If you’re looking for a well organized and high value safari trip look no further. I can’t recommend Travel Africa enough, if I could give 6 stars I would (and I’m pretty stingy with my 5 star ratings). Our safari was an 8 day, mid range, private wildlife safari and cultural excursion. We were traveling with an 11 year old and 13 year old. We came in January which we loved because it was green, cool and not as crowded as the summer months. Mohamed, from my first email, was very responsive and answered all my questions (I had so many questions!). He talked us through all the options and truly made a customized experience for us. He arranged our pick up and drop off (we had a very early departure) and greeted us the first day for a briefing of our trip and made sure to come by the hotel on our last day to send us off.
The quality of your safari has everything to do with your guide and I’m convinced we had the best. You should absolutely request to have Omari as your guide (we took to calling him by his Tanzanian name of Mtanagi). He’s been guiding for 15 years and is really passionate about the animals, birds and history of the land, so he has so much information to offer. Because of his experience he knows so many of the other guides which is really helpful in finding animals. He had a real knack for putting us in the perfect viewing position for all the animals and he has an amazing eye for spotting animals. I actually challenged myself to find a big cat before he did, I did it once and felt pretty proud of myself. Beyond all this, we always felt safe with Mtanagi. He’s a skilled driver, he got us out of tricky spots in mud and was well prepared with all the safety tools and it’s clear he knows how to fix and deal with a safari rig. He’s a dad of 10 so he understood how it is traveling with an 11 and 13 year old. I think what made us really love him was he was present with us, he shared about his life and asked about ours, he ate most of our meals with us (at the hotel it was rare to see guides eating dinner and breakfast with their clients). He treats all people with such kindness and care that it’s impossible not to love him. He took such amazing care of us, it felt really sad to say goodbye.
Our accommodations were top notch. The organization and schedule was seamless but was never so ridged that we couldn’t adjust a little bit along the way. Things ran promptly which I appreciate. The rig was comfortable and roomy and well stocked with water, beer and wine which was a nice perk.
There are so many tour companies and can be daunting in trying to figure out which one to go with. We felt like the value was high for the price and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. Travel Africa comes highly recommended!!

Fantastic trip - friendly locals, great services, breathtaking national parks, pristine beaches!
I loved my time spent in Kenya. I had two weeks and spent some time in Nairobi which is a great developed city with great services, friendly locals and as a single female traveler I felt very safe. You can catch Uber anywhere to move around, very simple and safe. The climate is much milder, does not get as hot as in lower lying areas due to Nairobi's altitude of 1800 above the sea level.
Did a three day safari in Amboseli national park by Mt. Kilimanjaro, saw loads of animals and all vent to plan as expected when booking the trip.
I also flew from Nairobi to Mombasa for New Years eve celebrations and stayed on the coast for four days. It was much hotter there and more humid, tropical paradise. You can just relax on the beach or do some of many activities available. I did scuba diving at the Bamburi marine park which was a breathtaking experience. So many tropical fish surrounding the coral reefs with clean calm waters.
Another great experience was visiting the Haller park which is again filled with many animals and visitors get a unique experience of seeing them from close up.
Overall I loved Kenya, this was not my first time and is definitely not going to be my last time either.

Unforgettable experience!
We spent 4 nights in Tanzania and 4 nights in Zanzibar, and it’s not an exaggeration to say that it was the best trip of our lives. We got to experience the animals in the Serengeti in their natural habitat up close, sit on the blissful beaches of Zanzibar and feel so welcomed by the hospitable people and did not have to worry about a thing. We would definitely recommend Tanzania as a place everyone should go to at least once in their lifetime

Safari Soles rocks!!
I just concluded a five day group safari with Safari Soles and I'm still awe-stuck from the experience! It was such a wonderful trip, I truly cannot recommend Safari Soles enough! They were thoughtful and accommodating from the very beginning -- with Bryson answering all my questions and arranging various itineraries to ensure I'd see each park I hoped to. Once the safari began, Isaak took over as our tour guide and I'm convinced he's the very best there is! He managed to show us so many wild animals and beautiful flora (beyond even my highest expectations!), getting us as close as possible to view everything, and always taking the time to tell us about the things we saw. Outside of the wild places and animals Isaak also took care to tell us about towns and villages we passed through -- speaking about the people, the cultures and lifestyles whizzing by our windows. Over 5 days, I learned so much from Isaak and I'm so grateful to him for all the knowledge he shared and for working so hard to give us a truly memorable experience. I'm also grateful to have had Isaak as a guide because he is very funny and kind and I quickly felt like he was a friend rather than someone I'd only recently met.
Again, I cannot recommend Safari Soles enough. If you're looking for an amazing experience do yourself a favor and book a safari with Safari Soles today!

Perfect Safari Experience
Each a of the two days had a favorite part, in Tarangire seeing the wide array of animals was great but with the Elephant being my favorite animal seeing them literally a couple feet away was breathtaking. Rocky, our driver, knew exactly where to go, was fantastic about any requests and was overall great. The second day was Ngorongoro crater and the views of the crater alone would have made the trip but here we saw more different species in an incredible open setting with the best part spotting lion cubs and seeing a multitude lions up close safely from within the vehicle. In Addison to the actual safari the food was very very good and the company was as easy and friendly to work with as I have ever used. I highly highly recommend!

We had a wonderful trip to Tanzania and it is all thanks to Alex and Mama Savannah. Alex came highly recommended from a friend who had travelled with Mama Savannah before and he did not disappoint. He was very forthcoming and worked with us to tailor an itinerary for us. All through the process he was very patient with all the questions we had. He suggested the best places and camps to stay in considering the time of year and where the herds would be at the time we were visiting. We spent 9 days in various camps across Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Lake Manyara and every camp was spectacular. We got to see so many animals and nothing we read before the trip could have prepared for the amazing experience we had. Our guide Allen was extremely knowledgeable and friendly (not to mention funny) and we spotted all of the big 5 thanks to him. One of our friends who was travelling with us also had a birthday during the trip and Alex and his team helped us organize a very special dinner and cake for him. It was one of the most special birthday celebrations that all of us really really appreciated. Alex and his team are a pleasure to work with and I look forward to going back as soon as I can ! We just got back from a 5 day safari with Soul of Tanzania to Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, Ndutu & the Central Serengeti. An exciting adventure
We saw far more animals than I had anticipated, including lions, leopards, giraffes, antelopes, elephants, buffaloes, birds, hypos, and many others. We also saw several bird species. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and informative.
I'm looking forward to going on another tour with Kubwa Five Safaris. Amos was extremely knowledgeable, a fantastic driver, and, most importantly, an excellent tour guide. It was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend them
