A dream safari and a great value

I recently took a 4 day/3 night safari to Kruger National Park and the Greater Kruger with Safari Reinhardt. I cannot recommend the company or the destination highly enough. We had particular luck and saw all of the Big Five, but we also saw more elusive species like a cheetah. The accommodations were exceptional, with amazing food and hosts. Reinhardt, our guide, and his assistant tracker, Timba, were incredibly knowledgeable and adaptable to our small group. South Africa, as a country, is extremely interesting and beautiful. The people are very friendly, open, and caring. I often found myself having deep conversations with people I just met. I never felt unsafe. Transportation around the country was quick and efficient. I cannot recommend South Africa and especially Safari Reinhardt highly enough.

Perfect holiday!
5/5

My mother and I have just returned from an 8 day trip of Tanzanian Safari and Zanzibar arranged by African Chitah, and we can genuinely say it was perfect - certainly the best holiday we have had and unforgettable. Midian was always available, helpful and immediately responsive with his communication both prior to the trip and during which helped put my mind at ease. Particularly as my mother has mobility issues so he went out of his way to plan an itinerary that suited us. It was also very good value for everything that was arranged for us.

And then as soon as from the time our flight landed all the way throughout to the end of our holiday we were well looked after and did not have to worry about a thing. African Chitah are connected with the best people who are reliable and knowledgeable and clearly respected by their peers for being experts. Special mention to Simon our Safari guide who went out of his way to make sure we saw as much as possible. The accommodations were perfect throughout and all the tours arranged by African Chitah were fantastic where we learnt so much about each of the places we were in. I would whole-heartedly recommend African Chitah for any Tanzanian holidays because our experience was faultless. Thank you!

A magical experience with a fabulous guide!
5/5

My husband and I had the most incredible experience with Australken. We were looking for a 3 day/2 night budget safari option from Nairobi. Not only was Australken the most affordable of all the groups we talked to, but the communication and service were top notch. We stayed in a tented camp within the Mara, which was perfectly comfortable - had wonderful food - and a fabulous host. Simon was our driver/guide for the entire trip and he was absolutely amazing. We felt cared for and learned so much from him. His recommendation for our hot air balloon ride was great as well. We had the best time, saw so many animals, and would recommend anyone we know to Australken!
