A Memorable Beach Getaway at Neptune Village Hotel in Diani
My husband and I had an incredible beach holiday experience with our friends at Neptune Village, Diani, thanks to ZAF Tours. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot overlooking the Indian Ocean, and the beach is just a few steps away. The staff at the hotel were welcoming, friendly and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The food at the hotel's restaurants was fantastic and there was a good variety of options. ZAF Tours made the booking process easy and organized various activities during my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday and I would highly recommend ZAF Tours and Neptune Village.

Unforgettable safari at Masai Mara National Reserve & Hike to Mt. Lonngonot
We've been on a 3-day trip to Masai Mara National Reserve & Mount Longonot. Our tour guide Dennis was very kind and made a huge effort to give us a really great experience! He made sure we could see as many different animals as possible and shared a lot of facts and knowledge about the animals with us. As a huge cat fan, I almost cried while facing lions, cheetahs and even a leopard. We saw a lot of things and had a whole adventure, especially because it rained when we started our first Safari trip. The roads were a bit bumpy from time to time and we got covered in mud, but as scouts we didn't care, we actually rather enjoyed it. We even got stuck in the mud two times, but there were many helpful people there to pul us out. A whole adventure!! Also the boat safari at Lake Naivashi was great.
For the Hike to Mount Longonot we had a different guide, Daniel, who took real good care of us, especially because I was suffering from dizzines, but he would keep encouraging me so I could finish the hike around the crater.
After the hike Dennis made sure we could take a shower before bringing us to the airport safely through rush hour. Asante sana!!! It was a real pleasure!

This is my second trip to Tanzania. Compared to the last one, wildlife’s are the same, but the safari experience is dramatically enhanced. The vehicle was new, spacious and very comfortable. The camps, Hotel and lodges are clean, comfortable and in perfect locations.
Our Guide James is super friendly and helpful. He tried his best to help us see all the animals we wanted to see, and he made it! We saw Lion prides, elephant herds, leopards, different antelopes. We even saw a cheetah hunt twice! On the tour, James explained carefully about the habitats of animals, and other useful and interesting knowledge. We learned a lot from him. Literally speaking, James made our dreams come true.
The memory with him will definitely be cherished in a lifelong time! At the same time, I would like to thank one of the staff at Full Package Adventures Faraja, who gave us the most professional and reasonable trip advices, and made the best itinerary plan for us.

Jeff was the best tour operator, he made our trip excellent.
Everithing was easy with Jocky Tours. The communication is excellent, every questions get answered. The paying method was easy. Jeff, the tour operator was at the hotel in time. He helped us a lot. The way from Nairobi to Maasai Mara was 5 hours, but we stopped more times to rest or eat. The safari started before the check-in because of traffic jam, but it was perfect for us. We have seen lots of animals in April (off-season), and there weren't too much safari cars in the park. The one night tent accomodation was great. Food was enough and good. On the second daily, we started with a 4 hour safari before going back to Nairobi. We were lucky, because we saw leopard, lions and cheetahs as well. For this money, I think it's definitely worth it.

Caring and educated driver, delicious food
We had an amazing camping safari with this company. The driver Rocky was very nice and funny, he told us a lot about animals and spotted a lot of them. The chef Musa was incredible, we had all our favorite Tanzanian dishes , they were super tasty! The tents were spacious, we didn’t feel cold at night.
We highly recommend this company and their high quality service!

Our trip was amazing and memories are still fresh.
We were indeed lucky that this agency chose Claude as our guide. He was so fantastic that he could spot leopards that no one else could spot. He had great knowledge about birds, butterflies, plant species, insects, and of course all animals. Apart from being very fast on email responses, the team back in the office keeps in touch with us on the safari. They proposed for us both luxury and mid-range properties and we had to choose what favors our budget, this shows you how friendly this team is, they keep in mind a guest’s budget too. We were even allowed to suggest or eliminate anything from our tour in case we did not like it. Our trip was amazing and memories are still fresh.

Unforgettable safari experience in Southern Africa
Our experience started months before during the planning with the amazing Susan. This was our first time visiting Africa, and she was always very open, communicative and listened to all of our wishes and wants and made us feel like we were in very good hands.
We had a set budget for this trip, but wanted to celebrate our 30th birthdays in a memorable way, so Susan made sure to encompass all the highlights within our set budget.
Our tour was a 9 Day Botswana and Victoria Falls Safari.
We started with 3 nights at the Oddball's Camp within the Moremi Game Reserve (On the East side of the Okavango Delta). This was a beautiful experience. The camp is deep in the heart of the Okavango, and only accessible by light aircraft (where you can see beautiful aerial views of the Delta). Oddballs’ offers no motorised activities, so it is really just you and nature.
We had the luxury of being the only guests at the camp at the time, so we had a lot of privacy and attention from the staff.
Every day, we had two game walks, which was a beautiful opportunity to explore the game reserve by foot and really be one with nature and animals. Our guide was Raps, who was incredibly knowledgeable and had great eyes for animals even from afar.
With Raps as our fantastic guide we were able to track down a Lion, see multiple herds of elephants and zebras, buffalos and pods of hippos. And even a leopard!
We also had the excitement of seeing Lions during dinner, 2 out of the 3 nights we were there.
On our last full day, that is when I celebrated my 30th birthday, and it was truly magical. Pony (the camp leader) helped organise a private candlelit dinner on the deck and surprised me with traditional dance and songs performed by the entire staff. It was truly unforgettable. And hat's off to Kay and the catering staff, the food was divine!
Oddballs has definitely found a special place in my heart, and I will always remember Raps, Pony and Doc dancing while we took off to head over to Chobe.
Our time at Chobe was also amazing. This time our safaris were either drives or by boat. We stayed at Chobe Bush Lodge in Kasane, and the whole pick up and transfer went smoothly. We did not need to wait at all.
We had two activities per day and even had our own private boat ride and were able to visit Namibia for a day trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and the food, delicious!
Here I will also have to commend Susan's amazing communication skills and proactiveness, as I had forgotten a bag in the previous camp and informed Susan about it, and she was incredible and managed to have my bag brought back to me in less than 24h!
The drives in Chobe were completely different every day. We were able to see massive pods of hippos, a pride of 15 lions, wildebeest, crocodiles and an incredible amount of gorgeous birds.
Our final stop was in Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. The hotel was beautiful. Shongwe Lookout. With a lookout tower to view the Zambezi River and the falls' spray.
Here we were able to view the falls from all angles! By foot (prepared to get soaked, but such a fun experience), by helicopter (we had a 12 min ride) and by tram during sunrise. (with the Bamba tram)
All in all, an INCREDIBLE, UNFORGETTABLE experience, and I could not thank Susan & Discover Africa enough.
