Perfect service from beginning to end
5/5

The itinerary Sino Africa put together for us met our expectations perfectly. Arrangement all went so well, we travelled to many places in Kenya, and we really appreciate their effort for making my dream trip happen. We stayed in best accommodation, with best safari driver. Really recommend Sino Africa come for their knowledge and service.

Best Ever! Family of 5! Safe! Affordable!
5/5

company! This was our family’s third Safari (first was in 2013, where we took our 2 teen daughters and 3 younger children) with these HONEST, SAFE, SAFE, SAFE, SAFE, KNOWLEDGEABLE folks! ROMEO the owner gives us great deals and handles/coordinates EVERYTHING for us! HE IS AN EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR! Prompt, clear, and helpful!our driver for the last two times OMARI is now not only our close rafiki, he is OHANA(we live in Pahoa, Hawaii...yes, half way around the world from Tanzania.)
You really should ask for Omari...he has a great family, is so amazingly patient and friendly and easy going, but he works SO HARD TO GIVE US ANYTHING WE DESIRE ON SAFARI!!! He speaks EXCELLENT ENGLISH, IS A SUPER SAFE DRIVER, IS RESPONSIBLE (never was late or not where he said he’d be), IS RESPECTABLE AND RESPECTFUL, and has so MANY SAFARI DRIVER FRIENDS(who radio each other)we got to see tons of lions, rhinos, elephants, and cape buffalo! THANKS TO OMARI, WE EVEN GOT TO SEE A WILDABEAST TAKE ITS FIRST STEPS IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT WAS BORN AND A JACKAL COME AND EAT THE AFTERBIRTH!
Omari is Humble and NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT A TIP! (though we did read before we left that it’s like going on a cruise ship and should be budgeted for! We read ALL companies hope for 10-15$ Per person per day for their driver. With the good deal that Multiways gave us, that wasn’t a problem)
We visited Ngorogoro Crater and Tarangire National Park (we took a Shabibby bus from Dodoma and Omari met us at the Maku Yuni junction/gas station(the bus conductor was calling him throughout the entire trip keeping him posted on our progress)so we didn’t have to go all the way into Arusha and then turn around and waste 4 hours! We made it to Rhino Lodge (Fabulous people and food and beds!)that first day...after going to safe and wonderful and “good deal” souvenir shops and lunch per our request( our 13 year old said they were the best hamburgers he ever ate!) Tarangire the next day, and then to Arusha to spend the night before flying out of JRO the next day.
GET THIS...DONT MISS THIS...OMARI FOUND US OUR SAFE, PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, 30$ per night JEVAS HOTEL FOR US WHEN OUR EXPEDIA RESERVATION DIDN’T WORK OUT!(Expedias was originally 50$ US per night, but when we arrived ...NO ONE ELSE WAS STAYING THERE AND THE ELECTRICITY WAS TURNED OFF) We asked Omari if he would feel comfortable having his family stay there and he was so sweet and said it would all be on him if anything happened to us, shook his head no, and found us Jevas Hotel (which included breakfast and had a fabulous restaurant attached!!)
We actually miss Omari and Romeo and LOOK FORWARD TO OUR 2022 Safari to the Serengeti with Multiways!

Yet another wonderful trip to Kenya
5/5

By way of background, the Kenya leg of this trip to Africa, was something of an add-on. The main purpose of the trip was a week in the Central African Republic; but, on discovering that the best way to get to CAR from Italy was via Nairobi, we decided to have a week in Kenya en-route, mainly for vacation but also because we both had some non-vacation interests to pursue there which we could usefully incorporate.
So at, pretty short notice, we put ourselves in Sino Africa hands again (for the third time since 2013). Guided by Specialist Mr. Le and Kenya expert Fredrick Kihara - aided by Vincent Sakari who has arranged trips for us in the past - we went through a number of options before settling on Mara Fairmount as both convenient for our non-vacation elements and consistent with our vacation priorities and preferences. As our separate measures make clear, it was an excellent choice, not only in its own right but also as our introduction to safari in Kenya, a country which we are sure we will be exploring further in the not too distant future.
We continue to have no hesitation recommending Sino Africa Safari to others.

