Noel is respectful, well trained tour guide.
We had an unforgettable day with Noel around Arusha. The waterfall was amazing and we met many nice people during the tour. Bathing in the hot water spring it was a great experience. We were very lucky to have Noel as our guide because he is a very nice, respectful and experienced guy with a good sense of humor. He's English is very good. Muza was helpful and organized and accommodating
We went on a 7 day tour of Namibia. Everything was as advertised. Accommodations were great. Muza was a wonderful guide and it was so nice they hired local people to conduct the tours along the way. Very interesting. But be prepared for long drives between places. Namibia is a large country with similar scenery. Archie kept in touch during our trip which was so appreciated. I would recommend this company.

Our Tour Guide Went Above and Beyond to Give Us a Fantastic Tour
In preparation for our tour, we received excellent communication with Paul, who answered all of our extensive questions concerning the tour and what to expect and how to prepare. He usually answered in a timely fashion. We only had to pay 20% of the cost ahead of time and the rest upon arrival. Their credit card processor was down for a while but it was fixed and was able to accept our payment in a timely fashion. The tour itself was over-the-top. Harry, our tour guide, was amazing in accommodating our every need and knowing where to go to have the best chances of seeing the animals. The numbers and variety that we saw were amazing. It was very evident that Harry wanted to give us the best tour possible rather than just doing his job and getting us to our accommodations for the night as soon as possible. We were very pleased with the accommodations chosen for our luxury tour. The tented lodge gave the experience of really being out in the bush while being secure and well-cared for, if you didn't mind having a very modern shower that was open to the air above. The food in all places was very good with a lot of variety and choices. My companion's dietary restrictions were treated with outstanding accommodation wherever we went. We appreciated the many places to pick up souvenirs along the way. Mosquitoes or other insects were not a problem.

Extremely professional, and very flexible
From the reply to the initial enquiry Jennifer was very personable and built our itinerary around the comments I wrote in the remarks box.
Both my Husband and I flew to Uganda from separate locations and left on different days, and Jennifer was able to build our itinerary and arrange our pick up and airport transfers.
Jennifer met us at the airport and joined us for our departure, Ramadan was our guide for the 6 days, he was knowledgable and seemed to enjoy the tour as much as we did.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Peak Cruise Safaris to anyone travelling to Uganda, in fact I have connected work colleagues with Jennifer already.

Simply perfect.
Native Safaris were super professional, on point, and delivered an experience we will remember for a life time. We had a group of 15, with age ranges from 66 years to 2 years. Our guides were amazing, accommodating, and extremely knowledgable. During the actual game drives, we were always the first on site. They knew exactly where to find the "Big Five".
Their vehicles were modern, and very comfortable. Our drive from NBO was about 6 hours to the Serena Lodge and it was super comfortable.
All our drivers/guides spoke perfect english. Shout out to David and Henry (our drivers) for aways going the extra mile.

Fantastic experience with Tanzania Explorer
Our safari trip was originally planned for July 2020, but due to covid-19, we unfortunately had to postpone the trip first to 2021, and then once again to 2022. Tanzania Explorer were extremely flexible with regard to our trip, and fully understood our concerns and gave us regular updates of the situation in Tanzania.
We finally were able to go this summer, and what a trip! The wait was long, but it was worth it. The Tanzania Explorer team gave us an experience of a lifetime, first on safari in Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, and then relaxing in Zanzibar. The team took good care of us and always made sure we were okay and had everything we needed. They were always very punctual and gave us good information through the whole trip. Extra thanks to our safari guide Joshua, he is amazing! All hotels and lodges were excellent. Transfers within Tanzania were also very satisfatory. We highly recommend Tanzania Explorer!

We took the 6 day safari (Masai Mara, Nakuru, Amboseli) with John as our tour guide. We had a great time and John was a very considerate guide and careful driver. He was keen we saw all the animals (we did- including a leopard!) and he was very attentive to our interests. We particularly enjoyed our stays at Mara Enkorok and Amboseli Kibo. We visited the Masai village from Mara Enkorok and thank you to Tom and Alex for showing us around. The Jocky tours office was also very helpful and arranged the train from Emali to Mombasa when we realised this was possible from Amboseli. In summary we enjoyed the safari and were very pleased with the service from Jocky tours.

Big Family Adventure 2022
From getting picked up at our accommodation to bring dropped off at Kilimanjaro Airport we have been extremely well looked after. Our guide spoke good English and he certainly knew his way around the Serengeti and we saw a huge amount of fantastic animals - the only one we missed was the rhino and that was due to cold weather we think!
Definitely recommend Serengeti Smile for good service, value and a fantastic safari over 3 days. Frank in the office was also extremely efficient and replied very quickly to any questions we had.
