Incredible Safari tour, surpassed expectations- GREAT Staff
Booking a Safari can be overwhelming because of all the options and lack of information on the country. We got many different quotes and Spirit of Kenya answered quickly and in a very polite and organized manner. They helped us arrange the tour to our liking (we ended up adding Hell's Gate) and had a very decent price compared to other agencies.
The staff was wonderfully kind and informative all throughout the tour and even at the end when we wanted to add a trip to the Masai Village they were more than happy to make it happen.
The lodging choices were great- clean, beautiful, with good food and also great staff.
While on the road the choice of restaurants was also very nice with good ambiance and tasty food.
Overall, the whole trip surpassed my expectations.

Awesome and safe experience with a friendly and punctual staff
My tour began with Thabo (the amazing and patient driver) picking me up on my hostel in Joburg.
Thabo is really a good guy, he helped me with another stuffs like buy african's plug in and exchange money beyond get nice driving.
Overall the Safari was unforgettable because the lodge facilities and the wild experience of seeing animals on the Kruger Park was perfect.

Easy to work with
We had a great time! Henry was very quick to respond to all our questions for the very beginning, and accommodated all our requests. Communication was easy and this was the main reason we went with FLASH anand they didn't disappoint.
We had no idea what to expect, but certainly the safari itself was amazing.
The tented camps we stayed in were better than expected in the Serengeti.
The safari itself, i think is highly dependent on the guide, their skill and experiencem We had an amazing guide, Kennedy, and that really made the whole safari for us.
We'd definitely recommend FLASH to our friends and family.

5 Night 6 Day Uganda Tour with 2 days Bwindi Mountain Gorilla Tracking

With as little as 1 week notification, Mr. Meddy (Kawesa Ahamed) arranged our trip/tour of Uganda showcasing amazing places in this beautiful, safe and peaceful country. We did a 6 day trip which included 2 days tracking mountain gorilla families, and absolutely loved it!
We stayed in the Buffalo Lodge for 2 nights while in the Queen Elizabeth National Park, and then in the Silverback Lodge for the 3 nights in Bwindi. Both was fantastic - Mr. Meddy catered for our every need and ensured we have anything and everything we requested (even a change in accommodation type, from budget lodging to mid range when arriving in Bwindi was no hassle for him to arrange).

I´ve been going on safari plenty of times, and this company has been the best to travel with. Free Africa Tours are professional from the beginning with making a traveling plan, to the booking of all lodges, driving between parks and also to spot the animals and get close for the perfect sight and photo. Such an amazing experience in a week
I knew this is a safari company I needed to travel with after a very good and efficient email exchangesand my expectations were fulfilled with how me and my two friends were treated.
The guide, clearly seemed to know what he was talking about, apart from that he was very charming and let us be part of the tour.

Absolutely amazing Namibia/ Botswana safari adventure.
We’ve just finished a 15 day Namibia / Botswana Safari, ending with a visit to Victoria Falls and it was amazing! Our guide Marc Cronje, with his vast knowledge and experience, made every sighting exciting, no matter what we were looking at, and got us some exceptional (and sometimes unexpected) spectacles, including Honey Badgers digging for food whilst a number of Pale Chanting Goshawks stood by waiting to steal their prey and a family of Bat-eared foxes roaming around under the early evening sun. Marc worked tirelessly throughout the trip, his enthusiasm never waning, nothing was too much trouble, a thoughtful and caring guide. NTN organised beautiful lodges and accommodation, a surprise highlight being 2 days camping which we would definitely do again. To say we had a great time was an understatement, we are already thinking about saving for our next trip with them!

Five day safari experience
Travelling to Africa for the first time from Australia - this 5 day safari was definitely a highlight. We were met at the airport upon our arrival in Arusha and transferred to our hotel where we were met by Godson who provided us with a clear outline of the plans for the next few days.
Our safari began early the next day as we travelled to Lake Manyara for our first National Park which introduced to us to some of the wildlife in the area. The next day we spent many hours travelling towards the northern Serengeti with the hope of seeing the migration of the Wilderbeast. Wow!!! what an amazing experience when we got there quite late in the day and were able to witness thousands of these animals running towards the river. The following day we had a full day out in the Serengeti sighting lions, cheetahs, a leopard, as well as many more wilderbeast, elephants, zebras, giraffes and more. After 2 nights in the north, we made our way back down through central Serengeti and then visited Ngorongoro Park on our last day before our return to Arusha.
There are many things that made this experience so wonderful, apart from the amazing wildlife. To start with our dealings with Noel in planning this safari - who was very accommodating and flexible in terms of helping us achieve our goal of making it to the very northern part of the Serengeti. Godson was so lovely and very keen to ensure that this experience would meet our expectations. Our guide Faragi was very knowledgeable and made sure that everything went to plan which meant some very long days of driving for him. Faragi looked after us beautifully and was very thoughtful and caring - particularly towards my elderly mother who was travelling with us.

Amazing experience in Africa
From August 1st to August 10th this year, with the help of amazing memories safaris, our family of three completed the first African trip in an unforgettable life. Going to Amboseli, Masai Mara, Navasha, Nakuru and other attractions, despite the tourist season, the hotel room is extremely tight, Anne still gave us a better hotel, the whole communication process is patient, meticulous, very professional . Mr. Musa, the tour guide and driver who accompanied us on the 9-day journey, was enthusiastic, humorous and professional.He also taught us a local song. In just a few days, we had a profound friendship. I highly recommend this agent, and you can find them when you come to Kenya.
