Great safari with excellent services
The experience with Full Package Adventures was great, well organized and prepared starting from the logistic, Accommodations, Transfers and a great guide politely, kindly perfectly English-speaking and an exceptionally friendly, experienced and competent person who made our safari more enjoyable and memorable.
Then the safari was speechless and unforgettable. A special thanks and referral to our guide that was able to let us see every animal including all of the Big five animals, even at long distance and gave us interesting information and fun facts. During our tour we always felt very safe and comfortable.

Quick, friendly and qualitative service!
Was a really good experience! Very nice to do with other very friendly guests. The safari guide was explaining everything very well and the taxi driver was a very friendly and happy man! Everyone kept a good eye at the clock to make sure I was back at my hotel on time. Thanks guys!

Professional and Trustworthy
The moment I contacted Golden Rwanda Safaris I knew I would be in good hands. Even though there was a significant time difference Frank replied to my emails almost immediately. He was able to fully customize my trip the day I inquired. He was able to include all my desired activities and others I hadn't even considered (thanks for Mount Bisoke - I made it to the top!) Frank was more than helpful and patient as we sorted out the payment process and kept in contact with me the entire time via his personal WhatsApp. I've never had such great communication from a tour company. As a solo female traveller I was comforted to know I would have a female guide with me for my 10 day trip. Joana was an incredible guide, she took care of me the entire trip and I trusted her completely. From scheduling bathroom stops, packed lunches and day tours she organized everything behind the scenes without me having to worry about anything. She was always prompt and had a wealth of information to share about Rwanda, which she is very passionate about. I cannot recommend this tour company more highly.

Been on safari 5 times with this company. Always had good experience. They seem knowledgeable about all safari lodges being offered on their site. Offer friendly, unbiased advice. Easy to contact and respond quickly to any queries.
Last occasion had a problem with local agents booking wrong dates before we travelled.... sorted out by Travel Butlers and offered upgraded accomodation at no extra cost..... cannot fault them. Would recommend Travel Butlers to others.

An Incredible Experience!
This was probably the most amazing experience I have had on a trip. Not only because of the wonderful views and all the animals we got to see, but the agency organized things perfectly, and thanks to our amazing guide Michael we didn’t have to worry about a thing throughout our whole week. Michael really took us on a once in a lifetime trip, he was always on top of everything, his scanning skills are insane, you could really feel he does this because he loves it and he was so keen on showing us and explaining as much as possible. He went out of his way every day to find the best spots, all the unique animals, and give us the full experience of a great safari. The communication was clear all the way through and we felt very comfortable on the trip with this we are grateful to Amshar Serengeti Adventures. Thank you so much Michael for your service!!

Tanzania is Beautiful
We booked our tour six month before and in all those six month all along Fredy kept on updating us on new amazing tour that we can add although we didn't add all but the ones we add turn out to be more that we expected it was the best and we wish we selected all. We went through low tyre pressure ones at the jungle seems like the road was not so kind to us but on that moment of fear the guide took care of us and made us felt safe while he was fixing It, we. Slept on tented and lodges and mostly of them served us well and organised.
We go back crying to be back again in Tanzania. Superb had organised well out tour I would recommend them.

Excelent Service and Overall Experience!
It was a great Experience. Vincent and his father where very helpfull from the first moment that we contacted them even before we arive in Arusha. Everything about the tour was excelent organised and we had an Amazing driver (Manuel) with a lot of experience on Safari that brought us to many great places inside the parks. I definately recommend this company and if we go again for Safari we will definatelly book with them again.

Friendly, informative, helpful. Abu (& Hermosa Travel) made our trip an absolute delight.
Rwanda is a beautiful country with friendly people and wonderful accommodations. The treks to see the Gorillas and Golden Monkeys the reason for visiting. The guides, porters, and trackers are very professional and the time with these animals was beyond description. But the real highlight turned out to be our guide, Abu. He was effiable, knowledgeable, very prompt, extremely personable, and made sure we had whatever we needed. He treated us as old friends from the moment we met him. He took us on a fabulous walking tour around Kigali. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and learning more the country, about him, his upbringing and his family. We were even treated to the opportunity to see his childhood home and the area where he grew up. Abu is an attentive driver, great conversationalist, enthusiastic photographer, and we are happy to consider him a friend - he really made the trip for us. Thank you!!

Brenda and Kakasii’s Choice Safari was awesome. They created a safari catered to our specific wants. The price was extremely reasonable, much less than what we anticipated. January is a fantastic time to go. There is a little bit of rain, but it seems to rain in the evenings when you’re asleep and for a short period of time. We strongly recommend going through choice safaris. You will not be disappointed. Shout out to Leslie, our guide.
