Absolutely amazing
My family and I just got back from a great family-friendly vacation in Mombasa. Africa Rebound Safaris organised everything and made our trip easy and fun. Lilian was very knowledgeable and offered great advice on what to do in Mombasa and the surrounding areas. The train ride from Nairobi to Mombasa was an unforgettable experience and allowed us to spot lots of wildlife like elephants along the way.
Soon as we arrived at the Mombasa train terminus, the temperatures were HOT, but our guide was already waiting for us with some cold refreshments ready to shuttle us to our hotel on the south coast.
Upon arrival at Diani Sea Resort, the kids were so excited to explore their surroundings. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The family room was perfect for us, and the boys even got their own room within the room. The palm trees and sea view were amazing.
The pool was so much fun, with a great water slide the kids could not get enough of, allowing me and my husband to relax with some cocktails on the sun lounger knowing the kids were safe. We even got to try some water sports, like volleyball and scuba diving, which the kids absolutely enjoyed. The food and evening entertainment was also great and the kids were enthralled by the traditional dances.
Lilian from Africa Rebound Safaris also organised some fantastic day excursions for us, including a visit to the Nairobi National Park and Giraffe Centre. The pick-ups and drop-offs were very punctual, and the tour guide was great. My family and I are already planning our return trip to Mombasa as the kids just cannot get enough of it especially Diani.

Very well organized and friendly operator
We very much enjoyed our trip. The lodges were all very nice, clean, comfortable, very friendly staff and good food - though some sligth deficits were noticed in the maintenance of the residences. Loose tabs etc. what could be easily avoidable with all the staff being around there. But these are tiny cosmetic things. We had different drivers and guides. Unfortunately the one doing the safari was the weakest of all. I would have wished for somebody with better english skills as well as more background information about Tanzania in general to learn a little about the country as well But overall - it was a breathtaking, memorable experience. Thank you!

Amaizing safari
This is my second time visiting the National Parks in Arusha, Tanzania and I have had the best experience with Kibo Mawenzi Safaris in Jan 2023 as compared to the last time in August 2021 when I used another tour operator I got after arriving in Arusha. This time I was coming for my honeymoon, and I can say it was the best decision my husband and I ever made.
With Kibo Mawenzi Safaris team, communication was fast and very informative. The guide was also very professional, passionate, attentive to our requests and well organized. He gave us very informative briefings, He was also humble and a true environmentalist, he even collected wastes he saw on our way to protect the parks. He also made sure we saw animals very close and explained about so many animals, it was incredible to learn so much.
In the end, my husband and I got exactly what we expected, we saw everything from lions, elephants, cheetahs, crocodiles, hippos, and countless other animals and birds in their natural habitat. Each lodge we stayed had enough facilities, was safe, comfortable, and clean and we were taken very good care of.

Absolutely exceptional service every step of the way
From the very first communication Lilly was exceptionally knowledgable and efficient. Within minutes she’d sent me an itinerary that took into account everything I asked. And gave me all the options if I wanted to upgrade any part of it. The planning was brilliant and the execution even better. She arranged our car, transfers, hotels, tours everything. We usually do it all ourselves but Lilly made it so much easier, she took care of absolutely everything while giving us exactly what we wanted. The actual trip was brilliant and all through it Lilly was available if we had any questions or needed anything. She truly is a super agent, we couldn’t have asked for more

Amazing authentic safari experience!
My first ever safari and I’m so happy that I went with Safari G.O.A.T.S! Our guide, Eddy went above and beyond to make sure that we would experience the best moments, close wildlife encounters and help us get that “perfect shot”. Most of all kept us safe. Eddy’s was very knowledgeable and his energy throughout the 7 day tour was energetic and definitely rubbed off onto us. Goes without saying, that I highly recommend this company and would do a safari with them again. Thank you Safari G.O.A.T.S for a wonderful experience!

They deliver an experience beyond what's advertised
Planning the trip was so easy because they had a payment plan so it was easy to save. Fast, effective and comprehensive communication about the itinerary, what to expect. For me it was a solo trip to Loiyangalani/Lake Turkana/Marsabit with a group of other ladies I didn't know but they made the experience fun and easy to enjoy. I'd definitely say I got excellent service and value for my money. I would book with them again and again.

Customised safari experience
A safari that met all the expectations, and a bit more. As we where travelling on a budget Jennifer where able to customise the tour for us. Even though we chose the budget hotel, the stay was clean and the food good. The safari was amazing. We had Chimpanzee trekking, boat ride and game drive the first day, and a morning game drive the day after. We used public transport to the park and back, and Jennifer even helped us with guidance how to doo this. Thanks a lot!

Jessica and her team is amazing!
This was our first Safari experience and we had the most incredible time there! We decided to do 15 days total 10 days in Tanzania and the 5 days in Zanzibar to relax at the beautiful beach. Our tour guide was the best! His name is Thomson, he knew all the birds and we were able to see the big 5! He was extremely knowledgable of the whole safari experience which made it so much more rewarding. I would highly recommend you all to book with Thomson as your tour guide, he was the one that made this trip a memorable and once in a life time experience! Jessica and her team were very responsive and made sure our trip was seamless and on point! We will be using their services again if we plan to go back!
