Breathtaking experience in one of the most beautiful places with an incredible team behind it!
My father, sister and I did the safari package of 4-5 days plus extra activities and it was the most beautiful experience of my life. We went to all the parks and stayed in the Serena hotels which were really gorgeous. Furthermore, we chose to do some more activities such as the Maasai village which were amazing. If you have the chance to go to the Maasai village I really recommend it because it taught me so much and the people were very kind and the place was beautiful.
On the safari, we also managed to see all the animals we wanted including Rhinos, leopards, cheetahs and a Serval thanks to Ahmeds sharp eye.
We had Ahmed as our tour guide and I am convinced he is a secret biologist because he knew everything about everything. Not only did he explain to us everything we asked, he was incredibly funny and extremely professional. He knew how to change the car tires (when another car broke down), and new where every single animal was even if it was miles away. He was so kind and helped us with all the altercations along the way. If there was any problem in the safari Ahmed was there to help us and everyone else out. Honestly, no one I would rather want being the tour guide for a safari than Ahmed.
Lilian the boss behind it all is the most kind, hardworking and incredible person, she made sure that each specification we wanted was met to the fullest. Every detail was thought of and you could tell that she puts her heart and soul into her work. She was with us every step of the way (and continues to be after the safari) and answered all my thousands of emails and questions since months ago. She is also an amazing cook and eating her food was a great experience. I consider her a good friend and I hope she knows that she is always welcome in Sweden with us should she want to come visit.
Goodluck helped with all the transfers and even helped me with the repair of my phone when it broke. He is also incredibly smart, kind and always finds the best way to help you out. I am sure he will be an amazing safari guide when he graduates from university!
So overall, not only were the places exquisite and breathtaking, not only did we see all the animals we wanted and stayed in beautiful hotels but the staff made the whole experience magical. And my most heartfelt thank you for all the staff who put this incredible trip together I am very grateful to you all.

Joshua was our guide throughout the trip and he turned our trip into an amazing and unforgettable experience. He knew every plant and animal that we came across and also told us a lot of new information about each one of them. As well as that when going on safari he knew all the spots and patterns for animals which helped us see all of the big five multiple times. He was very kind and thoughtful and always asked if we needed anything, if we took good pictures and pointed at all animals. We had long travels between the different parks and camp sites but Joshua made the time on the road very enjoyable and the car we were in was also extremely comfortable and great for the safari. We would definitely recommend him and Mufasa tours to anyone as we had a fabulous adventure in Kenya!

Very professional and nice tour operator that tries to fulfill all customer wishes.
We (a group of 6 Austrians) spent 5 wonderful days in Okt. 2021 with our guide Andrea. We really enjoyed the game drives in the conservations and national parks and thanks to Andrea's skills could spot all the animals we wished to see. We saw dozens of lions and hyenas, some leopards, cheetahs, big groups of elephants, buffalos, hippos, giraffes and even a caracal next to many more different animals. The very well chosen hotels and camps same as the included meals totally fulfilled or even exceeded our expectations. Andrea always did his best to make our days as enjoyable as possible. The organisation of the trip was easy thanks to the professional support of Emanuel and Naomi. I can definitely recommend booking a safari with African Big Cats Safaris.

Amazing trip to Botswana by Ubon Safari
I contacted Ubon Safari with many other safari operators in order to arrange for my group trip to Botswana. I ended up choosing Ubon Safari because they showed accurate and significant knowledge, professionalism, quick response and the most important factor was, they meet my budget (with slightly difference that I could digest).
They were super friendly & informative on the communication perspective, I can assure that they have the strongest communication skills. And were approachable whenever I needed to contact them.
Ubon Safari provided me with various trip plans/packages to choose from, that cover most of the points of interests I had mentioned regarding Botswana. Phone call meeting after another and Ubon safari got to know me and what I liked and disliked, and made it easy with their expertise to put together an itinerary of this safari trip.
The lodges and guides that have been recommended and chosen by Ubon Safari were the the highlight of the trip. At each place we stayed in the staff knew who we were and the details of our travel plans, so that everything worked smoothly. The services we had were excellent and beyond our expectations. Staff, and guides were professional and we felt well looked after by both Ubon Safari and local staff. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable.
We had a last minute situation that canceled an important day trip due to weather conditions. Ubon Safari was familiar with such situations and overcome the situation with a great alternative plan that fit in the itinerary quickly and fulfilled the gap that popped up because of the cancellation.
Another tragedy we had for one of the group trip members. Umang & Beena from Ubon Safari spent a very respectful effort to make this unexpected health issue as convenient as possible and scheduled the related changes accordingly. The changes they made covered the itinerary under the contract with them and beyond that contract, they kept and still keep checking on us after we are back to busy life at our home country.
Thank you so much to Umang and Beena for looking after us and giving us such a amazing experience and overseeing all the day-to-day itinerary. And for helping me to do an amazing trip.

Best trip of my life!
The process was smoothly run from the beginning and Vanessa dealt with all my queries promptly. She prepared an amazing package for me, consisting of one night in Lake Nakuru, 3 nights in Masaai Mara and a few nights in Diani Beach. She arranged all transfers and hotel bookings, and the drivers were always on time.
My guide John was phenomenal - we managed to see the big 5 on the first day, and John made a strong effort to meet any request I had. For example, I told him I was keen to see Rhino’s in Nakuru and he made sure I was able to see them twice. John is very knowledgeable, ensuring my day was packed with engaging insights regarding the behaviour of the animals I was seeing throughout the day.

It was such a great experience, throught our entire 14 days Uganda to Rwanda tour!, The tour guide was amazing, with good sense of humor. He was well equiped with enough information about all the sites of our interest and had a lot of options to suggest to us. My son mostly liked the mount elgon and muchison falls experience It was such a great adventure for me and my family as it created greater memories .It was fun! Fun! Fun!
