I've found African Big Cats Safaries online, when looking for safari opportunities in Tanzania. From the beginning, communication with them was very good, all my questions were answered immediately and we came up with safari option that suited my needs and budget perfectly. I've chosen 7 days comfort safari option with Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti parks.
On the arrival, we were picked up by our guide, Endeni from the airport and he took us to the first hotel, from where our trip started the following day. The safari itself couldn't have been better! Our guide was very knowledgeable, very often we were the first ones seeing animals. We've managed to see The Big Five and much more! Experience of seeing lions or elephants so close to our car was unique.
All accommodations during the safari were very good, comfortable and clean with great service. Everyday we had breakfast before the game drive, lunch boxes during the day and dinner when back from the game drive. Our guide was very flexible, so we could chose the time when our game drives were starting or ending.
Company's manager met with us on the first and last day of our tour to give us an overview and get our feedback. I can recommend African Big Cats Safaries to everyone!

At the beginning of November 2021 we were on a trip through Tanzania booked with REDUNCA SAFARIS.
Godlove Shoo, Director at Redunca Safaris, had, as with the previous trips that we had made with the operator, organized everything perfectly and this time too he tried to show us special locations and enable us to experience things off the beaten track.
This time our tour took us from the Arusha National Park to the Mkomazi National Park, which is hardly frequented by tourists, with a visit to the rhinoceros station, to hikes in the Usambara Mountains to the coast of the Indian Ocean with an adventurous boat trip on the Pangani River.
Afterwards we went to Zanzibar for a swim, where we were also supported by Redunca Safaris.
To make the transfer to the island of Zanzibar by speedboat directly in front of the hotel beach was a very good idea by Godlove and highly recommended. The Beach Boys' attention is certain, as tourists usually only travel overland by bus.
We have been with Redunca Safaris again.
Every time Godlove was able to “go one better” in terms of service and quality.
If required, there was WiFi on the way while driving in the safari jeep, charging options for the batteries, of course food and a roll-out canopy to provide shade during an “on tour” picnic. Awesome trip and experience in Kenia
We had a 4-days tour to Masai Mara park and Nakuru lake with our gide and driver Evans. From the morning of the first day we had 6 hours driving on our landcruiser from Nairobi to Masai Mara with a half an hour stop for hot meals, and 4 hours game till the evening. Good hot supper and overnight in the camp (big tent with a normal bed, toilet and shower with hot water), good hot breakfast and the game for the whole day with a modest dinner in savanna. Good hot supper and one more overnigt in this camp, good hot breakfast and 6 hours driving to the Nakuru lake, where we had good hot supper and stayed for 'one night in the hotel (normal bed, toilet and shower with hot water). Next day after good hot breakfast we had 40 minutes trip to Nakuru park where we have been for 3 hours, and started a trip back to Nairobi about 5 hours.
We had a perfect guide and driver Evans, who drives fast but safely, and knows all the animals and how to find them in savanna. If we had any question Evans can fix anything in a moment, and always was polite and very friendly. He is very positive man, it' was a pleasure to deal with him.
We have seen all the animals of Big Five in 2 days. And it was just awesome!! It is unforgettable!! And, of course, if we will be in Kenia once more, we will repeat safari with Axis.
Lennox organized all very good, and always was keeping in touch. And we could ask any question any time to him or Evans. Lennox even organized a PCR test for us during safari, it was very comfortable.
You can take with you some shower gel and shampoo, because you will find only soap in the camp and hotel. Some snacks (nuts, biscuits and so on) too. Drinking water is free and you can have it any time.
Also if you want some alcohol - better to take it with you, because there will be a lack of alcohol at all overnight stops. But, honestly speaking ... better to be without alcohol at all, because you will not need it, the beauty of animals and savanna will be completely enough.

Great Tour with Dav Safaris
We've just come back from a 6 day mid-range Uganda tour booked with Dav safaris Uganda. Our trip was organised and arranged very speedy and efficiently via email, the communication with Reagan was extremly professional, prompt and friendly. The itinerary of the tour was well and accurately planned, including great activities and 4 lodges well chosen and super nice lodges. With Confidence Reagan, we had an excellent guide on our side during our whole trip. He is an excellent safe driver, always friendly, polite and in good mood. My girlfriend and me did a 2 week Kenya and Tanzania safari with Destination Consultants and couldn't of been more happy! They put together an amazing package for us and feel like we didn't miss anything. Our guides Paul in Kenya and Raymond in Tanzania were so knowledgeable and got us on all the animals! Our tour guide Ombeni only helped to improve our experience. He was so genuine, so nice, so accommodating, we enjoyed every second of with him. This doesn’t even include the breathtaking wildlife he showed us with the interesting facts about Tanzania. We saw unbelievable wildlife in the safari, had countless, and played a ton of card games with Ombeni. Truly a one of a kind experience and guide.

5 day safari exceeded my expectations
I had an excellent time and the trip exceeded my expectations. Although it was November (off Season, small rain season), the weather was fantastic and we didn’t have any rain throughout the trip. The first night we stayed in a hostel close to Arusha airport. The room was ok, the food amazing and there even was a small pool. In the evening we sat by the fire and we had a chance to get to know the other people who would join the tour (6 in one car). We departed early the next morning and met our guide and chef for the first time. Habib our guide as well as our chef Bida both were absolutely amazing, authentic and passionate about what they do. Habib was super experienced, has shown a lot of effort in pleasing all guests‘ expectations and was able to show us all one should see on a safari…he was super kind and I felt very well looked after throughout the whole trip. He also let the decision up to us when we would like to get started in the mornings. Bida‘s Food was excellent and the portions were huge. Other groups we met at the camps for breakfast/lunch/dinner even were jealous of the food our group was served (e.g. pancakes and freshly baked cake at 5am in the morning). Both were able to answer all questions and I learned a lot about their culture. The campsites are ok, but don’t expect too much - panorama campsite was my favourite, as you slept in little huts and they also organized some entertainment in the evening. Some people complained about the Camp Sites but one should not forget that this is a budget camping trip! Tents were good but the Bathrooms/toilets often were in a bad state (toilets did not flush, showers sometimes did not work), but considering you are in the middle of a national park, I also did not expect too much, so for me this was part of the experience and ok….the last night we spent at the hostel in Arusha again. While transfer from the airport at the beginning of the trip was included, transfer at the end was not included anymore. Although the hostel is very close to the airport (max. 20min Drive), the transfer costs were rather high (20usd, and „only“ 25usd to Kilimanjaro airport, which is almost a 90min drive). So this somehow left a bad last impression which they should consider to change…all in all I can say I definitely would book this trip again!
