Crater explorer have been great since pre arrival planning till the last day of the trip.
They have been very easy to communicate, replying to our requests in timely manner. The tour guide Omar was very attentive to all our needs, as well as very knowledgeable and made sure that we saw all could see the most of the animals.

Without any doubt, the best experience we have ever had, starting from Emmanuel who took care of all the organisational part such as safari booking, transfers from and to the airport, ending by an amazing tour guide “Omar” who would find the best spots to watch different animals.
