Even though I am not in the habit of writing reviews, we had such an amazing experience with BigCats - and it was such a hassle finding a tour operator online - that I am happy to help future safari goers!
We went on a 5 day safari, visiting Lake Manyara, Tarangine, Serengeti and Ngoro ngoro. We opted for the private safari.
I would strongly recommend people to book a private safari since you will have the option to choose when to linger and when to go, have lunch and so on.
All was very well organized, we were picked up from the airport and driven around over the next 6 days. Our guide was very friendly and really knowledgeable when it came to the animals and information about them. He explained all the habitat and behavioral things to us.
During the entire trip everything was very well organized, food, drinks and hotels.
We would definitely book a safari through Big Cats again!

Fantastic lemosho route with Great Lake expedition
We are a large group of 10 friends from Paris and United sates who just completed the amazing Mount Kilimanjaro Trek with Great Lake Expedition a really perfect Kilimanjaro Trekking Tour Operator. They were more than quick in answering our countless emails with lot of helpful advice in planning our trip. They advised to take 8 days Lemosho trek because of higher success rate and we were all successful in reaching the summit.
Our guides, cooks and porters were kind, caring and interesting people to do the mountain together with. The climb was challenging but, with the support of expert crew, great equipment (tents, sleeping bags, chemical toilet…), delicious hot meals and constant care and motivation we did it. There were many remarkable individual moments on the climb however nothing beats sunrise at the summit.
Great Lake Expedition is just an absolutely fantastic Kilimanjaro trekking company! If you want to get the full Tanzanian experience and enjoy a remarkable trip, this is the group to go with!

Tour operator was amazing and super knowledgeable
I booked the Tour from Miami. I Received a Quote. I agreed and made payment for down-payment. I had a few inconveniences as my flight was delayed and James was super helpful with accommodating our safari. We arrived in Arusha, and was greeted by the Driver Ruben. Ruben was on time and off we went to the start of our Lake Manyara, Ngorogoro and Serengeti tour. It was an absolutely perfect Experience and definitely would chose Twinkle Stars again. The Driver Ruben was amazing and super accommodating to our schedule and had an unbelievable knowledge of the serengeti.

First class outfit!
We had an incredible experience on our seven days northern Tanzania safari! Our guide, Fredy, was amazing - he had 20 years of experience and made sure we had the best experience possible. We were really lucky on our trip as seeing certain animals is never a guarantee, but we saw all of the Big 5, plus tons of cheetah (15 of them over the course of 2.5 days - that's unusual, according to our guide). Fredy also negotiated with our travel agency to switch up a few days of our itinerary to include Tarangire National Park (which was originally not part of our package), and he was spot on that that was the right decision. I don't know how he managed that, but part of the reason I booked this safari through an agency was so that I didn't have to worry about any of the logistics. In addition to being a top-notch guide with a keen eye for wildlife, Fredy is also always there to help out if other guides or guests get into trouble. He helped pull out a jeep that was stuck in the mud not just once but twice! This is an excellent company to book with; we had a wonderful time.

Treated like friends, to make the safari a great experience
We met the agent in front of Hilton Hotel and followed him to the office. The team there understood directly what and how we want our Safari and made us the best offer, what beat even the offers from the internet.
Our 3 day camping safari was great, we were lucky and the only guest during that time in the camp, so it turned into a 5* camping...with own cook, campfire with the team and a quite environment.
We were also super lucky, to see a lot of animals, specially all big cats - and super close!
I have done some safaries, but this one was the best value for mobey.

I would highly recommend this company
Richard was an incredible guide, and showed us an unbelievable week. My partner and I spent seven days on safari. We went to Masai Mara, Naivashi, Amboselli. Richard really helped us understand the Masai Mara, other places and went out of his way to help us find the Big 5. We saw 5/5 of the big five and so many other animals. The camps were nice and comfortable with the great location. Richard is a better guide. He took care of everything from A to Z. When we return we will definitely choose him as our guide again.

Amazing!
It has been an amazing experience!
The first thing we did was the kilimanjaro, the guides and equipment were very friendly and professional, the food was very good and the accommodation was very pleasant.
Then we did a two-day tour of Arusha in the hands of Seth, by the way, a 100% recommended guide, if you decide to book do not hesitate to ask for him and the Nuru driver, they made a perfect stay in Arusha!
Last 6 days of safari, we have no words to describe it ... Simply awesome !!!
The very comfortable car, the driver Idd Mshana always attentive to show us each animal and explain everything and the chef Andrew delighted us every day with his delicious food.
