Amazing, Must do!!!
The whole day started with a car at the hotel in Dar Es Salaam. Which was perfect on time and provided a very comfortable ride! The driver was a really nice guy and explained allot of things during the trip. Arriving at Mikumi the safari guide was already waiting, and after couple of minutes of paperwork (which was all done by the guide) we were ready to go after a coffee. The park was amazing and we saw almost every animal, except the leopard. The lions were an arm length away as were the elephants! The park is huge and so it does not feel crowded at all! Lunch was provided in the park and was very nice! Around 3:30pm we went back to the exit and there was the driver waiting to take me back to Dar Es Salaam. Everything was well organized! Incredible Experience
We had an absolutely incredible time on this Safari trip planned by David at Native Afrika Voyages. From the very beginning David was brilliant with taking our ideas of what we wanted for the trip and pulled together the perfect itinerary. From the second we landed in Nairobi, everything ran very smoothly.
The trip itself was truly magical. Our guide Cyrus was absolutely brilliant - so knowledgeable about Maasai Mara Park and all the wildlife. He made it his mission for us to get to see all of the big 5, and we did ! which was spectacular. He’s a true gem!
The camps we stayed at were just lovely. At Maasai Mara, we stayed at Zebra Plains which had a chilled atmosphere and you could spot giraffes and zebras walking by while on your deck. Such a cool experience.
They also organized a sunrise Hot Air balloon ride one of the days, which went over the park and you could spot the animals from the ballon. Would highly recommend this.
Overall it was a really incredible experience. Huge thank you to the team for organizing a trip of a lifetime!

The most amazing experience
We completed this safari tour with axis safaris at the start of our stay in Nairobi so didn’t really know what to expect. It completely exceeded our expectations and I couldn’t recommend the experience more! To start, the campsite we stayed at, even though we chose the budget option, provided us with all our food, we got our own bathroom with toilet and shower and everyone was so friendly and attentive. The tour itself was incredible. As we went on the 3 day Safari we got a sunset Safari, then a full day Safari going up to the border of Serengeti, then a sunrise safari. We were lucky enough to see pretty much every single animal across the 3 days, as well as a lion hunt! Our guide Richard was amazing - he made sure that we seeked out as many animal opportunities as possible and really prioritised us getting to see insane split second moments other tours maybe didn’t get to see. We saw 4/5 of the big 5 and literally every other animal you could think of! I couldn’t recommend Axis Safaris and the safari experience enough it really has made my holiday and I have already recommended it to all my friends and family!

The booking process for going on the 'Imagine Africa Luxury Tented Camp' Safari ' was very easy. Lavender was very helpful when booking. The staff at Imagine Africa camp were 5* and the camp was very luxurious and clean. Blessing our mini-bus driver from Johannesburg to Kruger and back was very good,helpful and on time.

Excellent experience
It was my first time visiting Johanesburg and the safari to Pilanesberg was the best that I did!!!…it was exceed my expectations and I had a very good time within the nature and the animals. I could see all the wildlife and it was absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend the tour
