Amazing Safari, excellent driver and guide
We had an amazing time on our safari!! We were a bit lost trying to pick a safari in the beginning. There are hundreds of safari companies out there with so many options. It was so hard to choose what operator to go with. After a lot of research and communication with different operators we decided on Suricata Safaris for our 7 day safari. We were looking for a private tour for two. They had lots of positive reviews and the communication we had with Hillary in the office was excellent. We are just back and we couldn't be happier with how it went! It was so amazing. We saw so much and each day brought something new. Our guide and driver Mandela was so knowledgeable and friendly. The food was always top notch and we had some great picnic spots along the way. He was always very careful and made the long journeys on bumpy roads as comfortable as possible. The accomodation was fantastic and your every need is attended to. We would highly recommend them!

Incredible from start to finish
We are just back from a 7 day private safari with Suricata and had such an incredible time. The booking process with Hilary was seamless and emails were always responded to promptly. The whole experience was managed so well - from pick up at the airport to all the accommodation and food, we didn't have to worry about any of the small details, it was all sorted already by suricata. When we decided last minute to do a hot air balloon ride it was no issue at all and Hilary once again came through and got it sorted in no time.
Our driver, Mandela, was incredible and great company. He was so knowledgeable about all the animals and an incredible driver that made the bumpy roads of serengeti that bit easier! Having spent 7 days on the road together we learnt so much from him and he showed us just how incredible tanzania is as a safari destination. Along the way we bumped into a number of other suricata drivers who also seemed just as friendly so you'll be in safe hands with whoever you get (although we highly recommend Mandela, he made our entire trip so enjoyable).
The accommodation that the team booked for us was so comfortable, and the food was delicious each day.
This trip was a once in a life time experience and I have no hesitation in recommending suricata to anyone. The value for money, the jeep, the accommodation and the food were all top notch. Thank you suricata for a trip of a lifetime!

Great safari provided by superb team of people at Big Cats
The communication before and on the safari was superb - our guide Lord was so knowledgeable and went the extra mile every day - we saw the big 5 and so much more
Really nice hotels especially Eileen’s trees and especially especially embalaki tented camp
Nice food and packed lunches
Tarangire and Serengeti were superb, tarangire was excellent. Manyara was nice but the least good of the 4

Excellent Nairobi tour with Safari Update Travels!
Safari Update Travels were able to help me get a group joining tour at the last minute on the night prior to. The tour of Nairobi was excellent. We saw a lot of animals including a pride of lions, warthogs, buffalos, cheetah's and zebras. Our guide Sam was the best, very experienced driver. He took us close to where the animals were so that we could get a glimpse of them. The staff at Safari Update Travels were very friendly and had excellent communication, special thanks to Linsel. Their rates are very competitive and they provide excellent services. Thank you for the experience!

Amazing Experience despite one thing
Jocky tours, Isaac and John allowed us to have a great experience in our first safari in Kenya. Isaac was really helpful during all our stay. Just to write down, that despite it was not fault of Jocky tours and Isaac, someone, during our stop to have lunch in our last day of the safari, stole one bag from one person of the group. Despite that, an amazing experience. Maybe, regarding Jocky Tours I would not include this restaurant for future tours, as may not be safe for tourists. Thanks again Isaac and Jocky Tours for the experience.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!
We started our journey in Nairobi, since our flight arrived very early, Karibu safari helped us arranging a pick up service that took us to a place in which we could rest.
Once we started our safari, we met our driver Collins (Arooni) and headed to Masai Mara, his experience of +20 years in this field shows as we always had the best spots to see the animals, his ability to get through every obstacle on the road was amazing and we always felt safe (no reckless driving), we were very lucky to see a Leopard hunt in a crossing and many other situations we wouldn’t have seen if it weren’t for Collins skill and expertise.
Regarding the tented camps, you get a nice sleep every night because you’re drained from a whole day in a Safari, with people that are always taking care of you, in fact everyone in Kenya wants you to have a pleasant experience, they are very service oriented and happy to help you!
We saw 5 of the big five and much more that this beautiful country has to offer! We are very grateful with Karibu Safari and hope to comeback sometime, if you have the opportunity to go with Collins you won’t regret a second of it.

Half Day Tour of Nairobi National Park
Safari Update Travels has the best customer service and staff. They handled my enquiry very professionally hence I couldn't resist the package they offered me. James our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He picked us up on time from our hotel to the park. We saw so many animals namely lions, hyenas, rhinos, secretary birds, and many more. Xavier who works with Safari Update Travels was so kind and flexible to meet our requests. My family and I had a great time in Nairobi National Park thanks to Safari Update Travels. Highly recommended!

Moses was a genuine, knowledgeable down to earth guide who we would happily hook up with again
We were picked up from the landing strip in the Masai Mara by Moses who was our guide for our full stay. After landed we were straight out on a game drive and somehow he manages to spot something in the distance, we have already found a lioness and 3 of her cubs for a close up encounter. First on sight we got some great close up footage of them post kill. Moses knowledge of the lands is incredible and any update comes over the radio he knows exactly where he is going and the routes to take. Was up at 3.30am with us for the early starts and very flexible with our requests. Will definitely be booking with the same operator and hoping to get Moses again when we return. Back again when hopefully more black rhino around to see

Amazing!!
Incredible safari, we had Aroni as a guide, he is the best, he has a lot of experience and he always made sure we had the best views of the animals.
Communication with roberts from the beginning was very helpful.
I recommend this operator and ask if Aroni can be your guide.

It's been a pleasure dealing with Sandra from start to finish - She understood exactly what we were looking for and went out of her way to ensure that the options she brought us were in line with our expectations.
When it came to value for money, having spoken to some other tour operators and compared the packages, it was clear that Traipsing Africa were able to provide high quality options at a very reasonable prices.
The communication from Sandra and the team was brilliant from start to finish, they are extremely customer focussed and this comes across in everything that they do... I would highly recommend and will happily be using them again for our next trip - 5 Stars.
