What a journey!
Our guide James Munyiri was a great companion on our safari to the Masai Mara and lake Nakuru. His experience and extensive knowledge, passion for nature and wildlife as well as smooth and safe driving of the 4x4 Land Cruiser made our trip the most memorable time. Being on safari with James is less being with a usual guide and more being on tour with a friend. We would recommend James in a heartbeat and hope we can book him again in future. Thanks, James!

Enjoyable tour with a knowledgeable guide
I very much enjoy the safari tour, although we did not get a chance to see and large cats I still think the guide did a very good job showing us the local animal of South Africa.

Amazing 4 days safari
It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend. The food was amazing, the camping conditions were great, the stuff was super friendly and our guides and chefs very professional with a lot of experience.
Although it was a bit cold in the second night, everything else was perfect an beyond any expectation.

Amazing Trip of a Lifetime
We loved working with Brenda to set our Safari up.
We had questions and she was always available to help.
Once we got to Tanzania, Leslie took care of everything and was the best guide we could have asked for.
Terrific Human and super knowledgeable guide - he is one special person.
He made our trip interesting and knew what was important to us.
We saw all the animals, birds, trees and what an incredible place Tanzania is.

such an organised and beautiful safari, couldn’t fault the service provided!
My partner and I did the one day safari at Selous and although it was slightly expensive it was everything you paid for! The communication from the team was amazing, I was told who my drivers were and my itinerary and everything was timed to perfection. The fact everything is organised for you from collection from hotel to Zanzibar to Tanzania airport and the same on the way back is super helpful and lets you relax during your holiday. The safari itself was incredible, the scenery was stunning and the animals were absolutely incredible. Our tour guide Anton did everything he could so we could see as many animals and get as close as possible, he was the best guide we could’ve asked for! We even got to see two female lions and their cubs! The food and lunch provided was so delicious, and there were so many bottles of water for us to have throughout the trip. I honestly couldn’t fault the day, it will definitely be a highlight in our Zanzibar experience! I will recommend this tour to everyone!

Knowledgeable and Hospitable
Early February 2023, I went on a 5 day Safari to Serengeti,Tangarire and Ngorongoro Crater.
Charles and Leo were so awesome from first day. They picked us up at the airport ,toured us as a family. Leo,the female driver was so excellent. She would now and again stop by to show us the animals. She would also answer on all questions posed on her in regards to the animal's
behavior and all that. We saw the big five.
I would highly recommend them as a small business. I shall quickly engage them in my next tour.

I discovered Susan Swanenpoel @ Discover Africa Group whilst getting quotes for a short safari for 4 people. Her quote was the most competitive, with the most luxurious lodge and comprehensive travel and advice. Due to issues with airline she then had to rearrange our transportation which she did late into the night and weekend. Once we arrived at Becks Lodge we were treated to the most stunning facilities, the rooms and views are beautiful and the food was as good as a top restaurant. The game drives were AMAZING and we saw the big 5 multiple times. Throughout the trip Susan kept in constant contact to make sure we were ok . From the moment I stumbled across the website with the multitude of fabulous safari options I have been amazed at the service provided. In an age sadly when online tourism booking can be a minefield we had the best advice and care for our trip. Amazing safari experience
Apidiformes was the best choice for safari. We booked it for 8 days and we end out trip at Diani.
First of all Silas was always very responsive and in case we need anything we could get in touch any minute. Also he arranged transfers from the airport. What was more impressive, that even when our safari tour ended, we were heading to Diani, he bought us train tickets and arranged transfer in Mombasa!
Our tour guide Freddy is the best! We’ve seen all the “big five” and the “ugly five”. It was really nice that he was very motivated to show us everything. We drove a lot but we saw even more! All hotels were really good and comfortable.
With Apodiformes we feel safe, we saw a lot and we have an unforgettable memories! Highly recommended!

Efficient, friendly and safe Kenyan safari company
We booked a 5 day four night safari to Lake Navisha, Lake Nakuru and then on to the Masai Mara game reserve for two nights.
We booked from the UK with the booking process being easy and efficient.
The company offered us choices of luxury camps and they were all fantastic.
Our guide Khalifa was great, very accommodating and his knowledge of all the three different national parks was second to none. His knack for sniffing out all the big five and more was amazing.
He had a great sense of humour too and made our time on the safari wonderful.
Would highly recommend Axis African Expedition & Safari Company and we are already thinking of booking our next trip with them.
