We had a great time experiencing Serengeti and Ngorongoro national parks with guide Mandela and chef Musa. Everything ran very smoothly, we saw all the animals we hoped for and the food was excellent.

We originally booked a safari as part of our honeymoon in 2020, but due to the thing that shall not be named, all seemed lost. Thanks to the amazing team at Lion King Adventures, we were finally able to make it a reality in 2022. Pendo and Anna made sure we had all the necessary info without us having to ask. They were amazingly professional, responsive, and helpful along the entire process.
Then theres Mr GoodLuck - a gentleman and a scholar. He made sure we got the most out of our entire trip by brining us to the best spots, avoiding crowded areas (yes there are such even on safaris) where possible and answering all sorts of questions related (or not) to animals, local food and culture. GoodLuck wasn’t just our guide. He is an ambassador for the art that is Safari with the breadth of his naturalist knowledge and good humour.

Excellent experience from start to finish
Truly an experience of a lifetime! Booked the safari last minute as it was the end of the low season and I was already in Zanzibar. We dealt with Jahari during the booking process and from start to finish I could not have asked for a better experience. Johari answered any and every question we had in a timely and very professional manner. I had requested Leo as our guide (after reading previous reviews) and believe me he did not disappoint. You could tell he loved what he did and took great pride in it. We were able to observe all of the big 5 Every other animal, creature, tree and bird we came across, Leo took the time to explain all the characteristics to us in detail. This definitely was a dream come true. Keep up the great work guys

I can’t recommend Pinnacle strongly enough, from the administrative team (Frazier, Jasmine, Kevin) to the Guides, Chef and Porters in Kili, they looked after me every step of the way.
I must give a massive shout out to Yassin my guide- he was always in high spirits whilst making sure my safety and acclimatisation was paramount.
The meals that they provide are great, Accommodation before Kili and after was good enough.

What an amazing experience! The personalised service provided was unbeatable. My guide knew all the right spots to go to see the animals and the best bits of information about them, very interesting conversations about the safari and the country in general. Would repeat every time, and thank you for the grasshoppers, they were actually delicious :)

This safari went as I had planned the trip. Thanks to the care and knowledge of the guide Elias, that you all your knowledge on this trip of mine.
At the beginning, I had put a big goal in Elias' arms, which was to photograph as many species of animals as possible. Even sightings of leopard goods at birth.

Organization/support were excellent and fully met our expectations.
We have now been 6 times with Impala Tours on trips through Namibia / Botswana. Everything was again well organized and met our own hopes and expectations for a planned individual adventure trip with as many animal experiences as possible. Our guide Andre with the support of Gudrun had everything under control on tour. We had a very nice holiday and didn't have to take care of anything ourselves on site. The accommodations in the camps with tents and lodges were good to very good. That's why I can't think of anything that wasn't right with Impala Tours.
But we also have a rich and long-standing experience with travel in Namibia / Botswana. In the Etosha National Park we unfortunately had to take note of the fact that the state camps there (e.B. Namutoni, Olifantsrus) have decreased significantly in terms of standard and order and decay/disorder was evident compared to private accommodation and camps outside the park.

Amazing experience, excellent guide (Masai Mara+Nakuru)
I am on my way back from the Masai Mara and Nakuru safari and have had days that are among the most beautiful of my life! Id reccomend you not to miss Nakuru, was my favourite part of journey! My guide JOSEPH gave extra efforts to make it that nice! Reliable, good company and full of knowledge. Gave his best that we see the best animal sights. Comunication with this company went smoothly, everything was clear and went according to plan, with a few flexible changes made in order to fit the needs of the group. Accomodation was fine, food was fine.... What more to wish for:)
