Excellent 5 days safari. Well planned. Given ample amount during game viewing. Booking experience with Mr. Salim was really smooth. Answered all my queries before and after the booking. Salim is always there to help saying Hakuna Matata. Safari experience was superb. Also the stay before and after safari at Karibu heritage house was really comfortable.
During safari our guide was Joseph. He is very knowledgeable about wild life and truely jolly.. Joseph was very punctual about timings.. Very well planned tents at camp site..Joseph made my safari a life time experience.. We spotted all big 5 along with hundreds of other animals and birds.
And another important part is about food.. Five star for food and our great Chef.. Right on time breakfast lunch dinner and that too delicious..
It was really value for money Safari.. I was little bit worried while booking online without knowing the person but believe me its more than reliable with Salim and Joseph. Totally happy with everything.. Thanks Team ..

Just to say that it was perfect its to say nothing. Safari was well orgognized,we were dealing with Lennox and he did his best to make our trip perfect. We saw hundreds of animals,we have learned amaizing stories about places and local lifes. For that we have to say huge thanks to a our guide Khalifa. He was so attentive ,informative and just simply very nice person. Khalifa we felt very safe with You,Thank you Khalifa,i hope i see again in my life.

Amazing
we spent six excellent days in Kenya !!
we went to masai mara, lake nakuru and amboseli parks and saw their stunning landscapes and animals. the lodges were of good quality and the food was good. we also particularly appreciated our guide salomon who always provided us with answers to our many questions about animals and Kenya. he is also a very good driver who allowed us to see the lions and elephants very closely!! we loved our experience and we will be back

Nice Safari
It was a long drive from the port to Mikumi Game park but it gives you the ability to really see how the locals live. At one point, the road was closed for a traveling dignitary. We got out to stretch and met a Maasai man that had walked about 10 miles to find a place for his cattle to graze (drought making it tough). Priceless experience

Well organised and very enjoyable
We chose Axis Africa based on previous reviews and we are glad we did. The trip was very well organised. Communication with Lennox was fluent during the booking process and after, and the guide Rahim, who drove us to the safary and accompanied us in the excursions was excellent. The fact of me being vegetarian was accommodated without any issues. The jeep was confortable for the trip and had the possibility of raising the roof to enhance the wildlife viewings at the parks. The tent for the budget safari was spacious, with a double bed and enclosed bathroom. The staff at the camp were amazing. We particularly recommend the 4 day 3 night Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru experience, because you get to see different animals and landscapes in each of the parks.

Great experience in every way!
From start to finish, working with E-Trip Africa was an easy and wonderful experience. Great service and communication, and the tour properties Robert arranged for us were perfect. From the moment we landed in Lusaka and we were delivered back to the Lusaka airport at the end of our tour, everything was arranged and taken care of. We would definitely use this company again for our travel plans and arrangements.

At first i was very scared about trusting someone with my outside my country but with Super Eagles management everything went smoothly and the whole trip was amazing. Good communication, they take care of everyone even children onboard and i found them reliable. Looking forward to the next trip.

Would go again - highly recommended
Great trip with Smile with Us Tours - went to Selous and Mikumi national parks and hiked to the Sanje waterfall. Great guides, accommodations and activities - would do it all gain. The office is good to communicate with - no issues. When we met before we started it looked like the air-conditioning of the vehicle was broken but it was resolved with a different vehicle the next morning.

This was my first time using a tour operator and they were professional.
Requested a breakdown of available vehicles and pricing and was offered one in a timely manner. With this I was able to budget my trip. The vehicle and driver provided were safe and we were able to accomplish our goals effectively.
