Best new year ever
5/5

Great stay in Tanzania with CHAMELA TANZANIA SAFARI. Departed from December 26, 2022 to January 1, 2023 inclusive. We had the possibility to give him our wishes for visits, but having never been to Africa and having never done a safari, we asked him to manage everything, Joël concocted a stay with little onions for us! everything was perfect. The choice of parks, places to sleep (including 2 nights in a camp in the middle of nature with warthogs and hyenas near our tent at night (no danger for us, you just must not go out without the guards at night: -) ) You only experience this once in your life. All that is the performance of Joël, The boss of Tanzania! But it was also our guide Chabani who made this adventure unique and just perfect. Chabani has lynx eyes and sees well-hidden animals sometimes a few hundred meters away (this was the case for the Black Rhinoceros that Chabani spotted when we couldn't see anything except a black spot. But the camera and the binoculars confirmed the beautiful catch !! It is thanks to this catch that we are proud to be able to say that we saw the BIG 5 (the lion, the leopard, the elephant, the black rhinoceros and the buffalo. not always easy in just 1 week. Thank you very much Chabani for that and thank you a thousand times Joël for concocting great stays and choosing your team well. They do a great job and represent you well.
Thank you again a thousand times Chabani for sharing your country, your culture and the way of life of Tanzanians. You speak French very well !
you know how to adapt to our rhythm and our desires for discovery while making sure that we have plenty to see. You are very professional and drive very well
We would love to come back on safari with CHAMELA TANZANIA SAFARI! But this time, only in the middle of nature, sleeping only in tents. And always with Chabani! Never change a winning team :-)

Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, Friendly
5/5

We did a one day tour to the falls and coffee plantation with drop off at Arusha. It was a really enjoyable experience. The falls was breathtaking. The guide was super friendly and we had loads of fun singing and dancing at the coffee plantation. We had requested to be dropped off at Arusha at 6pm. The guide planned and managed the time so well, that we were exactly in Arusha at 6pm sharp.

Wonderful experience!

Wayne from Kruger Safari Co. was a very reliable, professional and helpful partner in preparing and organizing for a three day Kruger park safari. We were based in Pretorius Camp and did great game drives and game walks seeing many beautiful animals. Accommodation was organized in luxury tents and the food which has been prepared by Hilda was gorgeous. Wayne also provided us with a lot of helpful information’s regarding travel, safety and health issues. I strongly recommend to organize your safari with Wayne and we’re looking forward already to our next trip to Kruger.

Excellent tour
5/5

I used Malagasya travel for my trip to Madagascar in October 2022. I contacted them via their website and I received a response very quickly. At first, they gave me a custom itinerary but it was too long for me as I didn't have that much time in hand. So I gave them my requirements and the locations that I wanted to visit. They immediately reverted with a customized itinerary based on my needs. Their service was impeccable right from the start. The driver they assigned me spoke excellent English and the whole tour was a breeze. They even organized a dinner for me on the last night of my tour. Last but not the least, they helped me with the postcards that I wanted to send to my friends across Europe, North America, and Asia. I'd highly recommend that you book your tour of Madagascar with them whenever you're planning to visit it.

Superb
5/5

We had the trip of a lifetime with beach holidays in Zanzibar at either end and an amazing 5 day safari in the middle covering Lake Manyara, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. The trip was meticulously and efficiently organised by the very accommodating Marta and every detail was paid attention to so that it all went smoothly, as planned and without hitch. The safari itself exceeded our expectations; we saw all the big five and a lot more besides. The quality and extent of the sightings was down to the expertise and experience of our brilliantly knowledgeable guide Erasto. He was fantastic - we learnt a lot about the animals and the environment. He also catered for us incredibly well with the most amazing lunches in fantastic locations. We would highly recommend the company and the guide. The hotels on Safari were very special and well chosen and we experienced a truly exceptional holiday.

Best Choice !!
5/5

We did our search and concluded to have a 3 day ( 2 nights ) safari from Arusa to Serengeti and Ngorongoro at the end of November.
James was ALWAYS there answering all of our questions no matter how silly or not they may seemed.

He organised us to stay in lodges instead of Camping ( of course with an extra charge but this was what we wanted to do ) and actually was able to change the schedule of the organised Safari 2 days before the safari in order to please us.

In addition, when we asked for an extra excursion before our flight, he suggested the Materuni village with the coffee beans and the coffee experience instead of a day hike in Kilimanjaro . We LOVED the extra excuersion!
John his driver for the excursion was super cool and friendly, always there to answer all of our questions and willing to explain more about their culture.

We loved our choise and are thankfull that we found African Polecat Safaris, James and John .

DEFINATELY suggest them ! Reach them, explain in detail what you have in mind, what you want them to prepare for you and feel relaxed that everything will go as planned.

About: Kenya
Journey to the grasslands
Overall rating
5/5

One of the best places to experience wildlife up close in their natural habitat plus the grasslands give us an added advantage to spot them more easily than other country national parks.

We had booked our trip with Safari Gates and they did an overall good job from the start but coordination was a little amiss between the driver and the main team.

However, the trip was fulfilling which was the main thing. We visited three parks, Amboseli, Nakuru, and Masai Mara over 6 days. The best experience was Masai Mara where we were lucky enough to witness a hunt by a pack of lions. Landscape-wise, Nakuru was stunning with the beautiful lake spreading across the park with flamingos dotting the shores.

The whole experience left me wanting more, to plan a future visit soon.

About: Tanzania
First Safari and we couldn't be happier
Overall rating
5/5

We had no idea what to expect because it was our first time, but it turned out fantastic! We chose Nyerere National Park because it was close to Dar Es Salaam and we didn't want to fly to Arusha or elsewhere, though the road took longer than expected because on the way there, a Prime Minister stopped to inspect something, causing the entire road to be closed, and on the way back, passing the airport, it was time for a President to arrive. So it appears that we did not only see wild animals! But, speaking of Nyerere, we liked how big it is, we only encountered other people a couple of times. Its landscape is very diverse, with bush, savannah, and rivers interspersed. We saw elephants, giraffes, hippos, crocs, impalas, numerous birds, and two lions. We only saw zebras once and from a great distance. Overall, we couldn't be happier. The organization and accommodations is decent and the food was delicious. We appreciated our driver's daring in finding and spotting the animals. It was a real game!
