My family decided to visit Kenya in January and we were recommended Bison safaris by our friends who had travelled with them . Our 10 days safari in Kenya has been amazing and my children are very happy . Maggie went out of her way to give us options and we chose the best units at affordable rates. Our Driver James was lovely with the kids and knows a lot about animals and the places we visited . I would recommend Bison safaris to anyone wishing to have a dream trip to Kenya.

Very friendly guide, who did everything to spot the animals and told me a lot about them.
Fast response time. Transfer and pick up went smoothly. Guide did the best he could to provide me a good safari with a lot of information regarding the animals. Tented lodge was really nice and clean.

disapponting!!
the van given to us-the speedometer was faulty, hence possibly the driver was over-speeding. 1 wheel nut was missing from the wheel which got tyre burst, jack wasn't working, spare tyre too wasn't in good condition. all in all it wasn't a pleasant trip as far as their services are concerned.

Exceptionally Great service
Great communications while booking with Maggie , she gives advise and sent us Visa letters so was easy to apply for pour Visas. We got value for money .Great budget camps with great service and food. We got vegetarian foods as requested. Very reliable company as because of our time difference Maggie always answered us even in odd hours and we felt we are in safe hands. The driver Joshua was excellent and knew where to find the animals. We were so luck y we saw all the big five. yaaaayyy. and we re coming back for migration with Bison safaris for sure . Great safari experience with a great team
I did a 5-day safari and rallye enjoyed the trip. Our guide Dixon was very skilled, funny and kind. And also the rest of the Team, the cook, the staff at the hostel (night before and after the tour is included!) made us feel very welcome.
If you are travelling on a budget, I can only recommend Nelson and his great team.

Serious, responsible, executive.
Upon arrival in Nairobi, we were met by a company representative and our tour began.
Transfer to the hotel. The next morning we were met by our guide and we went to the Masai Mara reserve.
The tour guide was excellent. He tried to show us interesting places, made stops for photo sessions, thanks to which we got a huge number of excellent photos from a very interesting angle.
Visit to the Maasai village. We were impressed by the Maasai culture.
Trips to many interesting places. Visiting the place where animals cross the Mara River during the annual animal migration. Visit to the Crescent Island game reserve on Lake Naivashi, where the film The Lion King was filmed.
Visit Amboseli and Tsavo parks. In Tsavo there was a stop at a campsite overlooking Mount Kilimanjaro. Visit Mzima springs, where underground waters from Mount Kilimanjaro form a wonderful lake. Transfer to Mombasa with a stop at the hotel. This was the final stop before the end of the journey with a stop at the papillon lagut beach hotel.
About the latter, I would like to note that not at all shy monkeys live there. So one of the inhabitants begged for a piece of coconut, but having eaten it and not being satisfied, she took away the whole nut and proudly climbed onto a palm tree where she ate it.
Our trip was as described. The company did everything to make our trip comfortable and safe. Our stops were in places saturated with a special African flavor, not devoid of amenities. Kenyans are very friendly.

Seamless
It was such a pleasure working with Mariano and his team at New World Safaris on our South African Honeymoon. Throughout the entire process, they were consistently gracious, accommodating, beyond thorough, and made things happen SO FAST for us. After a couple of preliminary calls / emails to discuss what we were hoping to accomplish on the trip, Mariano's team put together the most beautiful and thorough itinerary package perfectly tailored for us. Every single detail of our trip had been thoughtfully accounted for. As soon as we arrived in South Africa, Mariano had a member of team to meet us and greet us at the airport and immediately put us at ease. From that point on, we realized that The New World Safari team would literally be handling every detail of coordination the entire trip and we wouldn't need to lift a finger. For those of you who aren't able to get away on vacation that often and really want to not worry about A SINGLE THING, this was the most relaxing trip we have EVER had for that reason. They really made us feel like VIP's and allowed us to completely unwind. I would also like to mention.... about halfway through our 24 day trip, my husband and I decided to COMPLETELY change the itinerary for the remainder of our trip. We called Mariano on a Saturday night (who had consistently made himself available at all hours of the day via phone call / WhatsApp) and asked him to reconfigure our entire trip. We know how much work it would take to change hotels, flights, etc., but Mariano and his team had everything changed and rearranged for us within a few hours. His team handled this curveball with absolute grace. We were in constant communication with them with daily questions (where can we get COVID tests? Can we push our dinner reservation an hour? Can you recommend somewhere we can get a good steak?) and no matter how complex the question / task, New World Safaris would always get back to us SO quickly and go above and beyond to make things seamless for us. They really made it all appear to effortless. We were so blown away with the level of customer service we're already brainstorming our next trip with them. This entire experience will definitely make it hard to ever plan travel ourselves...!

Benson was very knowledgeable and knew the tricks to find all the animals of our interest!
We were a family of four. Benson was so patient with us and the needs of our little ones. He maintained a very calm demeanor whenever the kids asked that we stop for something.
Benson was also very helpful with helping us know the history of most geographic areas that we passed through on our way to our safaris.
Spent two nights in Naivasha and three nights at Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. The experience was one of the best times of our lives. We were able to see most of the wild animals; from Lions in what Benson hilariously called “harusi” in Swahili or wedding lol. But it was their mating date which was such an experience.
Benson was also able to crisscross the Mara reserve and skillfully identify a group of cheetahs that he; for a fact, predicted that they were grouping for an attack to hunt down a wildebeest. He radiod the rest of the guides and they all rushed there to witness the hunt which was one heck of an experience seeing them kill a giant wildebeest.
We took some of the best photos of our vacationing life. Benson was also very helpful in educating us on how most of the animals in the wild cohabit and their survival skills.
It was a safari to remember with Into Adventure Safaris.
