Our tour with Compass Odyssey comprised Chobe National Park in Botswana, Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and Zambia, and Cape Town. It was three years in the making, due to delays caused by COVID issues. Planning was collaborative and interactive. C.O. worked patiently with our group's leaders to select the best options for tours, lodging, and transfers. At each portion of the journey, C.O. provided efficient airport transfers. Our stay at Chobe River Lodge in Botswana was excellent, and our guide worked with the group to provide the best wildlife viewing experience possible. The experience was more important than the time of day, as far as our group was concerned. Our host at Victoria Falls helped us through multiple border crossings (Botswana to Zimbabwe to Zambia and back to Zimbabwe), arranged knowledgeable local guides for both sides of the falls, and gave a good overview of the town. Our guide in Cape Town gave an excellent history of the area, and worked with our group to ensure we saw everything we wanted to see, including making agenda changes on-the-fly to take advantage of sudden opportunities, specifically, cancelling a shopping trip when we saw that the clouds had moved away from Table Mountain and we had a clear late afternoon to explore it. Overall, we felt that we received excellent value for the money we paid, and we had no complaints about the service received. Guides and drivers were always where we expected them to be, when we expected them to be there. We will recommend Compass Odyssey to others considering a trip to southern Africa, and we would engage them again if and when we may return.

Great experience
My friend, my son and I were in a budget safari. The places we stayed in were ok and the staff very nice.
Our guide, Edward, did everything for us to feel good and see most animals it is possible to see.
Moreover, the agency booked our tickets to go to Mombasa, and everything was perfect.
I will definitely recommend Hirax Safari, a serious agency.

Friendly and informative
I went on a safari with axis africa safari in March. We were picked up from the airport by Julias in a comfortable safari truck. It was a 5 hour drive to camp but we passed it by stopping to get some snacks and listening to music. We arrived at the camp at around 3pm and had some lunch. The food was good the whole time that we stayed there. Then we headed on the first safari trip out and we managed to spot most animals within 2 hours. The next day we went on a full day safari and stopped for a picnic at the hippo lake. I told Julias that I wanted to see lots of baby animals and he made sure that I did - baby elephants and lions and giraffes. We managed to find all of the animals except for a rhino. Then we went to the Masai Mara camp to experience the local culture. On the final day we also saw the local school which was very eye opening. Julias was very friendly and answered all of our questions and made our trip extra special and the company is very good value for money. Thank you

Greatest value tour, perfect service
Highly recommended. Very friendly , fast and efficient communication. Adapted the tour to all our needs. Very good lodges, Ilkeliani lodge in Mara far beyond expectations. The driver Kennedy was so nice, knowledgeable and did everything to make this tour special. Unlike other drivers he tried to get off the standard path as much as he could as he completely understood what we are looking for and what the needs of serious photographers are. He did much more than the necessary and we couldn’t have wished for more. The trip Nairobi-Mara-Nakuru-Nairobi (3 nights) was well conceived and balanced. All in all a perfect trip. Mara and Lake Nakuru is a fantastic combo and Tekko Tours is a clear recommendation.

I am a seasoned traveller - I have never written a poor review - but this company has a lot to learn - poor communication - out sorsing trips - different group members every day - and being forgotten to be picked up on departure day to incur considerable cost to get a new flight with not even asorry - vague promise for reimbursement - nothing

Reliable and good communication
It is a very personal and heartfully company. They have a good communication before the Safari so that you know good about all things.
The days were very full packed, so a bit short time in the hotels. We liked the hotel places very much, really a good choice!

The best of the best!!!
Ve had five fantastic safari days in tree different parks, all thanks to our guide Anuari Ally Ngaina. He really made the different to our experience and holiday, he is simply the best! Anuari was so proffesional and all the time, during our safari, he had the best focus for us 24/7. Even when ve sad goodbye to him att the airport, he told us to contact him if ve should have any problem on our continued vacations on Zanzibar. We would highly recommend Anuari Ally Ngaina as the best safari safari guide ever! He really made our safari trip fantastic. Thank you Mega Adventures for your schedule, and for you let us have Anuari as our safari guide. We hope you can give your further tourist the same happiness and experience as we had with Anuari.

Simply amazing
Comparing many travel agencies, knowing that Manager Li is a Shanghai compatriot who grew up in Nairobi, we finally chose SINO, and it turns out that we did not choose wrong!Manager Li's response speed is very fast, and the itinerary and advice provided are very professional.We chose a homestay in Naivasha and Manager Li will help us determine the specific location of the accommodation, and inform us of the nearby attractions and restaurants.During the safari trip, he would call back from time to time to ask if we were satisfied, and I really appreciated him!
HI!George!I'm Pumbaa!!!
George is the driver arranged for us by Manager Li, he was never late and waited for us every day on time.And he will explain some interesting facts about animals to us every day for the 8-day journey,George's eyes were very sharp, and he could find hyenas hiding in them when he drove through the bushes!!!
We offered to have a local breakfast and George started calling the restaurant in the evening and booking it for us!
With george‘s guide,we saw BIG FIVES, cheetah!Timon!A large flock of pink flamingos!And last day,we saw a big group of lions!Lions and cheetahs passed by our car!!!
On the way back to Nairobi, George prepared a little surprise for us!!!We were so happy!!!No wonder Manager Li said George was the best driver!
We highly recommend Manager Li and George, George is a bit like a father(hahahaha), no slippery tongue, serious about doing his daily work.
