Instructive and remarkable safari.
I chose this company because it was the one that offered me the best cost-effective safari and adapted it to the way I wanted. The attentiveness in responding quickly to my questions via email also made all the difference. It was memorable! Tanzania's parks are wonderful! Our guide was very instructive and also very attentive, especially when my daughter felt sick at the beginning of the safari (nausea due to the car rocking). We had an issue with the car, which was a little old, but it was quickly solved by our guide Abraham. We loved the safari and would choose the same company if we ever go back!

My journey with "Safaris by Jon" in Uganda was an adventure of a lifetime. Our guide, Jon, went above and beyond in ensuring we had an extraordinary holiday and his efforts truly elevated our experience. His deep knowledge about Uganda, its wildlife, and culture was highly impressive, adding layers of richness to our safari.
We started with a chimpanzee safari that was skillfully organized. Jon's enthusiasm and knowledge of these fascinating creatures greatly augmented our experience, rendering it a captivating and educational tour. He proved to be not only our guide but also a passionate educator, eager to share his love for Uganda's wildlife.
Jon also took us through a national park, where his keen eyes and extensive knowledge about the wildlife enhanced our understanding and appreciation of the diverse ecosystems within the park.
The grand finale, however, was the gorilla trekking expedition, which was nothing short of magical. Jon's expertise and respectful approach to these magnificent creatures enabled us to enjoy a genuinely profound and humbling experience. It was clear that Jon was committed to responsible tourism, a characteristic that I greatly appreciated.

Fantastic first safari experience
A fantastic safari experience as planned with Victor, spending 7 days across Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Maasai Mara.
The trip was excellent due to its scenic variety but most of all, the outstanding knowledge, dependability and driving skills of our brilliant guide Sammy who showed us so many wild animals and in close proximity too. We could not praise him enough. The perfect safari companion for us.
We came away having seen so much of Kenya and its wildlife. Would definitely recommend this trip.

From our first contact with Albert, he kept us updated regularly and always answered any queries we had quickly and efficiently.
We went on safari, followed by a stay in Zanzibar. The accommodation and transfers throughout was excellent.
We would like to give a special mention to Godwin, our guide/driver on safari, who went above and beyond to make our holiday everything we could have wished, and more.
We felt thoroughly looked after at all times.
We would certainly use Serengeti Smile again … and again … and again!

Kojuu did a fantastic job planning our trip for our family of four. The detail of customer service is at another level. Godwin was our safari driver, and he went above and beyond to make sure we saw all of the animals we were looking forward to.

You drove a self hire camping Toyota from Johannesburg to Botswana. We mainly camped in National game parks or community camps. We saw great sites and lots of animals as we were generally staying in unfenced sites.
It was an unforgettable experience. Botswana is one of the last places of true wilderness. I have been on Safari elsewhere but there is no experience like self drive unfenced camping amongst the wildlife

Exceptional holiday with Delfin Tours
Delfin Tours was exceptional and I would recommend this tour company without any hesitations!
We booked 10 days of our trip to Kenya with Delfin Tours (Maasai Mara, Nakuru, Amboseli, Tsavo and Diani Beach).
From the first point of contact, Annalice was responsive, patient, kind and very informative. She created an itinerary that was tailored specifically to us and within our budget. She answered all of our questions and was always available throughout our trip. She would send quick notes to check-in periodically throughout our trip which felt so great knowing that we had someone available while in Kenya.
Although we booked part of our Kenya trip by ourselves as we wanted to use some of our credit card points (e.g., hotels in Nairobi and plane ticket from Diani to Nairobi), Annalice always provided excellent recommendations and great advice.
Delfin Tours provided us with hands-down the best tour guide, Tony. Tony was so much fun! He had a wealth of knowledge on animals and I swear, he had eyes all over his head as he could spot animals from far distances and provided plenty of interesting facts. He also knew so much about the history, culture and peoples of Kenya and throughout our 8 days with him, we felt so enriched and informed. We had a blast and genuinely enjoyed spending time with him. He will be dearly missed :(

The Best Trip Of Our Lives
Our recent safari to Tanzania has gone down as the best trip of our lives. We postponed this trip several times for personal reasons and Rama was always flexible to accommodate our requests with no additional charges. In the end we created a wonderful private itinerary that was perfect for my family. We visited Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater with Martin as our guide. He is an excellent driver, handling the 4x4 well even in tricky situations, but it was his guiding skills that are up there. In addition to the migration, we also managed to see all the big 5 and many other animals. We found the all the camps and lodges that we were booked in welcoming and comfortable.
