The planning, booking and invoicing process was very simple and straightforward. Once the trip started, we had a few unexpected challenges arise – specifically an international flight cancellation and some delayed East African visa approvals. In both situations, Mwange and his team were 100% available, responsive and committed to helping us through the hassles. And, on Christmas Eve no less, when our international flight was canceled, Mwange was incredibly helpful and responsive. It was an absolute relief and total joy to work with him and his office. He and I stayed connected throughout a long crazy day on WhatsApp – and never once, not once, did he let me down. On the final day of the trip, Mwange even made a special trip to the airport simply to greet and embrace us after a long, wonderful trip. Just that gesture alone captures the pride and professionalism of this company.

Having never visited South Africa before I had no idea where to start and from my initial contact with The Luxury Safari Company I knew that I was in safe hands and that they would put together an itinerary that would be perfect for us and they did just that. We originally booked to go to South Africa in 2020 which was postponed to 2022 due to Covid. It was an incredible trip and one we will remember forever. Thank you Luxury Safari Company.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
The experience with MoAfrica could not have been better, very accommodating with regards pick up and drop off and went out of their way on a number of occasions for our requests. Driver was very friendly and informative. The safari itself was great, we saw hippos, cheetah, lions, giraffe, rhino, elephants and numerous zebra, impala, gemsbok and other buck! Our tour guide SiSi (I’m probably spelling that wrong) was excellent, very patient and professional and knew where the best places for our search was! Also happens to be a bit of a hero in spotting and putting out a massive fire at the halfway house while we were all thinking she just leapt into action and galvanised a response team! Loved the whole thing!

Idid two safaris with Falcon safaris 7 days Vic Falls, Hwange and Matobo National Park and 3 days Matusadona National Park, The organization was perfect, as well as the choice of lodges, and I especially appreciated Mr Takudza's ability to meet to my needs and prepare an itinerary for an independent traveler like me who has been to Africa many times before.

Amazing and thoughtful your guide
Traveled with friends on my first safari and first visit to East Africa. It was a spectacular trip made even more spectacular by our tour guide. Godlove was a God sent. He was thorough and patient in tracking the animals and putting up with 3 women. He looked out for us and we felt safe. We took so many great photos and he helped take some great pictures of animals and my friends. I'll never forget this trip nor our tour guide who made it a memorable trip.

Exzellent team that provided an unforgettable experience
Beginning with Gadieh, our guide, Juma Pili our cook, the whole team were lovely, caring and supportive at any time. The organization was professional and flawless. We were extremely lucky with the weather conditions that day. Ascend at night lit by the full moon, no wind and no clouds on top of Mount Meru and an amazing sunrise with perfect views to Kilimandscharo. Perfect and unforgettable.
