Was amazing, our guide jimmi was the best!
First, the communication between us to our giude jimmi was so good, he know a lot, and answer on all our questions, and even if we didn't ask, he give us information. And also he was honest, and if he didn't know something he told us, and he cheked before he gave us the answer.
Also about the driving inside the park, we felt that he is a real professional.
And we saw that he really try all the time to give us the best view and the best animal.
Also about were we spend the nights, was really good and expected all expectations.
And also its important to say, this is the cheapest safari that we found.

I booked a 4-day Victoria Falls and Chobe Tour with Brian. This was my first visit to Africa and I was traveling alone. Brian put together an amazing itinerary for the time that I had to visit Victoria Falls and Chobe. He showed up promptly at the airport upon my arrival, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout my visit. Brian is so hardworking, organized and kind, and I sincerely enjoyed his company during my visit. It felt like I was seeing Zimbabwe and Victoria Falls alongside a friend I had known for years.
Victoria Falls was a truly magical and majestic site of nature to see. My entire visit to Africa entailed South Africa and Namibia, but the experience in Zimbabwe and Victoria Falls was a definite highlight. The animals such as elephants and giraffes were abundant even outside of game drives. Highly recommend visiting Zimbabwe and Victoria Falls with Customise Tours - you will have a lovely and memorable experience with one of the best guides in the area!

I researched a lot of the tour companies to see what they offered, but just couldn't find one that suited my needs. I emailed Kaara Adventures and they designed a tour to my exact specifications. You'd think it would be ultra expensive to do this but it wasn't, the value for money was fair in the circumstances. I was met in Rwanda by a charming tour guide by the name of Gerald, he was accompanied by one of the company staff, Abraham. We instantly hit it off, such nice guys!! There was a lot of travelling but it was fun. I ended up doing the trek to Dian Fossey memorial in Volcanoes National Park, then off to Uganda to do the Gorilla Trek the next day. OMG, this was one of the best days of my life. You're guaranteed to seeing the gorillas, every group since 1994 has seen them. Gerald is a credit to the company, he is a people-person, he has a great personality and is knowledgable of all the areas. Don't hesitate in booking with these guys, just ask to tailor a tour if you don't see it listed. I did and glad I did. THANKYOU!! ps/ you'll get close to the gorillas, REALLY close - they literally walk past you!
