Great experience !
After a long wait for the known anti-COVID restrictions, we finally managed to make the trip to Namibia and Zambia. We relied on the South African tour operator SHIKWARU-ADVENTURES, which we highly recommend, that has impeccably planned the various stages of the tour allowing us to truly "taste" scenic and natural wonders (the wonderful Etosha park and the Victoria Falls) of the two countries. A very special mention goes to our guide Federica Aletti, who with her discreet but always attentive and punctual presence made our trip even more unforgettable. We enjoyed our tailor made tour in Kenya. it was very well organized. The itinerary was exactly what we expected. The hotel recommended by Jong was beyond our expectations (never stayed in a tent previously). the driver guide I could still remember his name was Solomon, he was great guide to go safari with. We loved the safari!

Luxury Safari which will never forget
Everrything was perfectly organized, and we were glad to choose them. They are professional, patient to all our questions, reply promptly, clear and honest. We just returned from our trip of a lifetime - 3 weeks experiencing the wildlife and landscapes of the Serengeti as well as Rwanda to see the Mountain Gorillas and Golden Monkeys. The entire trip was orchestrated by Jessica Mathews, owner of Dancing Zebra. We met with her, described what we were looking for, and asked her to map out our itinerary. We trusted her judgement and guidance and were richly rewarded! We spent two weeks exploring various parts of the Serengeti and photographing the fabulous landscape and animals. Our guide/driver had 16 years of experience in the Serengeti and considers it his "office". He loves his job and he is a master at it. He knows where the wildlife is, the best times to find them, and the judgement to wait or move on when the situation presents. In one case we spent an hour waiting and watching a leopard as she went from sleeping to her first kill of the morning.
And the tent lodges Jessica arranged for us were unbelievable! Tents in name only, they are secluded, comfortable, spacious..dare I say luxurious? With our own private porch from which to view the wildlife! Food and service were fabulous.
Jessica has built relationships with all the best people and operators in the area. She knows who the best are and only works with them. She travels to Africa regularly to keep tabs on the people and constant changes and has fallen so in love with the country. In fact, she's building her own home in Tanzania.

Best Safari in Kenya
My family and I booked a Safari through Silver Africa tours and Safari. Our experience was magnificent. Our arrival was close to midnight. We had a driver waiting for us at the airport, got us safely to our hotel, and took time to walk us through our itinerary, provided us with the necessary paperwork and left after making sure we were checked in. Our experience included flying to Kisumu for 3 days, back to Nairobi, then Masai Mara for 2 nights, and Diani on the coast for 3 nights. The company made both our hotel and air reservations, and made sure we had a driver in every city we visited. They were extremely flexible and accommodating whenever the airlines would Change departures or arrival times. Their drivers [George in Nairobi and Richard in Kisumu] were awesome, professional, knowledgeable and super good Time keepers!(I am a stickler when it comes to my time). This company made our tour and experience unforgettable. I would recommend Silver Africa tours and Safaris to anyone contemplating visiting Kenya or Africa in general.
