BEST EXPERIENCE
We spent seven days on our safari across Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro and we had the best experience with Brilliant Adventures and Safaris. We had heard a lot of horror stories about safari companies swindling foreigners in Tanzania so honestly, we were quite unsure of how our experience would be, but Brilliant Adventures just made it brilliant. We were picked up from our Arusha Airbnb by the ever-smiling Max, our tour guide, with a large bouquet of roses since we were on our honeymoon and we were even given nice hats for the safari. These thoughtful things really made us feel special. The car was clean and comfortable and lined with bottles of mineral water, snacks and soda for our convenience. Each day we had picnic lunch in the national parks where Maximillian would set up the table impeccably with a tablecloth, plates, cutlery and absolutely yummy food that he had thoughtfully got cooked for us. He kept in mind our food preferences and made sure the lunch each day was a complete treat.
Max turned out to be great company for us too and made sure we got to see everything possible in the national park. He would quickly rush us to the spot where one could see wildlife and patiently wait till, we wanted to be around. His knowledge and driving to as per our needs, to ensuring that even during the trip our needs were met.
In fact we had contacted about 10-12 tour operators before finalizing on Brilliant Adventures as they offered the best prices for the lodges we had selected. And we were so happy we decided to go with Brilliant Adventures We cannot recommend Brilliant Adventures and Safaris enough.

Wonderfull safari experience, exceptionally good tour and organization
5/5

We had a 9 day tour during which we have visited Victoria falls and four different locations in Bostwana - Chobe National Park, Camp Okavango, Moremi and Savuti. The change of the locations was very smooth, we have used cars as well as small planes. We were always picked up from the hotels/lodges on time and very warmly welcomed in the new locations. In general, the trip was organised perfecty - great lodges in all of the locations, delicious food, friendly staff, wonderful game rides and boat trips, smooth travelling. I would rate Safari Online 10/10 and would definately recommend it for others.

Excellent safari with Arooni, our guide.
5/5

The safari got a whole lot better, with the exceptional and insightful guide that Arooni is. We bought a mid range group safari, and experienced the best of the game drives. All the accommodations were amazing, Enchoro, Aa, lanet matfarm.
The food was basic, especially lunches and for the vegetarians there aren't many options so come prepared. People are very friendly, additionally, you might want to be generous with tips. WHEN YOU ARE DOING THE SAFARI, NOTHING MATTERS MORE THAN AN AMAZING GUIDE, FOR US HE WAS AROONI WHO MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE AND WE HAD A TOP-NOTCH EXPERIENCE. Do not miss out on experiencing the authentic Masai village, which is right in front of Enchoro.

Beautifully executed 4 days tour for me and my 3 friends, we were referred to Nsavi Safaris by a friend who knows Victoria personally and we were not disappointed, she was very pleasant and quickily responded to our request even though this was a last minute booking. Murchison Falls was amazing, great game drives, we saw animals that exceeded our expectations. , beautiful stay at Murchison River Lodge, excellent staff, Aggrey our driver and guide was amazing. Will definitely love to do this again with my bigger circle of friends!

Efficient and nice service
5/5

We had a great adventure with Serengeti Wakanda. Our guides were kind and knowledgeable, and organization went according to plan. Plenty of time to see animals in nature, and guides did their best to get us the best possible views. Food was very good and camping gear was quite new.

It was a great experience
5/5

We went on 6 days safari: Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli Park. The whole trip went smooth and according to the plan. Our guide Jeff was really good. He spotted a lot of animals for us. He was very helpful and professional. Masai Mara was the best. We saw lots of animals there. We even managed to see a lion and a young leopard from very close. In Lake Nakuru we saw white and black rhinos from far and lots of flamingos. There are many elephants in Amboseli Park. We were not able to see Kilimanjaro, because it was very cloudy, but we took many photos of the animals. We enjoyed our safari and we're very satisfied with our guide Jeff. We will never forget this trip. Thank you Jocky Tours!

Amazing coordination start to finish!
5/5

My husband and I started planning our honeymoon and didn't even have a settled location. Wayfairer helped us compare different experiences from across the world for best times, costs, different activities etc. We were thrilled when we settled on Kenya for May 2020. As everything began to shift and change in spring 2020 Wayfairer was clear and communicative throughout. We decided on new times and they rebooked and reconfirmed everything. Two years later the trip was incredible! We knew exactly what we needed for logistics and were able to disconnect and enjoy start to finish. Recommended highly!

The Best!
5/5

The GoTouchdown tour was fabulous! The tour guides were always on time and full of information about everything from the animals to the terrain to the history and people of the region and culture of the area. And they were incredibly friendly, nice and unbelievably helpful getting you whatever you needed.

The Seasons hotel was ok but the Hamala and Dunkeld accommodations were fabulous! Dunkeld Estates was a total surprise - it was like Scotland in the middle of Africa with stone buildings and beautiful horses and trees - and with incredible accommodations, definitely 5-star.

The Safari guides were so knowledgeable both at Hamala and Pilanesburg that they made the experience even better. I had tears of joy seeing the giraffes, zebras, hippos, and elephants so close. The park were the lions, cheetahs, etc were was just ok but I was happy to see the big cats, and they had fabulous gift stores. I must say the Hamala Safari ride is not for people with back or neck problems but I thoroughly enjoyed the bumpy ride. Visiting the local terrain and parks showed me how vast and mountainous and diverse South Africa was.

I loved the Safari week so much that I thought the 2nd week which was in Cape Town would be a letdown but I could not have been more wrong! Our fantastic guide, JP, picked us up every morning at 7:30 or 8:00 from the Stillness Manor and we were on the go all day long seeing everything from the Most Southern tip of Africa, botanical gardens, penguins, beautiful villages like Hermanes, a cable car ride with incredible views, a bird zoo where squirrel monkeys crawled all over you ( I could have stayed there for hours), various shopping venues that had primitive local art to others with upscale African designers, and a tour of the history of diamond mining ending with an opportunity to purchase some beautiful gems.

And the restaurants! Lots of incredible food and beautiful places. My favorite was Gold where everyone got their face painted, played native drums, was entertained with various vignettes of native singing and dancing, all while dining on 14 courses (tapas size) of native foods! This place is not to be missed! There was also the restaurant at the edge of the rocky shore in Hermanes which was gorgeous. And there were lots more all included in the tour price.

The Township Tour explained how apartheid affected the people, showed how some of the poorest people still live, and showed the continuing struggle in neighborhoods today. It ended with lunch in a lovely lady’s home. It was truly an education that enhanced my understanding of South Africa and should not be missed.

I honestly didn’t want to leave. By the way, I was traveling alone and had a wonderful time meeting new people and felt safe and secure the whole trip.
