We had a wonderful guide as well as driver(Maxwell).He has a fluent English and more so knowledge about the animals and the spotting points of game watching
We even saw the crossing of the wildebeest which was amazing for us.

As good as it gets!
Communication was excellent from the first to the last email. Our guide Gunn is a super driver and a good spotter of animals. We had no problems whatsoever during our tour of 12 days. Nice lodges and wonderful places we visited. We would definitely book through this tour operator again.

Communication with the planner Paul was great because he understood what we wanted and planned according to our needs. The overall service was good, we were happy with the hotel facility chosen in terms of food and accommodation since we had a toddler at that time . The communications was fast and the guys were available to give us advice and showing us the surrenders. The only suggestion that I have is maybe the second day that we went to the hot spring to involved other activity like seeing the surrenders just to keep the day more busy. For the rest everything perfect :)

From the moment our safari vehicle trundled into the vastness of the Serengeti, I knew we were in for a treat. The Serengeti, with its endless plains and undulating landscapes, was a feast for the eyes and the soul. Our guide, an encyclopedia of knowledge, pointed out herds of wildebeest and zebras, which seemed to stretch to the horizon. The highlight was witnessing a pride of lions in their natural habitat, a sight so majestic and awe-inspiring that it left us speechless.
The Ngorongoro Crater was equally spectacular, offering a different yet complementary experience. This natural wonder, a vast volcanic crater, is a haven for wildlife. The lush, fertile crater floor is home to an incredible diversity of animals. We were lucky enough to spot the elusive rhino, completing our viewing of the 'Big Five'. The birdlife was extraordinary too, with flashes of color from flamingos and other exotic species.
Our accommodations during the safari blended luxury with an authentic bush experience. Waking up to the sounds of the Serengeti, dining under the stars, and sharing stories around the campfire were experiences I'll cherish forever.
What made our safari truly special was the impeccable service and the warmth of the staff. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm for conservation, and passion for sharing their knowledge of the ecosystem added depth to our adventure.
