An unforgettable experience and a real “customer feeling”. You can choose Easytravel with your eyes
5/5

5 months ago I contacted several agencies to organize a family safari. I was in contact with Helenn who quickly offered me several solutions and always answered my questions within a short time. My 2 sons wanted to climb Kilimanjaro via the Machame route before the safari. I also chose Easytravel for this climb. I absolutely do not regret my choice. Helenn made the organization of this trip easier (it's a real plus than having an agency on site). One of my sons' luggage remained in Amsterdam and therefore could not be delivered to Zanzibar when it landed on Sunday evening (and the ascent began on Tuesday morning). From Sunday evening Helenn reassured me by telling me that we would find a solution. On Monday morning, she offered to prepare lists with her from France so that my son could buy underwear and then rent equipment when he arrived in Arusha on Monday at 3:30 p.m. His guide came to pick him up at the airport and accompanied him to make his choice of equipment. My son was able to leave on Tuesday morning and was able to achieve his goal: to arrive at Uhuru peak with his brother.

As for the safari, there were 4 of us. We were accompanied by Maila Kanani, our French-speaking guide. It was really great: Maila speaks French well and gave us a lot of explanations about the animals and about Tanzania in general. He is a friendly, smiling guide, always listening to us. We learned a lot about the fauna and flora (I am now knowledgeable about cheetahs and leopards). He drove safely and every evening he went to clean the 4x4. We really enjoyed his company. I highly recommend Maila.

Our safari will remain unforgettable.

Special thanks to Helenn and Maila for the success of this wonderful trip!

Happy positive energy
5/5

What a great trip! The 4 day safari to Maasai Mara with lake Nakuru was the perfect amount of time for our group. Our guide, Geeman, had such a happy, fun, positive energy from the first minute to the last. He found us every one of the big 5 and made sure we were able to get the best view possible. We never felt rushed and he truly wanted us to be happy and have a great time. Another thing we appreciated is that he was always punctual. We had the private vehicle, so we had plenty of space. As for the parks, we went to, they were amazing! So beautiful and so many animals everywhere. I would recommend our guide, this company, and this Safari package to anyone.

Spectacular Safari!
5/5

What an amazing experience! Our guide Geeman was spectacular. We chose a 4 day safari and saw all the big 5 and so much more! He strives to get up close to the animals and get us the best angle. He was happy to stop when we asked. He was very punctual and kept us informed. I even lost my phone when viewing a leopard and we went back to the site, he got out of the car and got my phone while the leopard was still in site. Geeman is devoted to his clients and checks in with you to make sure you are enjoying the journey. I really couldn’t have asked for a better guide.

An excellent safari experience!
5/5

My friends and I completed a 3 night, 4-day safari with Lenchada. Geeman went through great lengths to make sure we were safe, having fun, and of course, see the big 5! I highly recommend Lenchada and for Geeman to be your guide! Will definitely be back :)

Geeman was eager to make our experience great!
5/5

Our tour guide, Geeman, was excellent! He was motivated for us to see the big 5 and it happened! You can tell he has a lot of experience and that he knows the park well! Arranging our tour was easy and communication was clear. He picked us up right from our place. We would absolutely pick Geeman again next trip!

Everything was realy good
5/5

The location of the lodge was ideal. The tents there were great, very friendly staff, delicious food and you could even see zebras, wildebeests and monkeys there. Our guide was always on time, knew his way around and had a lot of information for us.

The best customized experience you can get
5/5

We have been around Africa quite a few times and this was by far the best customized and breathtaking experience we had.
After a night in the comfortable Explorer Villa in Arusha, we moved to Harare where we experienced the amazing Conservation Center visit to then relax at the Amanzi lodge, a charming hotel that would deserve a much longer stay. New flight to Victoria Falls, where Garth from The Victorian Safari Company organised a superbe colonial style lunch by the Zambezi, just before driving us to the boat for our sunset dinner over the river. Early wake up call to walk through the forest and admire the breathtaking dawn overlooking the falls: not surprisingly this is one of the 8 wonders! Again this would deserve more days but we were able to go for the zip-line and some of us even jumped...
The following day we moved to the Hwange national park and the Hide lodge: they reserved for our extended family the Tom's hide, an amazing separated villa just in front of the animals' pool where we could experience a level of service I have rarely enjoyed before.
The gaming experience is unique: one drive early in the morning, then relax in our super-tent watching a Giraffe drinking while you have your amarula, then out for a sunset drive. And then again after the fantastic food served by our own cook and waitress, one more drive in the darkness, perfectly hosted by our guide Theo.
Last but not least, we enjoyed a REAL walking safari: two hours walking in the bush, looking for an elephant and then hiding and approaching it is an experience worth the trip.
After 3 nights there, we had a chance to drive through the country and enjoy another night at the Amanzi lodge.
Simply perfect, thanks to Tim and Tanzania Explorer: be ready for our next tour!

Reliable, flexible and courteous
5/5

"Embarking on a journey with SOPAI Safaris was nothing short of a dream come true for both my husband and me. Our first safari experience, set against the stunning backdrop of Tanzania, was genuinely overwhelming and exceeded all our expectations. From the initial booking stages with Rajab from SOPAI Safaris to our explorations with our tour guide, Vicent, every detail was orchestrated to perfection.

The accommodations provided were more than we could have hoped for – a seamless blend of comfort and authenticity, ensuring we were both cozily ensconced in luxury while being a mere whisper away from the untamed wild. The culinary experiences were equally remarkable, offering a delightful array of local and international flavors that catered wonderfully to our palates.

Venturing into the national parks, the true stars of our adventure, the animals, did not disappoint. Witnessing the raw and unfiltered moments of wildlife, from the majesty of roaming elephants to the quiet, potent prowls of big cats, was utterly surreal and profoundly moving.

Our tours were meticulously planned and executed, with Vicent ensuring not only our comfort and safety but also going above and beyond to provide insightful information, sharing stories of the land and its inhabitants that truly enriched our experience.

In summary, the journey with SOPAI was simply impeccable, elegantly combining thrilling adventures with serene moments of reflection amidst the boundless beauty of Tanzania. The memories crafted during our safari are indelibly imprinted in our hearts, and we are ever thankful to the SOPAI team for turning our dream safari into a splendid reality.

In a realm where the wild meets the tranquil, SOPAI Safaris stands out as a beacon of excellent and authentic safari experiences, and we can wholeheartedly recommend them to any traveler seeking to explore the spellbinding spectacles of Tanzania. Thank you, SOPAI, for gifting us memories that will be cherished for a lifetime."

Good Communication
5/5

It was the best experience,
Communication through the email was fast, simple and solid. We enjoyed our four days mid-range safari in Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. The cost was worth the safari. Dallas Africa Safaris is the best.