Wonderful Experience .... so many animals!
5/5

The communication with Sedrick was fantastic. He was very responsive to my messages right from the initial contact and throughout safari. Besides the many incredible animals I saw the safari was even more positive by the tour guide, Joel, and driver Lubega. I learned so much about Ugandan culture and way of life from them along with all the information they were telling me about the animals. They always made sure I was well looked after and if I needed anything.
What an experience it was to see so many beautiful creatures!
Thank you Ngoni Safari!

It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.

Me & my wife went on our annual vacations. We booked 3 nights stay with safaribookings.com. It was extremely well planned & managed by Mr.Andre. He took care of each and every minor detail and made sure that we did not face any issue during our stay. From airport pick up to arranging halal food to taking us to Pilanesberg & then bringing us back, everything was perfectly executed. We stayed at Manyane resort to enjoy our safari. Our guide Thabbo also proved to be quite nice & friendly. Transportation, accommodations both at Jo'berg & Pilanesberg were quite amazing. Halal food was arranged easily everywhere. In short, if we have ten options to go book our safari expedition, every time i will book with Mr.Andre:extremely thankful to him.

One big adventure
Overall rating
4/5

The main attraction is the game life, hands down! Second price goes to the scenery and only third to food and beverages.
But above all are the warmth and friendliness of the locals.
However beware of sudden changes to your itinerary due to abrupt heavy rain (during rain season that is).
This might not really affect you inside Kruger but can hit you even harder in a private resort.
Apart from that, always wear sun protection and a mosquito repellent.

An Unforgettable Custom Trip to a Wonderful Country
5/5

My review begins approximately 3 months prior to our trip. I began my communication with Cathy at TripCare Adventures to receive a quote for a trip to Uganda. Cathy proceeded to have a dialogue with me to find out what our main areas of interest were, our travel style, and what physical activity level we prefer. She really took the time to get to know me so that she could come up with the best plan possible for my husband and mine's trip, rather than just giving me a generic trip like most other tour operators that I reached out to had done. I knew based off our early conversations that I was in the right hands. She was always readily available to discuss any concerns that I had. Most importantly, because she is based in Uganda, she was actually able to address my questions with first-hand knowledge and experiences with various lodges and activities.

Fast forward, and we land in Kampala. Cathy and our driver, Horace, picked us up! We immediately felt so welcomed and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable during our two weeks together touring Uganda. Cathy always made sure to assist with check-in/check-out at the various hotels/lodges and would also message me some nights to make sure that we were okay. The night before we were to go gorilla trekking, I became ill with a stomach issue. In the morning, I decided it would be best to sadly miss out on the trek and sent my husband to go alone. The moment Cathy found out, she came running down to my room and really pushed me to go as she knew how important it had been to me during the planning process. She told me that in the worst case scenario someone would carry me (thank goodness, this was not necessary) and that I must not miss it. With her encouragement, I decided to give it a go. She arranged for us to be put in the "easier" trek group and made sure the guide was aware of my health issues. Before departing, she even ran some medicine to me. If it had not been for her, I would have missed out on this bucket list activity which I had traveled very far to do.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They truely went above and beyond for us to make sure that we had a trip of a lifetime. The pricing for our trip was much lower than other quotes that I had received. At first this was a concern for me, as I thought it might be too good to be true. By booking with a local company, we were able to save so much money and most likely received far better service than foreign tour operators are able to give. Amon (the company owner) took time to meet us prior to us taking off from Kampala at the beginning of our trip, as well as having dinner with us on our last night to make sure that we had been happy with everything.

I am so grateful for this company and the memories and friendships created that will last a lifetime! We hope to return again someday and will be booking with TripCare Adventures!

Exceeded all expectations
5/5

Good communications. All mails were replied to promptly and clearly.
Our two groups arrived at two airports. There was someone to meet us at both, which had been a slight concern. So well organised.
We stayed in a variety of lodges and hotels and camps . We have our favourites but they were all friendly, clean, with good food and expecting us.
We had a very good guide who had good knowledge, excellent reference books and who listened to our requests and desires. He did brilliantly in some very tricky driving conditions.
We enjoyed seeing all the baby animals, with plenty to eat and drink.
