All of the details in the itinerary was accurate and to the point. The methods of payment were secure and simple.
In particular, Jackson, our tour guide, comes highly recommended! He was a fantastic travel partner for us as we visited Murchison falls NP, Sempaya hotsprings, and the Queen Elizabeth Np which was actually not in our plans but reccomended during the planning process. He was very considerate of our individual interests and needs. He was also highly knowledgeable and skilled at locating the ideal locations.

Impressive Safari with incredible experiences
We did a 5 day comfort safari (Tarangire, Ngorogoro, Serengeti, Lake Manyara). The whole tour was excellently organised. The contact by e-mail in advance with the office (Justice and Naomi) was already very nice. From booking to payment, answering questions, everything very competent and fast. The trip itself, from the pick-up at the airport to the accommodation in the lodges, everything was to our complete satisfaction and exactly as previously described. Especially the night in the tent camp was a very special experience. Our guide Hubert was very friendly and accommodating. He reported a lot about the wildlife, nature, the country and the people. He made lunch every day. It was a great safari. We can highly recommend African BigCats.

Fantastic safari experience!
We had an excellent experience with African Big Cats Safaris. My partner and I did a 5 day safari for our honeymoon and African Big Cats organized everything so we had an amazing time. Our guide, Obedi, was a joy to be with. He was incredibly knowledgable about all the animals and worked with other guides to make sure we saw as much as possible. The accommodation was great and every meal was taken care of--we ate very well throughout the trip. Our entire itinerary was meticulously planned and we were able to see so much--we went to Lake Manyara for the first day, the Ngorogoro crater the second day, two days in the Serengeti (including a magical evening at a glamping lodge), and a final day at Tarangire. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime trip, I couldn't recommend African Big Cats more. Safaris are expensive, so it's wise to pick an excellent company like this one.

MEMORABLE
We had an amazing trip with Ronald kibaale at jomert gorilla safaris, lodges were beautiful with a natural breeze, the chimp trekking and game drives were Fantastic but the highlight was by far the gorilla trekking experience. I would highly recommend them and will be sure to use them again in the future insha Allah

Well organized excursion and close follow-up on bookings
Mid-November 2022 I participated to the mountain gorilla excursion, organized by Makario Safaris.
Up to the date of the trekking, the tour operator was closely following up on all arrangements (questions from our travel group, practicalities, etc.).
On the day of the trekking, the tour operator came to our hotel to ensure that everybody was en route to the right destination and with the right group. Our driver was very kind and also our guide on site was very nice and taught us everything we wanted to know about the gorillas (same for the trackers, who ensured our safety and following the instructions when approaching the gorilla family).
Meeting Pablo's family was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, which I would recommend anybody travelling to Rwanda!
At first, I was frozen to the ground when seeing them for the first time, but the guide and the trackers ensured that we all felt safe and got more comfortable overtime. They did a great job and the gorillas were amazing too! :)

Excellent just know
Umar and his team provided a very personalised service, ensuring that every detail of the trip met expectations. The true test of quality service is when things don't quite go according to plan and when a booking went awry (through no fault of umar's team), his personal dedication to finding a creative solution, ensured this actually became another highlight of the trip. Far more than a travel company or tour guide; Umar and his team, are more like good friends showing you round their home so you don't just see gorillas but really feel like you are getting to know the countries you are visiting. Can't recommend them highly enough!

It was amazing and speechless!
The tour was super organized and everything worked out wonderfully. The guide of the safari tour, his name Amani, was very friendly. He explained us a lot and had a good eye for the animals. The driver was punctual every time. The overnight stay at the lodge is very worthwhile and an experience with very good food. We also enjoyed the boat safari and recommend early in the morning. The safari was an experience for us. Thanks to Naheed for the good organization and quick feedbacks.

Fantastic from start to end
Delicious lunch underneath a tree with a leopard in it. Seeing all available big five within two days. Drinking cooled white wine on the top of a mountain while watching the sun set. Learning about both the rich birdlife, breathtaking nature and incredible wildlife of Tarangire. These were just a few of the highlights that Mr. Laban from Gosheni gave me. Will definitely book with them soon again!
