Reliable, helpful and quick to respond.
From the first contact to our return home Wilson has made himself available the help and assist. If I had a question or a concern, a quick WhatsApp and he replied within minutes, if we wanted to change our plans a bit, he sorted it out in a few clicks. He was very punctual, in constant contact with the drivers and hotels to make sure we were well cared for. The tours themselves were exactly as we had agreed and expected. Will I be using him again next time I visit? Absolutely.

Polite, Nice, good company
Overall the safari was good, except for the accommodation. They had told us we would be staying at enchoro camp in massai Mara, and they took us to another camp, that was of remarkable lower quality!! We were really uncomfortable there. The bathroom was all dirty, the floor of the tent too. And we had no hot water. Really disappointing and made us really mad they changed the camp without telling us. We even asked about it, and they answer it was the same, which was clearly not.

They were so organized and took great care of us…they made sure we saw all the big five and the guide could easily locate them. Their services were just awesome and they were so professional. Cheers.

As excited to find the big draw animals as we were!
Worth every penny! Our tour guide was Trevor and he was excellent. He set out with a game plan and told us right from the start that he would be driving past the ‘everyday’ animals in a rush to get to the lions, leopards, etc first - before the park filled with early morning tourists and before the animals disappeared into the bush. He communicated reverently with colleagues and friends on the radio and was quick to pass information on to them as well about locations of interesting animals. We saw countless lions (I’d say about 25 at 6 different sights), a mother leopard and her cub in the trees, a pair of cheetahs walking through the grass, lots of elephants, a family of hyenas, buffalo etc. Of course, we were lucky to see all these animals on the tour, but Trevor’s attitude, positivity and knowledge made it all the more special. A lovely country with beaytiful nature and fiendly people!
I loved the parks of Serengeti, Ngorongroro, and my favourite, Kilimanjara! Tanzania has a lot of beautiful national parks, great servic, friendly people, and I also felt safe there. I had no issues with security. I am very happy with visiting Tanzania, and I will come again one day in the future.

Well worth the visit to such a wonderful country.
We went with Polcat Tours, they were wonderful. We saw some amazing animals, met wonderful people. You will not regret your visit to Tanzania or your Safari.

@tembea_europa planned my family's trip to Lamu a coastal town in Kenya. It was during the Lamu Cultural festival and it was absolutely phenomenal. From the arrival, we had a guide who helped us navigate the festival activities and our tours into Old Town. The hotel was very exclusive and had very delicious food. From the henna painting to the dhow races it was definitely worth every penny.

As a first time traveler to Africa, I had a great trip with Azas safaris Uganda. Most especially to see gorillas I booked with them 5 months before the start of the trip, my challenge was payments but i was guided to use wise.com it was successful, unlike other operator, Azas safaris Uganda gave me a contract and a receipt of payments which game me security for the money I paid, everything went as we chatted in WhatsApp with Prisca.
Julius was my guide, he's a good driver , good knowledge about animals in game parks, I recommend everyone to use Julius. Uganda is a great country with more to see than gorillas, I recommend everyone to go to Uganda and especially use Azas Safaris uganda.

My father and I travelled to Kenya and had a wonderful experience with Alex as our driver / guide. The accommodations were excellent, the food suburb, and we always felt safe with Alex at the wheel. He was also so incredibly knowledgeable of the area and where to find the anomaly, but also very respectful not to disturb the habitat. His expertise and passion for the parks and animals shone through.

Great experience and easy communication
We had amazing experience with Topy tours, Jackson took care about us from the time we arrive until our departure, and also he promtly answered all questions I had before arrival. He was very helpful all the time. Everything was so smooth, all pick ups were on time. Also I really appreciate quality of food on safari - fresh bread, pizza, steak, soups, pancakes...so tasty! For sure I recommend to book your Safari with Topy tours!
