Great safari experience
It was our first safari ever and it was a great experience!
Alex was a really nice guide always communicating with other guides about where the animals are and bringing us in the best spots. Also the picked camps and lodges were amazing. Dennis always made sure we are fine and also made some special requests possible for us.

Knowledgeable, Professional, Terrific
Our trip was the trip of a lifetime! Spending two nights in Johannesburg after arrival gave us time to recover from the flight and get ready for our safari. Kapama was terrific! Our guides Jeffrey and Kenneth were knowledgeable, friendly and, truly, the best ever! We were "right there with the animals" as Jeffrey explained the animal's actions and reactions. He took us "off-road" searching for the leopard knowing it was in the vicinity. The staff was superb, the food choices outstanding and our lodging wonderful!
Xakamapa had excellent tent accommodations and was with a resident hippo adding an exotic touch. The food, staff and safari team were great!
Chobe was more of a high end hotel with terrific amenities. Beautiful grounds and settings and creative, delicious buffets. On our safaris we saw herds of elephants swimming and protecting the babies. We saw a pride of lions stalking buffalo and many other animals.
We enjoyed Victoria Falls but were in the area only overnight.
I also visited one of the local villages which was quite an education. These people are poor and work hard. Unemployment is rampant! Most of the workers in these camps work for two months straight and then go "home" for approximately 12 days. The majority of them also have children who are cared for mostly by their grandmothers. These workers (and their families) need these tips from the tourists to survive.
I would like to suggest that more people visiting Africa visit these villages and school for a variety of reasons.
We usually make our own travel plans. This was the first time someone else has guided us. Susan was perfect! Everything was timely, safe and well thought out! She answered multiple questions and was a great support! Thank you, Susan! Well Done!

Best Safari in my life
Big thank you for Jong for organizing our safari! It was supergood and excellent service! We had a memorable safari with our driver Vincent who has been our guide from day 1 to day 8. We saw tonnes of animals including lion families, cheatah, rhinos, elephants and buffalos. We love safari and this will be the best safari in my life! Food is great, we gained weight and we love Tusker which is a local beer! We 200% recommend this reliable company to anyone!

Wonderful & very professional tour
We were in a 4 day's tour with Simon and Arafat.
We went to Bwindi forest, lake Bunoyi and Mburro national park. It was an amazing experience.

Very good!
The trip was wonderful! We had such a nice guide, Khalid. He told us beautiful stories and we saw all the animals we’d hoped to see. The lodges are very clean and the service is perfect.

Excellent
Honestly the best trip of my life! We organized this trip with another couple. We saw so many big cats, wild animals and just stunning sceneries. The whole tour was very smooth and we enjoyed every bit of it. We customized a big portion of our tour and lion king made sure we got what we wanted.
Ozzie was our tour guide, he was very informative and helpful! He made the trip very smooth. He was incredibly knowledgeable and were able to take us to the “good spots” to see some of the harder to find animals. No hassle and no problems with any tweak and requests we asked for. Highly recommend lion king and Ozzie!!!

Wildebeest made our stay in Kenya really wonderful
Our experience in Kenya it was really wonderful, all of the hotels and camps were very very nice. The food was really spectacular, all the hosts very kind and our guide Jeff Savai an excellent person. Very flexible with our plans, very funny and kind, and always worried about our necessities.
The safaris game drive always awesome. An experience you must live at least once in your live.
I really recommend Wildebeest Safaris.

Amazing experience! Trip of a lifetime.
This was without doubt the best trip we have ever had! The process from start to finish was seamless and stress free. The agents at lion king were extremely professional and patient with our personal requests. The tour itself was truly special. Our tour guide Oswald (Ozzie) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and had clearly built great relationships with staff and other gour guides. This helped on the day of the safari with constant communication with fellow guides to locate the harder to find animals. The amount of animals we saw was beyond my expectations with Ozzie seeming to always find the best spots. I would highly recommend lion king and specifically Ozzie if you want a once in a lifetime trip!

An excellent experience overall
Our Tanzania safari was an amazing experience. We saw so much wildlife, it's hard to describe!
Despite all of the wonder of Tarangire, Ngorongoro and the Serengeti, the thing that really made our trip special was our incredible guide Elisha. You spend so much time with your guide - for us up to 10 hours a day for 8-9 days - so if you don't get the right guide it could really impact the whole trip. Elisha was knowledgeable, patient, warm, friendly, and a genuine joy to be with each day. We came away feeling like we'd made a wonderful friend, a somewhat strange feeling after only knowing someone a handful of days and given you likely won't see them again! I hope the management of E-Trip Africa realise how much of an asset he is to their company!
The organisation of the trip itself was very good. We really appreciated Ben's support and patience as we considered all the options available to us. His advice on accommodation was very valuable, including some insider knowledge on the ins-and-outs of each property which really helped influence our trip and ensured we could stay in line with our principles by supporting the best companies and people. We really appreciated his frank and insightful feedback which meant we ended up in 4 properties we were ultimately very happy with!
The only point of feedback we'd have for management was that it felt like once we paid up in full, the level of communication really dropped down. We ended up having to chase them up a week before departure for all the relevant details (with a holiday of this complexity and cost, earlier contact would have been nice). We'd also originally requested a specific safari guide based on a recommendation, and that was changed last minute, but we had to ask why we'd not been given the guide chosen. The change wasn't an issue (and clearly as above very happy with the alternative we were given!) but proactive comms on this would have been appreciated.
Once we were on the trip we heard nothing more from them, and had no follow-up on our return to ask how the trip was. It wasn't a huge issue as we had a great experience, so nothing to really follow up on, but that extra care and service to check in with how our trip was going / went was something I would have expected based on the excellent reviews, and at least for us personally it felt a little lacking.
Overall though, I would definitely recommend E-Trip Africa, especially making sure Elisha is your guide in in Tanzania, you will have a fantastic time! Despite the minor communication shortcomings, I would still give 5* overall! :-)
