Well, i just returned from 12 days safari with face of africa. It was beyond my greatest expectations. It was like watching national geographic, but live. Those guides knew exactly where the lions are, where the leopards are and most important where is cheeta land. We saw several cheeta attacks, some were successful. Moreover, they are professional birders, and very knowledgable.
As our guides told us everg day we enter the jeep "welcome to my office", and what an office it is.

Very organized and responsive
Our Safari exceeded our expectations. We have been on many safaris in Southern Africa and anticipated a much larger scale experience. And Tanzania did not disappoint. Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Eyasi, Ngorongoro crater (the most plentiful sightings), south and central Serengeti were all unbelievable. We were fortunate enough to witness the southern migration and experience a hot air balloon ride too.
This incredible Safari of a life time, was made all the better by our 2 amazing guides, Wilson and Hassani. Cannot say enough about these two gentleman - extremely knowledgeable, very reliable, kind & helpful, they looked after us impeccably. We did not want for anything. Seek them out if you are considering a Safari with Soul of Tanzania!!
Besides the incredible wildlife (highlight being the 9 cheetahs we saw that we have never seen on any of our numerous safaris), the people of Tanzania are wonderful.
Possibly only downside was that we tried to cram too much into 8 days. Maybe a couple of days at each camp, rather than moving on every day would be preferable.
Very very highly recommended. We will go back!

Living in Florida, I reached out to several tour operators online. Susan Swanepoel from Discover Africa was incredible to work with. She was informative, very prompt to respond, and ensured that all of my questions regarding my Kili hike were answered. She arranged for me to have my trip through the Keys Hotel in Moshi Tanzania. The guide, cook, waiter, and all porters (total 8 personnel just for my solo trip) were excellent throughout the trip. They truly cared about me and my needs during my 5 days on the mountain. The food was delicious at every meal, my tent was always set up for me, the personal toilet was cleansed after every use, and my duffel bag was carried up the mountain camp to camp by the porters. Summit night was a hard night because of my limited time to acclimate to the altitude but I made it thanks to my guide, Liberaty. Susan always sent me the requirements, itinerary, and gear list in advance, gave me her personal contact info, and ensured that from the moment I touched down in Africa to the moment I left, I was always safe and in good hands. 5 stars all the way! Great team!
We has a 5 days safari tour, and everything was very well organized! The camping places where we stayed were very nice. Food was great, and we always had hot meals. Our guide was always helpful and he had a lot of knowledge to share regarding animals and nature (Rocky). Email comunicación was excellent since the beginning. Very nice team :)
Very careful and knowledgeable
Sox was very knowledgeable on all matters biotic and abiotic. He gave a lot of interesting background information on sighting of animals, plants and local cultural heritage which was much appreciated and enjoyed.
He went our of his way to assist us in having a really great stay.
We felt safe when walking in the bush and he always followed the protocols irrespective of situation.

Organized, caring, detail oriented, fantastic, enthusiastic, connected just sensational!
This was a trip of a lifetime! We felt spoiled rotten with the customer care we received from Africa Safari Classics. Maurice planned and executed our itinerary with excellence. We had local guides that helped us with flights, transfers, hotel/camp check ins, tours, and anything we needed so we never felt like we had to know everything. So nice!!
The safari guides knew everything about anything we asked - the animals (SO MANY!), topography, the local people,, geography, schools, you name it.
They found all the animals we wanted to see and more - so many birds and trees to learn about too. We were blown away by their knowledge.
We visited Kenya Amboseli (visited a local village which was so moving) and Maasai Mara (do the hot air balloon!) then flew to Rwanda and did gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park and visited the genocide museum. The country is so beautiful and clean. The people are proud they have healed from past horrors. Everywhere we went the people were so happy.
Tanzania was our final stop where we visited the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Parks.
We loved the difference this country offered from the other two. Maurice checked in with us daily to make sure all our needs were met. He chose a variety of accommodations so we could have different experiences in lodgings. They were all AMAZING!

Wonderful company for anyone seeking an unforgettable, safe, and thrilling adventure
Face of Africa Adventures provided our group with a thrilling itinerary and phenomenal accommodations during our 11-day trip nature-journaling adventure in Tanzania. Our drivers were professional, kind, and attentive, and they shared with us their knowledge of animals and plants, as well as culture and conservation, and answered all our questions, with humor and patience. And most importantly, they cared about the safety of all the critters we encountered, keeping their vehicles always at a respectful distance from them.
Face of Africa not only adapted the drives to a pace that allowed us to stop, observe, and draw everything that we encountered, but also, they kept us hydrated, made us feel safe, and accommodated to all our needs, including food requirements, allergies, etc. They also went the extra mile as well, for example, helping me to reunite with my teeth retainers, that I had left behind in one of the lodges that we stayed in.

Lisa helped us with everything. She responds quickly, is friendly and very attentive. She provided us with updates as needed during the trip. She can really arranges everything; taxi, train, hotels, safaris.. We had experienced guides, good hotels with good food and all transport was clearly arranged. Before the trip, she even tipped us on how to apply for a visa.
