Emails were quickly responded,communicating via WhatsApp as well,i quickly received a Safari offer adapted to my wishes. After i transferred the money, there were changes in the program, because my booking was short notice and some accommodations were no longer available. Fortunately, i got higher quality lodges for the same price.
After the pick up at the airport by Eric i did not have to worry about anything for 5 days until my departure.
My expectations were more than met.Francisco, was not only very helpful, reliable and charming, but also knowledgeable who could answer all questions in details, he was a very good scout and driver, so I was able to experience new highlights every day.I can't imagine a better companion and care.

Fantastic, caring and trustworthy!
I took a 7 day Safari with Tazama Africa in February this year. I received help from Anthony with many parts of organising the trip, as we are obviously in Covid times - making this whole trip possible!
Every element, from the 4x4 land cruiser, exotic animals, the accommodation and places/parks to visit were all organised from a person with care, knowledge and insight - who’s first concern was your experience and impression of Kenya.
I managed to see all the big 5, and countless more - like the wild dogs, which run in packs!
The camps/lodges were all great choices and allowed fast starts to the game drives. The view across Tsavo park from Kilaguni Serena Lodge was a personal favourite, as the bedroom/restaurant/coffee spot all looked out across the land. In the evening time, you can watch the wildlife gather around the waterhole whilst sipping a pina colada!
This has been a magical trip and I hope to do it all again.
PS. Make sure you pick the land cruiser as a minivan just can’t cope with the terrain - you will be stuck on the road whilst the cruiser gets you up close to the animals.

Amazing trip with this friendly, lovely, good English speaking tour operator.
I had a wonderful time. Freddy is a very friendly, lovely guy, an excellent guide and speaks good English.
He makes sure your trip is everything you want it to be, at least on the things he has (some) influence on. So no promises on things he can not deliver, like seeing all the wild animals in the park. ;-) But he tries everything so you get to see them. And then he is just as happy as you are!
Freddy also has a big amazing car with huge windows. So even while sitting down, you can see everything nicely without bending forward and end up with a stiff neck.

Nice Safari for good price :)
The Safari was really nice. We have seen all of the Big 5. Brison the driver was really a nice person, answering all our questions. Chef Peter also very friendly and cooking well. I reccomend!

More than we expected:)
We really enjoyed every minute of this safari. Got a really nice guy as our guide. In the end it was even a little bit sad to leave, as we were together for almost one week. He was always very helpful and prepared. Had amazingly good picnics every day!!! Also got some nice photos with animals so close to us. Saw almost every wild animal. The coolest thing was that we saw Simba trying to catch Pumba but he couldn't make it. But we were so close and staring at it was very very cool experience, highlight of the trip. We are more than happy with this tour:))

Trip of my dream
11 days of travel: climbing Mount Meru - three days, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro - 5 days, safari - 3 days. Philip and his Team have handled this task flawlessly. Meeting at the airport, transfers, accommodation at the hotel and loggias during the ascents, meals, luggage escort, constant feedback, flexibility in changing the schedule of planned events - everything was implemented at a high level! Philip is a dedicated, strong responsible leader, for whom the client's trust is the main value, and he deserves it 100%! I recommend to all!

We could not have asked for anything better
It was few years back when we visited Kenya. Our safari exceeded all our expectations in every aspect! The trip was owesome. I would like to say thank you to Mr Zheng Su from Sino Africa Safari. Mr Zheng handled our booking enquiries and all arrangements. He had been really responsive to our questions and most importantly understanding and accommodating with any of our plans. Through communication with him, we could feel he really love Africa. We kept in touch with him and already planning to book for another safari next year! Hope he is all well in Nairobi.
