Unforgettable honeymoon trip thanks to Africa Keys!
We had an amazing honeymoon in Kenya and Tanzania thanks to the African Keys team! This being our first time to the African continent, my husband and I had no idea how to even start planning our trip and we’re so thankful for the guidance that Aparajita and the Africa Keys team provided. All our questions were answered, and we feel that the itinerary that was put together for us was perfect and covered a large part of Kenya and some of Tanzania as well! We felt the cost was well worth how much we got to see and do (compared to other tour company quotes that only covered Kenya and were the same cost). The team was also very helpful and flexible to move our original dates and bookings (due to COVID), and the process was seamless.
Our guide Raphael was fantastic – knowledgeable, passionate about wildlife, funny, friendly and great spotter of animals – he really made our trip unforgettable. We woke up so excited to start our early mornings on game drives and could have done 20 more days of game drives alone. Even long drives between hotels ended up being lots of fun, and we learned a lot about Kenyan culture and history.
We stayed in a great range of tented camps and hotels with amazing properties - all had wonderful staff that made our trip so memorable.
We really fulfilled a bucket list dream vacation, and we can’t wait to be back. Thank you to the Africa Keys team for your wonderful planning to give us memories for a lifetime!

very professional, rigorous and benevolent, organized, talented, we are confident... and we have fun
The 12-day circuit was extremely suitable (we were a group of 8 to 81 years old), a respectful safari, high-quality services (a delirious cook, simple and easy management of small subjects, glamorous quality tents in the middle of the bush !)... A significant but justified price (Bostwana-Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe). I recommend! top!!!

Once in a lifetime safari
Our safari was organized by Sino Africa Safari. Jong communicated with us over 30 emails and we finallly booked with them. They are excellent because their driver is great! We don't meet Jong but we meet their driver guide everyday! We are happy that we saw 19 lions, 5 cheatahs and 2 rhinos and countelsss elephants and buffalos. Recommend them!

Your knowledge of the best destinations is a cut above the rest. We have used other tour operators before but the experience and the service we received was superb.
Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro tour came out exactly as you had briefed us. We will definitely use your services again

Good organisator, easily accessible
We really enjoyed the whole trip. Everything was perfectly organized. On the safari we saw a lot of animals, even all the Big Five, thanks to the tour guide. Eric has a good eye and he stayed close to the animals, always followed them across country. In addition, we learned a lot about the life of the animals. That was great. The boat safari to see the crocodiles and hippos was also very nice. A special experience for us was the bush safari with a real bushman. Making a fire purely from natural materials is now no problem for us.

Non reliable
I planned a family trip with my daughter and Kenyan friend to Kenya for first time. I used safari booking to find the right operator.
I selected safari updates based on reviews which was completely misleading.
Silas sounded professional by providing pricing but he did not change the pricing for my Kenyan friend and took 1700 dollars for 3 days trip to masa marai.
Since we were ladies on own, I requested him for reliable car and he mentioned it 4x4 top luxury which was completely the opposite.
The car stopped 3 to 4 times because of the battery. It was full of dirty masks, broken handles and the driver Charles didn't knew how to open the socket switches to charge our mobiles. The car provided was not anywhere close the to the pictures.
I was frustrated by first day and it was too late to change the plan. Then our driver Charles did not know where animals were, he was just roaming around the park following our operator cars.
When I called Silas, he offered us a free trip to masai village as part of the package which Charles did not have clue about.
The only positive thing about this trip was the hotel people at jambo mara in masa marai. I have to mentioned that they went beyond and above to make us feel comfortable which was completely opposite to what Charles and silas provided.
If I had the option I would rate Silas 0, I don't appreciate dishonesty specially when I had planned my trip in July and paid 50%.
I finished my trip yesterday and I called him expressing all of this, he has vanished and never called back.

And always ready to help. The tour owner has attitude of helping more than what you pay.
