African hospitality is the best!
I'd like to add one more review for Morningstar. They gave us a T-shirt and some African tea and coffee as gifts. On our way to the airport at the end of our trip, the Director Robert and the consultant Dennis came to meet us in person and took us to a local restaurant for a complimentary lunch. What a surprise! How sweet they are! People, just book with Morningstar. We are very glad with our choice!

They were fantastic! Everyone was very knowledgable and accommodating to our group.
SO AMAZING! We had just done a week-long safari in Kenya, so weren't sure whether we would want another one in Botswana. We were so glad we did! In particular, the water safari was unreal. We were able to get very close to swimming elephants. Absolutely unforgettable experience

Aman will personalize your tour requests to fulfill your bucket list !
I did 2 very different tours with Aman 1) 5 days of Northern Ethiopia and Simean Mountains National Park, and 2) 4 days of the Southern Omo Valley Tribes and Mago National Park.
Both tours included day tours in Addis Ababa so I really got to see a LOT of the vastly different cultural, historical, geographical, political and rich religious history of Ethiopia.
All I can say is WOW!
Ethiopia is beautiful in nature and rich with culture and Aman did an amazing job of squeezing in as many experiences as possible in the time I had.
I had learned very little about Ethiopia growing up - only the famine of the 1980's and a vague realization of Haille Selassie 's role in world politics. Aman's guides are amazing and have bachelor's degrees in tourism and Ethiopian history. I learned SO much and they were engaging, caring,
answered our every whim and were flexible with our interests and daily desires.
I would describe Ethiopia as "the most amazing country you never knew was on your bucket list!"
I highly recommend Aman Ethiopia tours for the most comprehensive, caring and flexible experience possible.
Acting as your host, Aman will have you feeling like family and well-cared for! I would give him 10 stars

Incredible trip, over all expectations
We were on a 7-days trip with wakanda tour, and it started with an amazing trip to Materuni, were we saw a beautifull waterfall, got to meet some local guys who showed us how they made coffee, and ended the day in a beautifull hot spring were we could swim.
The next day we were picked up and started the safari! From the very beginning we got great service, and an incredible Guide named Felix. He took us to all the best places, were we saw all type of animals very close by the car. He knows the places, and animals so well, that he is allways at the right place, at the right time. He is also a great company, and it was so great to have him with us, with all his experiense.
We also got the best food you can imagine on a safari. All of the dishes was soo good, and he really makes the best food, and puts inn all of his efford to do it. You can really see that he loves to make good food. We even got dessert every day.
So a big thankyou to Felix and Machete for the best week. We will be back!!

Trip of a Lifetime
Johan was incredibly helpful in helping me plan my first safari excursion. With all of the safari options available in Africa it became very overwhelming. I reviewed a number of pre-planned itineraries and decided that building a custom tour was the best option for my party and Johan was very receptive. He provided a number of lodge options at different price points so I could look at everything and make the best decisions for our budget. We stayed at two different lodges and had different experiences at both which we really enjoyed. Umkumbe River Lodge - was quaint and we had the best safari guide who was very invested in making sure we could get as close to all the animals as possible. Kapama Southern Camp was out-of-this world with their level of service. They met all of our dietary needs and the food was incredible. We loved the boma experience in the evenings and the entertainment provided.
Overall our experience with Wild Kruger was top tier - payments were easy, transportation to airports and other lodges were seamless and all of our questions were answered so we felt well prepared. I have already forwarded on Wild Kruger's information to friends to help them plan future trips. I would absolutely recommend Johan and Wild Kruger and would use them again.

Excellent budget safari with all big 5 spotted
My wife and I are pleased with the budget 7-day safari of Masai Mara, lake Nakuru, lake Naivasha, Hell's Gate and Amboseli.
Clinton our guide & driver in the safari served us professionally and always drive safely throughout. We didn't even get carsick despite the long drives on sometime bumpy road. He also always give clear instruction (when & where to gather, what is upcoming etc) and organised manner to make our safari trip smooth.
With his guidance, we were very happy to see all the big 5, even the leopard which is rather elusive, for which he made sure that we reach it quickly (but safely) upon hearing the radio chatter.
All the extra costs (for boat trip & walking in Crescent Island / L. Naivasha) and cycling Safari are clarified in advance.
We had plenty of food through the trip (drink is extra). When departing Nairobi, do stock up on some snacks and a bit of extra water if you'd like as it will be more expensive in the transit stops / camps.
If there are points to improve it would be:
- during Masai Mara part, there were 8 pax vs 7 seats (1 pax need to sit beside the driver for the journey, but understandably in the park everyone would like the 'open roof' access so we kind of juggle / take turns for the 7 seats at the back). Naturally, it would be more comfortable if the back part of the van does have 8 seats (which another van does in a 3-2-3 config instead of our 2-2-3), or stick to the original 7 pax.

A nice and beautifull trip with a really good guide
Firstly, the entire travel planning phase allowed us to see the seriousness of our contact who was able to adapt to our timing needs during our stay. They also helped us plan our journey from Zanzibar to Dar es Salaam. However, upon our arrival on the mainland, we were unpleasantly surprised to discover that we needed to pay in Shillings instead of dollars. It is important for the tour operator to clearly inform future clients about this, as the information, if present, is not prominent enough. Consequently, we had to spend some time upon arrival exchanging our dollars into local currency. Despite this, everything went smoothly, both in terms of transportation and accommodation. We would like to highlight several positive aspects about our guide, Paul, whom we highly recommend to potential travelers! He is always there when you need him, yet he also allows you to fully enjoy your moments. He is an excellent driver and has extensive knowledge about the area. During the safari, his perseverance and desire to satisfy us led him to spend extra time in the late afternoon, ultimately allowing us to see lions and elephants! It was a magnificent moment. We would like to thank Paul once again. In summary, while there were some pieces of information we would have liked to know beforehand (such as the payment method), overall, it was a highly successful experience!

Excellent service
I worked with Nelia, she quickly responded to my request and provided an itinerary that worked perfectly for us. I had requested some changes from the advertised itinerary on Safari Bookings and she seamlessly put it all together. The payment process was easy and I appreciated the option of paying by credit card instead of having to wire funds.
I waited to write my review until after we completed our safari and the execution was flawless; Safari.com booked our domestic flights, arranged ground transportation and booked us at the lodges of our choice in Balule and Timbavati. Loved both lodges and the reserves; they were different than, but compared favorably, to our previous experiences at Sabi Sands.
This was my fifth safari where I started the booking process on Safari Bookings and all have been outstanding experiences (all with different local operators). I highly recommend both Safari.com and Safari Bookings.

Our favourite tour operator in all of Africa!
We did the 4 day adventure camping safari to Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro and had an absolutely amazing time. We saw all of the big five! The camping experience and equipment was great. We especially enjoyed sleeping in the Serengeti national park and listening to the elephants, lions, and hyenas at night! The food was delicious and we were served massive portions. Even the vegetarians were well catered for. The safari car was top notch, and our guides/cook, Bacari and John, were incredible! Andrew was a pleasure from beginning to end and helped us organise the rest of our onward travel as well. We highly recommend Jackpot Safaris, you won’t be disappointed! The whole team does whatever it takes to make your trip a huge success!

Tanzania’s Best Safari Company
Jackpot Safaris is an incredible and reliable company who I would recommend to anyone looking to explore the wonders of Tanzania. On our four day safari we were able to see all five of the big five all thanks to our amazing guide/driver Bacari. Bacari was a very fun and intelligent guide and was always keen for a good laugh. Our chef John was also incredible, cooking us some of the best camping food I have had in my time.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this company.
