There are not enough stars to do justice to Meijo Safaris
Seeing Africa is amazing in itself, but Meijo Safari’s level of personal service is unmatched. Throughout our entire safari experience, every detail was considered and executed with seamless excellence, from booking our safari to being met at the airport upon arrival. Whenever I left something behind in a lodge, it was waiting for me at the next stop. Our safari guide Jordan was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to meet. It was he who really brought our group together socially. During our trip, we met many wonderful people! He was one of our favorite drivers and guides, he had a knack for finding animals we wouldn't have seen otherwise. Even when we returned to Nairobi before heading home, Evelyn managed our logistics and provided us with a little surprise! We stayed in luxury lodges and camps. Food was delicious. The bush… the drives, breakfast, dinner, and sundowners were breathtaking; my friends and family are getting tired of hearing me talk about them! Meijo's team firmly believed in the company's reputation for excellence and worked hard to ensure that every guest had an excellent experience.

It's worth the wait
In general, I don't write reviews, but I have to tell anyone planning an African vacation to consider Meijo Safaris. My initial intention was that this trip would be a "one and done" experience, however now I am planning a second trip to Africa with Meijo Safaris. Their meticulous planning and attention to detail enhances your trip from the time you book it until the time you depart Africa.
Our whole trip to Tanzania was customized to our needs, and they handled every aspect of it for us. There are no words to describe how highly I recommend this.

Amazing 5-days Rwanda and Uganda wildlife tour
Rwanda and Uganda with Ronald. I had an amazing time seeing golden monkeys in Volcanoes NP, gorillas in Bwindi and chimpanzees in Kalinzu forest. I also saw loads of savanna animals during game drives in Queen Elisabeth and Akagera NP.
Ronald is a super fun and helpful guide and I am really enjoyed his company and skillful navigation of the Ugandan speed bumps ;)

Unforgettable Wildlife Adventure
I had an absolutely amazing experience in Tanzania with Amshar Serengeti Adventures, guided by the incredible John! Our four-day journey through Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti was nothing short of wonderful. We were fortunate enough to witness an abundance of wildlife, including majestic lions, magnificent elephants, graceful giraffes, elusive leopards, and so much more. John's extensive experience as a safari tour guide truly shone through, as he effortlessly spotted and identified various animals. His wealth of knowledge about these creatures made each sighting even more captivating, and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to his informative explanations while observing them in their natural habitat. Despite the long hours behind the wheel, John remained energetic and enthusiastic throughout the entire trip. His unwavering passion for what he does is truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend John as the ultimate safari game drive companion. Thanks to him and Amshar Serengeti Adventures, I had an unforgettable and flawless safari experience.

Amazing!
From communicating with the team before we arrived in Africa, all the way to the end of our safari trip, we received excellent customer service. The team responded quickly to emails and helped me plan our trip, as well made suggestions for accommodations before our safari trip. Venice was an incredible and knowledgeable guide. He shared so many animals facts and always made sure we had the best view of the animals. The lodges each night were great! I highly recommend African Big Cats Safari.

Amazing 8 Day Safari Across 5 Parks
From beginning to end our trip went off without issues. We were scooped up at the airport upon arrival and taken into Arusha to meet Walter and our guide Lawrence. Then it was off to the parks to see amazing animals, stay in wonderful accommodations, and learn about the beautiful people of Tanzania.
Walter had picked out a mixture of tented camps and lodges that were perfect, if not a bit luxurious for us. Every place we stayed, from the Nyikani camps to Escarpment Luxury Lodge could not have been better. The staff at each was over-the-top helpful and the food delicious, even for my vegetarian better half.
Lawrence is a super nice guide and excellent game spotter. He also used his connections with other guides in each park to get us prime viewing of the "big 5" and lots more. I coached him a bit on getting good photo ops, as opposed to just seeing the animals, and he really came through.
Overall, our first trip to Tanzania was amazing, and couldn't have been better thanks to Walter and Lawrence. We appreciate everything you gentlemen did to make us feel special all week long. Asante sana!

Unique unto itself.
My group loved our stay at HoyoHoyo Lodge. All the staff were gracious and friendly and our Safari Guide, Hali Mnisi was extremely knowledgeable about the reserve, the animals and birds. We were blessed by his vast knowledge and experience as a tracker and guide. The food was diverse (kudu, oxtail, ostrich) and delicious. We were very pampered.
