Overall an awesome and unique experience
The 5 days adventure camping safari truly was an amazing experience and really exceeded any expectations I had. As a solo traveller I felt I was safe and well instructed about the schedule and the details both before and during the safari. I really appreciate their responsiveness; when I had any questions Hilary would get back to me both by email and Whatsapp. Before the first day of safari I was briefed in person by Daniel about the schedule and made sure I'd remember to bring all the essential items with me.
I was very impressed by our tour guide Damien's broad knowledge about the wildlife and the geological features of the national parks we were in. Not only was he a very likable person but also a true professional and would ensure we'd approach the animals with respect and dispose the trash correctly.
We came across a lot of animals but the peak moment of the safari was in Ngorongoro where our group was unbelievably lucky to spot a lion coalition of two females and two males with some cubs laying by the carcass of their prey. We had a rare opportunity to witness the lions mate and shortly after a fight broke out between the two male lions - actually one of us filmed the whole thing! Also the baby elephants and monkeys were absolutely adorable.
Hats off to those who planned and handled all the logistics and accomodation in this part of Africa and in a very harsh terrain. I'd imagine it's tough job to supply distant campsites with food and water, yet we still had running hot water and fresh pizza in the middle of a national park!

Jonathan was very nice and informative
Jonathan came to my hotel to hand me over the papers and bookings for all of my entire trip in Kenya! Every thing went smoothly and I barely had to reach out to him for anything. Drivers showed up on time - all bookings were done and went effortlessly.
BIG THANK YOU TO THE AGENCY for accommodating my last minute request to travel to Kenya and providing TOP CLASS service !

Great tour
Full package tour that worked perfectly. We did a four day tour (one afternoon & one morning on a local park connected to the Kruger and two full days in the Kruger) and frankly it was one of the best experiences of my life.
Everything was done really well by the team, including stressless pickup from the airport, ontime pickups, decent guides and saw way more than we were (or at least I was) expecting. The hotel they arranged was a great mix of small boutique with a great safari vibe and an absolutely banging BBQ.
I can't recommend these guys enough, we were on a tight schedule but were able to do everything we wanted during these few days.

Zanzibar and Tanzania safari
Book a 15 days trip with Mike, for couple and 3 years girl and 6 years boy.
The trip included Zanzibar accommodation and transportation fees, and Safari and Tanzania included everything related to Safari fees, transportation and accommodation.
Mike was a great person, even for our needs and what we requested, made a trip that fits our needs, he was always hearing us even when we was stressed about finding a good hotels with the kids.
The trip there was amazing, a dream came true to us, they made everything for us that could make us happy, they were there for each issue happened and fixing it and even help us with other stuff not related to the booking.
We recommend booking by them! Best guides and best prices you could find!.
Thank you Mike for a great opportunity we will miss you ❤

All right
We did 3 day safari(2 nights camping and first and last night in hotel Arusha) in Tanzania:Serengeti, Ngorogoro. Company meet us from airport and delivered to hotel. In the morning driver-guide picked us from the hotel and we start our journey, later we picked up the chief. Driving was comfortable, cooking was excellent. Guide was very experienced in finding animals, we successfully found big five.

Things to be aware of | honest yet a little bit long review
We chose Lenchanda Safaris (or Jockey Tours) because its prices were lower than the other safari companies were offering, and we also read plenty of good reviews on the internet. Considering our possibilities, we chose the Budget 6-day trip for Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli, and a few days before our departure to Kenya we sent an email to confirm that everything was fine, to which we received positive feedback. Our first guide was Francis, and he took us to Masai Mara and then Lake Nakuru. The fourth day, moving from Nakuru to Amboseli (long distance to drive), passing through Nairobi, we learnt that we needed to change guide (Alex) though keeping the same jeep. If it is true that until that moment we had a great time, from that moment on we started having a few issues. While driving to Amboseli through the night we realized that the car didn't have proper lights to drive (Amboseli is 4-5 hours away from Nairobi), something that we didn't know, so the trip after a while got quite scary and dangerous, as a matter of fact we have been also stopped by the police. It goes without saying that driving very slow because of reduced visibility increased the amount of time to arrive, and in the way we found out that the Lodge we were supposed to stay was not available and we were moved to a different camp (this was never mentioned to us at any moment in the past 2 weeks, even when we asked if everything was ok before our departure
Beside the fact that Alex was driving very slow so to be able to see, we were surprised by the fact that multiple times he didn’t know where to go, and not had clear idea of the direction to take. After plenty of hours in the car (it was around 9 pm), we reached our new accommodation, where we learnt that they were fully booked. Alex, even though he was not giving us proper explanations, was trying to talk with the office to find a solution. At the end, at around 11 pm, we moved to another hotel for the night (thankfully it was a 5-star hotel). However, for the last day, we moved again to another one, which was a very bad option, and a quote dirty option we have to say. Unfortunately, this experience had a very strong and bad effect on the overall safari experience.
As for the guides, the first one, Francis, is a very energetic and knowledgeable person about safaris, with many years of experience, so he played a crucial role in the trip for the first 4 days. Alex, on our opinion, is not a safari guide, even though he was giving us interesting infos during the game drives. Multiple times he seemed to not have experienced Amboseli before, and for sure he did not help us to spot animals in Amboseli.
As a whole, the safari trip was affected significantly by all those events. Of course, we enjoyed it because the places are very beautiful and being able to see these animals from such a short distance is amazing, but driving safely and proper organization/communication are key aspects that were definitely missing!

Sincere, Punctual, Easy Going, Prompt Responses.
We had a pleasant experience on safari that we booked through Kruger Safari Co. The guides were very cordial and ensured that we have most memorable experience while in the national park. They gave us lot of insights on all the animals that we saw during the safari. The guides ensured that we were able to see all the animals including the big 5 and the ugly 5. I highly recommend kruger safari company for people looking for safari in Africa.
