Amazing expérience. Everything was well coordinated
Service was excellent.
The tour itself is great.
The only point that disapointed me is the drive back to Johannesburg. There are selling a scenic road. But nothing much unless the stop at the Blyde River Canyon for only 30 minutes. I could have pass more time at this wonderful place. This place is one of the canyon in the world.

Fun and overall smooth experience in Kruger!
We travelled in a group of 5 to Kruger with the Moafrica 3 days Treehouse tour. We enjoyed the tour a lot, got to go on bush walks, eat traditional food and see lots of animals in Kruger under guidance from the guides, who are very knowledgeable. The stay at Tremisana lodge and Marc's treehouse is also very enjoyable, environment is really good and the overall experience on this trip is good.
Throughout the booking process, Moafrica is very responsive which is very helpful in giving us advice and suggestions on other hotels in Johannesburg etc and was very responsive on Messenger and we really appreciate that. However a bit close to the pickup date there were some delays (2-3 days) in responding to our messages about arranging pickup details, which was a bit stressful since it was our first time going to South Africa and was a bit nervous without detailed information. Once connected with them the communication is good, hence a smoother contact and communication process would be more beneficial closer to the trip day!

A good experience
Overall MoAfrika was a 5 star because of how amazing they were on our last day. Someone in our group forgot their jacket at a lunch spot earlier in the day and the driver was able to take us on a complimentary evening drive with a new group and went back to the same spot to get the jacket as our washroom stop on the second ride. This was incredible service. One general comment is that we were under the impression that we would have a MoAfrica driver pick us up and take us to a lodge and a MoAfrica guide would pick us up and take us on our game drives. That wasn’t the case. We were picked up and dropped off by two different companies and the safari stay and drive was run by Kruger adventure lodge. This wasn’t a problem and the service was very friendly at the lodge and with the company that took us back to Joburg but was confusing at first.
Would overall recommend this tour.

Well managed and professional!
Throughout my trip, I found myself constantly appreciating the high level of professionalism, availability, and helpfulness exhibited by the staff. Sylwia was exceptionally helpful! The level of knowledge and positive attitude held by all guides was incredible. They undoubtedly played a significant role in making my trip exceptional and unforgettable. Furthermore, the top-quality accommodations added an extra layer of comfort to the experience. All accomodations were spacious, nicely furnished, in AMAZING settings and meticulously maintained. Food was lovely everywhere :)

Great guide and trip
we did a trip to Samburu with Sammy with our 2 year old child. Sammy really took care of us and made sure we had an amazing time. He was wonderful with our child. He was knowledgable of the Samburu national park and helped us see all the major game. His links with our rangers and guides also helped us see a leopard with a kill. He was a safe driver and keep the van extremely clean, was punctual and overall a great guide! Would recommend!

The tour operator is very professional and you get a high class service.
From the beginning of the trip we got a perfect service. Ommy was always on our side and we had a lot of fun with him. Beside them his knowledge about the wildlife is amazing and we learned a lot about the animals and the circle of life in Serengeti.

best experience ever
We were absolutely thrilled with our trip to Kenya in January, thanks to Boaz and Effie of Akoms safaris. We were so grateful for welcoming us and providing the best experience possible, it exceeded all our expectations! We believe we got super lucky with Joel our guide, we got to see everything we wanted including the Big five! We were lucky to see the Leopard, Cheetah and Lions several times.
We had our flight back late in the evening, they were so nice to take their time and show us around the Nairobi City and booked us an amazing restaurant to try all the unusual types of meats, which was a perfect way to finish our extraordinary experience!!

The tour went very well, organized with precision and without any problems.
Our guide, Joel, was truly terrific, his help, his experience and his knowledge of the Amboseli and Masai Mara were essential.
Communication with the AKOMS SAFARIS staff was always fast and reliable.
The places we slept in were comfortable, sometimes a little basic,but we were always treated with the utmost respect and kindness. We were a vegetarian group, and we had no problem always finding the right food for us, and even in the packed lunches they always worked to make us have a personalized menu. I strongly and joyfully recomennd AKOMS to any one planning a travel to Kenya

Thomas and the whole Team of Kima adventures organized an unforgettable trip for us to Mikumi and Udzungwa Mountain National Parks. They were very flexible in organizing the trip according to our wishes and were always ready to adapt plans if necessary. The guides booked in Mikumi and Udzungwa were both very knowledgable and explained us the wildlife and nature in all details. We also liked our accommodation at Camp Sebastion a lot, with the option of swimming in the pool after long days and excellent food options. Overall, a great and smooth trip.
