Very thoughtful, competent and knowledgeable!
Our safari was in Tsavo East and West with Explorer Kenya. It was truly amazing. Everything was taken care of. Our guide/driver picked us up from a very different location than normal and was even early! We were able to see every animal we wished to see, even the rare black rhino. The places we stayed were great.
A truly memorable experience. Kerry, who helped us book, did a wonderful job communicating.

To choose Bestmemorysafari for our Safari Tour was for sure one of the best decisions ever - it was a once in a lifetime vacation with such great experience & a fantastic adventure ! From second one Issac was in contact with us to arrange the safari. He always responded quickly, was more than polite, friendly, understanding, flexible, open for individual wishes and greeted us personally at Nairobi airport! There we met Timothy - an experienced guide - who we can only recommend as well ! He has a great feeling for the perfect spots & times to see the animals as near as possible (i'm talking about 0.5-2 m far from the car !) Therefore thanks to him we were able to see the BIG5 any many more! He knows everything about them & can answer you any question you have about the animals, landscape, culture and people living in Kenia - its amazing! He was with us the 10 days & was such a great company - we really wanna say thank you at this point! From the first second we sat in the Safari Jeep (we would absoulty recommend to take the Jeep instead of the Van) we felt safe, happy & excited! We lacked nothing- cold water was provided in the Jeep. The lodges & camps we stayed in were amazing !!! Beautiful views & hotelrooms, very nice people, a welcoming feeling, very clean & comfortable - the best ones we would say ! (We googled some hotels near the ones we stayed in and the ones you have with this tour were absoulty the best ones - like a oasis in the middle of nowhere) ! Issac and Timothy were both always in contact with us, in time, reliable and friendly so we never felt alone or lost. To write something about the tour in general is difficult for us, 'cause we're not sure if we will ever find words for all the adventures, beautiful views & emotions we expirienced on the safari ! Those sights & moments might be a indiscirible once in a lifetime thing - we would wish every person possible to have ! Its just stunning!!! This safari tour by bestmemorysafari also had really everything we wished a safari to have - early morning-, afternoon-, fullday- drives, a boatour, the possibilty to do a walking or riding safari (we would really recommend to do!!!), a nightdrive, to visit a massai-village (an experience so great & a meeting of such lovely, friendly, proud people!), a walking safari (we just say: we walked 2m next to a crocodile!) and so much more ! You really get the full Safari experience with this 10-day Kenia tour ! Every day, every hotel & every park has it own flair, animals, landscape, adventures! To sum it up... you see thats not easy & thats not even a little of all the big great impressions you would get on this safari... we can only recommend bestmemorysafari by heart !!! Haron of African sunset safari is a wonderful guy. Starting from my enquiry and till finalizing with him, his response is immediate and to every query he has answered. He has taken all efforts to show the big 5 and all other in Mara park and other places like Lake Nakuru and Amboseli Park. He took good care of us . It was an awesome experience and you can trust him fully. Very composed man and not in a hurry to finish anything half way. Wish him all the best.

Excellent service from start to finish! Would book again with Oscar in a heartbeat.
From the offset Oscar was a fantastic communicator, it was within minutes the first reply and after a very informative phonecall we booked a safari with him to Hwange national park for the next day. The service was seamless and Oscar picked us up personally from the boarder. The tour was amazing and we managed to see so much game, and the highlight was the lion and the cubs! The tour guide told us every bit of information. They went out of their way to accommodate us and the lunch was so tasty and so much of it! In terms of value for money this was excellent and I could not recommend Oscar enough.

Amazing Safari
This 4 day safari is perfectly organized all around. In the short time you have the opportunity to see three very different national parks with different flora and fauna. The accommodations were very clean and spacious, and we especially liked the two nights in the tent, because you sleep right next to the animals (remember warm clothes!). This was an extraordinary experience.
The food was perfect all around, there is always a vegetarian option offered in addition to meat.
The very best thing about the tour was our guide. We can really recommend Simon 100 percent. He is super nice, answers every question and has a huge experience in dealing with the animals. We talked to other people from other safaris and found that Simon was able to show us most of the animals - and that too from a close distance. Thank you very much Simon!
We will definitely come to Tanzania again and book another safari with this provider.

Peter & Justin were the best guides ever, accomodations and programs well organized.
We were on a 4 day Safari trip with Capture Tanzania. Transport, plane tickets and programs were well organized. We got the best guides, Peter and Justin. They knew a lot about the animals and national parks. Peter speaks German very well and last but not least they were a super company. Time well managed, accomodations perfect choosen. Just the perfect value for the price. Plans adapted to our wishes. We became wonderful memories and more thousands of Photos were made:)

Everything is good we saw lots of diferentes kinds of animel. Btw there is a problem of explanation of the fee of restaurant service. It will be better if the restaurant told us what is not included first.

We are a couple of Spanish people that, when planning our trip to Tanzania, we had many doubts about which company to select, as there were hundreds of them. After looking at the reviews in Internet, we finally contacted Suricata, which offered us a very interesting Safari by a very reasonable price. Hilary was always attentive by responding to our questions and organising our Safari, what transmitted a lot of confidence. Then, once in the Safari, we had Florid as guide/driver and Ben as chef. Their job was amazing, we really enjoyed it thanks to Florid's explanations and Ben's food was always incredible. Thanks again for this great experience.
