Nice 5 Day Safari
We had a 5 day trip from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi NP, Udzungwa Mountains NP, Nyerere NP and back to Dar es Salaam.
Pros:
+ All accommodations were superb, clean and really nice (didn't had much time to spend inside though)

Experience level: first safari
All around carefree package
Many times, I went to Asia, but this trip was my first to Africa. And of course, I wanted to do a safari in Tanzania. So, we travelled with Tarakwai on a tour into the Usambara Mountains and for a Safari to Mkomazi National Park.
We started with some hiking in the Magamba Forest Reserve in the Usambara Mountains. Tarakwai guided us precisely to the hotspots of fauna and flora of the reserve. We stayed at the Lawns Hotel in Lushoto and had an intense barbeque party the same evening with the reserve management and live gospel sounds from the neighbouring church. A nice start to a tour.
I went February/March, it had rained, the vegetation in northern Tanzania was green and exceptionally powerful. The next destination, Mkomazi Park has an incredible variety of birds at this time. Animals in this impressiveness I could only see in West Papua so far. The mammals are widely scattered after the rains, nevertheless the guides led us again and again to groups of Masai Giraffes, Oryx, Bushbuck, Gazelles, Kudus, Impalas and Zebras. We stayed in a luxurious tented camp located on the edge of an endless plain. The tour was a unique experience full of surprises and natural beauty.
The Tarakwai guides are always relaxed, helpful and knowledgeable. The location we were shown were exciting and gave us a great view of Africa's nature and culture. I look forward to the next tour because Tanzania is huge.

If you're hesitant about making a reservation, there's no need to be.

So beautiful !
We spent five days with Namat and Walter in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Namat who speaks french was very nice and could answer all our questions. Walter was a very good driver and also an amazing guide. We thank them and Paul Justine the manager for this fabulous week !
We finished with the beautiful Zanzibar . Unforgettable !

Awesome experience
We had a 3 day safari trip, it was an awesome experience. Our Tour Guide Chalse was experienced, kind and patient. The tour in Masai Mara was amazing, we saw a lot of animals.

Best safari ever!
We had 4-days trip visiting NP Tarangire, NP Serengeti and NP Ngorongoro. It was a life-time experience. We were there with our kids (8 and 10 years old) and we all had very nice time there.
Our driver & guide James was excellent, he provided us with all-day care and explained everything. He was very skilled driver and knew the way and the spots to watch very well. We saw big 5 (only the rhino was quite far). We saw plenty of elephants, giraffes, antelopes, zebras, lions(!), leopard, cheetah (also during hunt!), hyenas, rhino, hippos, crocodiles... Overnight stay in Kati Kati tented camp in Serengeti was also great experience.
Also there was no problem to keep our luggages safe in Zanzibar during our trip. All transfers were fine and plane tickets from Zanzibar to Arusha were arranged without issue.
We all enjoyed our trip and we highly recommend it to others!

Very good organization of safari trip and friendly guide
This safari tour was very good. Thanks all employees of Bison Safaris! No complaints! Interesting trip with many animals and good weather! Our guide driver fulfilled all requests and told us many things about animal world! With the camps and meal we had no problems. Everything was in order! We can say, our safari tour has been well planned.
