Right from the outset Serengeti Smile have been a pleasure to deal with. Erick looked after all aspects of our holiday and was so helpful answering all our questions as we designed our perfect safari holiday together. Every time we had a new request he responded very quickly.
From the minute we landed everything was taken care of. Our transfers were always on time and very comfortable, big thank you to Oswald who took us around Arusha for a visit.
Our safari guide Daniel was very knowledgeable and we felt well looked after and safe at all times, and we had a lot of fun!
The standard of all accommodations and dining was excellent and service was very good.
One of the highlights for us was the hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti, an amazing experience!

He made sure we were always comfortable; his warmth, openness, work ethic, genuine love for his country and its natural beauty, and his expert knowledge of the flora, fauna, traditions, and history of Tanzania truly exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were of the highest quality: clean, with welcoming staff and superb food that delighted us each day. I will never forget the lovely African sunsets from our bush camps in the Serengeti and Tarangire, sometimes with elephants walking by, and falling asleep serenaded by the sounds of the wild. Unforgettable experience!
We organized our 3-day safari with Joël: an incredible and unforgettable experience! We were picked up directly at the airport by Joël and our incredible guide for the trip: Harun. He is extremely knowledgeable about animal behavior, the fauna, and flora of Tanzania's thousands of hectares of parks. He speaks fluent French, and, above all, is extremely kind. He made sure we had a wonderful stay; we searched for all the animals, without being stuck with other tourist vehicles. The 4x4 is very comfortable, spacious, and really well-appointed, allowing us to fully enjoy the activity and rest during the drive to the Serengeti (even if this is difficult when the landscapes are so varied and the journey itself offers a safari and total immersion in the local culture).
We stayed at Embalakai, in magnificent and spacious tents, right in the heart of the savannah and the treasures this environment offers! We were lucky enough to be woken up early in the morning by a hyena and lion fight in the distance. The food served for the three days was excellent! A magical experience, which we recommend to everyone. We 10000% recommend the Chalema agency. Harun is an excellent guide, a big thank you to him! Our friendly French-speaking guide was able to introduce us to the flora and fauna by explaining what we were seeing and answering our questions.

Excellent trip all around
We went to the Mgahinga Gorilla National Park with my sister for a day trip from Kigali. Alex was the best driver we have ever had on a tour. He drove patiently and safely, he was very helpful, professional and friendly. The guides at the trek were also knowledgeable, and made experience as amazing as we'd imagined it would be. The national park is situated in a breathtaking part of Uganda, where you also get to see parts of the country where you may not have a chance to go otherwise. I would absolutely recommend this trip to everyone.
