From vast mountains to dry savannahs
A natural beauty that I have visited numerous time, though remote it is extremely rewarding wildlife is excellent large buffaloes herds roam the savannah in the thousands and lions sit on rocks for an advantage over prey. my favorite African park.

Africa Zim Travel was one of the most attentive travel operators I have ever booked for my travel.
I worked with Blessing at Africa Zim Travel to put together a short three day, two night package in Victoria Falls. Blessing was excellent in providing me updated information and understanding what I wanted to do during my short time in Zimbabwe. We arrived in Livingstone, Zambia because air service there was better than flying into Victoria Falls itself from Kenya. The border crossing into Zimbabwe was a bit tricky but Africa Zim guided us expertly through the border crossings with minimal disruption, even with COVID tests required and scrutinized. Once in Victoria Falls all was pleasant and enjoyable. The Hotel Ilala was impressive with a view of the spray from the Falls from our room and the lovely grounds. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Our evening boat cruise on the Zambezi River was incredible with sightings of hippo, elephant, and crocodiles. We had booked a day trip to Botswana's Chobe River. That was an absolutely amazing day with more elephants than I could ever count. Excellent guide met us at the border of Zimbabwe and Botswana named Lance. He switched our boat time on the river to afternoon instead of in the morning because he knew it was a better time to be on the river for elephant viewing. Blessing drove us to and from the border and waited all day at the border for us. That was above and beyond the call of duty. The evening was passed at a Boma Dinner. It was definitely touristy but still lots of fun. Trying various types of African foods was the best part of the evening. All in all Africa Zim did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic travel company
Sun Safaris is an excellent travel company to work with. My wife and I did a self-guided trip without the large crowds and expense associated with large group travel operations. Sun Safaris did a fantastic job coordinating our complicated month long itinerary with many lodges, in-country air flights, ground transportation, tour guides, covid testing, day sight seeing trips and more. Our trip itinerary was executed flawlessly due to the time and effort Brett and Natasha devoted to working with us. Highly recommend Sun Safaris for your trip to Africa. Will work with them again on our next trip

As a well-traveled person I was skeptical, but Shikwaru Adventures was exactly what we needed.
I've been to 60+ countries over the years, lived in Africa for 2 of those years, and in general, despise tours. I like freedom, flexibility, and control over my itinerary. That said, for my honeymoon, I knew my wife would be much more comfortable having someone else control the itinerary and with covid complicating things I didn't fight her much on it.
Knowing my situation/background should then make you understand the significance when I say that I will do any tour I can with Shikwaru Adventures. Federica and Ruuan (sp?) are normal, fun people, who just happen to be knowledgeable and experienced. My wife felt safe, I felt relaxed, and we both had so much fun with them.
Also, I am always worried with tours what am I paying for convenience. It honestly isn't much. You really do get what you pay for. So, be honest with your budget, and don't be afraid to say you can spend a bit more. Our itinerary changed unexpectedly and because their costs went down, they gave me money back. THIS NEVER HAPPENS ANYWHERE ELSE. They are good, honest, and fun people, and in tourism that can be rare.
The only downside is that I know that in the future they will have so many bookings, it will be hard for us to book with them again because eventually the rest of you will catch wind of how great they are. It is worth it though, because I hope they make many trips as good as ours.

A once in a lifetime experience at an competitive price point!!
With African Polecat Safaris we had a once in a lifetime experience, at an affordable price.
We started by check-in at the Arusha lodge, when we met our super friendly guide.
The day after we departed to Tarangire National Park where we saw elephants, lions, zebras, among many other animals. They were all so close to our car!! We then had lunch at an amazing viewpoint.
The food was great through out the safari thanks to a dedicated chef that prepared and explained all our meals.
By nightfall we set up camp on a secure location (with wifi!!) and rested after a few drinks with other group members.
In the second day we headed out to Serengeti, on a wonderful car trip where we saw plenty of animals, different climates and got to know different tribes, including the renowned Maasai.
The Serengeti National Park was incredible! Its truly a world natural treasure! With its almost infinite plains and vast biodiversity. We saw hundreds of thousands of gazelles (not exaggerating), lions, giraffes, elephants, monkeys, zebras, cheetahs, antelopes, among so much more… It was truly unforgettable.
A word of appreciation to our driver and guide, Chedi, that led us to the best spots to appreciate the wildlife and capture some of the most amazing photos that I ever taken!
In the third and final day, we went to Ngorongoro Carter. Another amazing experience on this massive volcanic crater, rich with wildlife and breath-taking landscape. We could see the final animal of the “big five”, the rhinoceros!!
Overall, I highly recommend experiencing a safari with African Polecat Safaris! It was an amazing voyage, with friendly and helpful guides, and at a very competitive price point!

Unbelievable service and amazing hospitality
In short, if you are looking for safari planning, look no further! Ker and Downy will not only deliver, they will exceed your expectations and take care of every single detail. We have just returned from a 14 day trip to South Africa which included Cape town as well as 6 day safari in the Greater Kruger area. Our travel agent Emma Perrin who planned our very first safari to Tanzania planned this trip for my 50th birthday with my husband almost 3 years ago, but due to Covid we had to push our trip to now. Her attention to detail and understanding of what we need is like no other. She knew exactly what we were looking for. In every single location, she got us the best deals she could find and our accommodations as well as safari trips were beyond our expectations. We stayed in multiple locations, and throughout the trip, Emma, Sarah and Peter stayed in touch wih us via whatsapp. Our son lost his passport 6 days in to the trip, and Emma also helped us get him a new passport without really changing any of our plans, which was truly a miracle. Every single person we met on the trip left an impression on us and we know that we are now completely hooked on to traveling with Ker and Downy. It is just going to be a matter of time before we start planning our next trip with them :)

Highly recommended!
We are a young couple from Germany in their 30s. We just came back from a 16 days safari in Kenya with unforgettable memories. We saw more than 30 lions - saw them mating and eating, saw lion cubs playing. We also saw several leopards and cheetahs, hundreds of elephants, giraffes, rhinos, zebras, hyenas, birds etc. We also saw thousands of wildebeasts in the Masai Mara, we also saw them crossing the mara river as part of the great migration – what an unforgettable experience! Kenya is really great for seeing wildlife, especially Masai Mara is a must do.
Our guide and driver Daniel, owner of Meektrails Safaris, showed us his home county. From planning to conducting, all was excellent. Communication with Daniel in advance was good and easy. He always replied prompt to all our questions and realized all our suggestions. All choosen accommodations were good, some were pretty incredible – imagine swimming in a pool while watching elephants drinking an bathing in a waterhole or watching leopards while having dinner.
Daniel has many years of experience as a tourist guide. Daniel is a friendly guy, who really loves his job.He is also a passionate photographer and while on safari he always positions the car in a way that great shots are possible. While travelling through Kenya Daniel drove us safe through the changing countryside.
For more information you can visit the Meektrails Safaris homepage, Instagram and Facebook Page. The best way to get in touch is to write Daniel a message on Whatsapp or an email.
Meektrails Safaris has a good price-performance ratio. We paid for the entire tour in advance by bank transfer. That worked without any problems. Meektrails Safaris is reliable and trustworthy.
Due to the ongoing corona pandemic, the hotels and national parks are less crowded. We had a great time in Kenya despite the pandemic. We always felt safe.
